JEWISH Children on Tour to Mosque and Church . . . Again

THEY DID THIS LAST YEAR, THEY DONT CARE

Exclusive to the Jewish Voice: Sixth graders at a school in Raanana, knelt and bowed on the floor of a mosque during a trip to Haifa. Students were also brought to a church in the city.

The photos were passed to the parents of the students who expressed shock at this and at their request the trip was stopped and after an inquiry by the school principal continued to various prayer sites in the city including a church.

The Ministry of Education told the Jewish Voice: "Against the background of the incident, the district principal will conduct a comprehensive and thorough investigation with the school principal.”

Hadar School in Raanana went on a 'religious trip' in Haifa today, during which they visited, among others, the Saidna Mahmoud Mosque in Kabavir.

After a conversation with a Muslim cleric, the 12-year-olds knelt down, bowed to the mosque floor and bowed to the mosque floor with the teachers by their side.

The photos were passed to the parents of the students who expressed shock at this and at their request the trip was stopped and after an inquiry by the school principal continued to various prayer sites in the city including a church.

Parents who were shocked by the photos said that the trip circular did not state that their children would enter a mosque and church but would visit an observation deck, promenade, Stella Maris, the Baha'i Gardens and hospitality in a Druze village.

The Ministry of Education informed the Jewish Voice: "Against the background of the incident, the district principal will conduct a comprehensive and thorough investigation with the school principal."

The Raanana Municipality stated: "During an annual trip to Haifa, the students visited a variety of sites on a route that was communicated in advance to the parents, and in coordination with the Ministry of Education. The trip included a visit to the mosque, where the children were explained the Islamic customs. "The students joined out of a personal desire to experience the action. At no point were the students asked to join the bowing action."

THE YOUNG IMPRESSIONABLE MINDS AND HEARTS CANNOT DISCERN SHMAD

They feel respect

The school's principal, Sigal Yehudai, wrote to the students' parents after the article was published and after some parents expressed their anger at the photos: "Sixth graders went on an annual trip to Carmel today. The Carmel tour is a long-standing tradition at Hadar School. Religions and included a visit to several sites in the Carmel: the Ahmadi Mosque in Haifa, the Stella Maris Church, the Baha'i Garden, the Cave of Elijah the Prophet and Druze hospitality in Isfahan.

During the visit to the mosque, they listened to an explanation of Islam and its customs from the leader of the community. During the explanation he demonstrated the prayer bow and some of the students joined him in the action. We understand that this act has offended the feelings of religion and therefore our apology extends to all who have been harmed.

APOLOGY NOT DESIRED, ONLY DO NOT DO THIS AGAIN TO JEWISH CHILDREN

Take them to a Yeshiva and a Shul and a Beis Medrash!

We will emphasize again that the purpose of the trip is to get to know and bring hearts together between the sects and communities living in the Land of Israel, and throughout the trip, messages of brotherhood, tolerance and acceptance of difference were emphasized. "

These idiots who are running the public schools in Israel forget that they are living in Eretz Yisrael and it is a 'totally Jewish' country given by G-D to the Jewish people and that is what they should be promoting and teaching, meaning only the Jewish way of life. It is bad enough that in our holy EY, there is no Torah of any kind being taught in the public schools, so at least they should feel and teach like a Jew to Jewish children. They knew very well not to write down where they were really taking the children because they knew that even though, these parents are mostly secular, they would be extremely upset at this insanity. This has been their goal from the start to slowly and covertly indoctrinate the Jewish youth in Israel and thought they could get away with it. Well, sorry to say that they have done a 'great' (r'l) job but now it must stop! These wicked idiots who run these schools should be fired and never allowed to teach again until they have done teshuva themselves. The public schools in Israel have an obligation to take the children to all our holy places, shuls and gravesites of our holy ancestors. Of all places in the world, where else would you find such a treasure trove of truly 'HOLY' places, that the whole world comes to see and pray at, but not the Jewish children of EY, r'l. This is so disturbing, there are no words.
Reading the news and seeing what is going on in our Land, especially in the last decade(s) has been traumatizing. Between the teachers, police and those at the helm, it's a disaster.
