The Gemara (Brachot 60b) quotes Rabbi Akiva who said,
לעולם יהא אדם רגיל לומר כל דעביד רחמנא לטב עביד
One should accustom himself to say, “All that HaShem does is for the best”.
1- In the midst of this terrible Covid 19 plague when the Angel of Death reaps his daily harvest of in the thousands the world over, where is the discernable “silver lining” where the Jews in the holy land can say “All that HaShem does is for the best”?
2- In parashat Ki Tisa (Shemot 33) Moshe beseeches HaShem to continue to provide Am Yisrael with His intimate vigilance and not appoint an angel to the task.
And HaShem agrees.
Moshe continues with an extraordinary request (verse 16)
ובמה יודע אפוא כי מצאתי חן בעיניך אני ועמך הלוא בלכתך עמנו ונפלינו אני ועמך מכל העם אשר על פני האדמה
How will it be known that You are pleased with me and with Your nation? only if You accompany us and exhibit partiality (discrimination and predilection) towards us over all the other nations of the world.
And HaShem responded (verse 17)
ויאמר ה’ אל משה גם את הדבר הזה אשר דברת אעשה
And HaShem said to Moshe even this request I shall fulfill
In light of HaShem’s agreement to act with partiality towards the Jewish Nation, why are we also suffering from the plague like the other nations?
I would answer in the spirit of the Kohanic blessing (we recite every day at least once). There are three parts to the Kohanic blessing:
יְבָרֶכְךָ יְיָ וְיִשְמְרֶךָ.
יָאֵר יְיָ פָנָיו אֵלֶיךָ וִיחֻנֶךָּ.
יִשָא יְיָ פָנָיו אֵלֶיךָ וְיָשֵם לְךָ שָלוֹם’
May HaShem bless you, and watch over you
May Hashem shine His countenance upon you and be gracious to you
May HaShem lift up His face unto you, and give you peace
The Jewish nation excels in three qualities, when given half a chance:
Wherever we are, we rise to the highest echelons of society with financial success, with intellectual prowess, and our spiritual nature.
Each of these outstanding qualities, as blessed as they are, gave rise in the past, in the present and probably in the future to jealousy, hatred and murderous anti-Semitism.
So, the Kohen blesses the nation:
May HaShem bless you with social status and financial success, but also watch over you that they bring you no harm.
May HaShem shine his countenance upon you with great intellectual gifts, but may HaShem be gracious to you that no harm should come because of it.
May HaShem lift up His face unto you with profound spirituality, and nevertheless enjoy a life of peace.
What I see at this time is that HaShem is punishing the gentile world for many things, and the list is as long as history. However, if only the other nations would suffer and Medinat Yisrael would be conspicuously well off with peace, prosperity and good health, it would not take long for the goyim to reach their (incorrect) conclusion that the plague is a Jewish plot on the lines of the Elders of Zion. Not far different from a situation where a teacher has a son in his class, and the son’s bad luck is that his father has to include the son in the collective punishments of the class so as not to endanger the boy with reprisals from the class.
The above at the same time a simplistic explanation of events, but also a very profound one based on the unique, intimate relationship between the Creator and His chosen people, as in the words of Rabbi Akiva:
One should accustom himself to say, “All that HaShem does is for the best’.
May no harm come to our people and may the light at the end of the tunnel be so bright to lead us to the redemption of the Jewish nation, when we shall all be together in Eretz haKodesh.
This extremely interesting essay was originally translated from Hebrew and annotated by Reb Nutie Abrams. DreamingofMashiach
The Alter of Kelem, Rabbi Simcha Zisel Ziv zt”l says on Parshat Shemot that the Jews in Egypt were not worthy to be redeemed without the merit of “Faith.” Without their faith, no miracle would have occurred for Moshe Rabenu and Aharon HaKohen when they appeared before Par’o.
The Alter concludes, “The redemption from Egypt is a model for the future redemption. Let us merit to properly prepare ourselves in this manner, so that it will go well for us through this period.”
Chazal (the Sages) says (Hoshea 2:22), “And you will be betrothed to Me through faith.” In the Yalkut Shim’oni on that verse (Remez 519) it states: You will find that the in-gathering of the exiles happens only as a reward for faith... . Also, we find that our forefathers were redeemed from Egypt only in the merit of their faith, as the verse states, “The nation had faith.”
Rabbi Nachman of Breslov zs'l in Sichos HaRan says "a great disbelief would grow in the world because of our many sins. Praiseworthy are those who hold on to faith in these times. And he said, even though he is forewarning of this phenomenon, and urging a strengthening of faith, it will not prevent it from happening. Disbelief and confusion will prevail. Have not Daniel and others like him already informed us that many will be selected, whitened and refined like ore (smelting) in this test of faith. He who merits passing the test and remains with his faith is praiseworthy and will merit all the good that will come to us, speedily, in our days. The good that all our prophets and sages have prophesized. Now since this has all been revealed in advance, it is fitting that each person should be perceptive and be compassionate on himself by insuring that he remains strong in his faith. And then he will not have any test and refinement like ore (smelting) at all since he has already been informed of this beforehand. However, truthfully, even though these people might be informed beforehand, it will still be a great test. Many will fail and become wicked as the verse states “The wicked will become wicked”.
However, even so, I inform of this beforehand for the sake of those few proper people who will strengthen themselves in their faith. Even so, there will certainly be great battles in their minds, so this foreknowledge will be soothing to the soul and will strengthen them and give them courage when they see that this has been foreseen."
“I will now reveal a secret to you. There will be great disbelief in the world. The disbelief will come from above as a test. Now I know that my people will truly strengthen themselves in faith and remain firm in their belief even without this. However, I reveal this to you now so that they will strengthen themselves even more, knowing that this has been foreseen and discussed.” Words like these were heard from his holy mouth several times. He would heave many sighs about this matter and would say: “Woe, how will a few people be able to stand against the whole world?.”
Rabbi Ya’akov Teitelbaum zt”l was a foremost disciple of the great Rabbi Meir Arik zt”l said he wanted to convey something before passing away and requested that I publicize it in any place in the world that it might reach.
“My grandfather on my mother’s side,” began the Rav, “was a regular guest in the home of the great Rizhiner Rebbe zt”l. I heard from him that the Rizhiner would often say that just like a fire descended from heaven for Eliyahu the Prophet on Mount Carmel (validating the Torah and invalidating the Baal worshipers, as is related in Melachim I,18:39), so too, before the coming of the Mashiach a fire will descend, but this time, for the Prophets of Baal, and it will be as difficult (for the Jews) as scaling a straight wall to cling to the faith.
I related this to many Jewish leaders,” continued the Rabbi, “until I reached the Skullener Rebbe (zt”l). When the Rebbe heard my words he requested that I repeat them. After repeating them, he asked me to repeat them again, and so I did. Then I asked him why he had requested that I repeat the matter twice? The Rebbe answered that he had a similar tradition, passed down to him from the Slonimer Tzaddik zt”l, that before the coming of Mashiach the Jewish people would lose patience. They will not want to wait for Mashiach to rebuild the Holy Temple in Jerusalem (as explained by Maimonides, in Mishneh Torah, Laws of the Kings, chapter 11, paragraph 1) but will erect it on their own initiative and will bring sacrifices on the alter. And a fire will descend from heaven and will accept their offerings. However, the Jewish people will be expected to understand that this fire that descended from heaven came from ‘the side of evil,’ not from ‘the side of good’ (since they should have waited for Mashiach to come and do it properly). The Skullener Rebbe explained that he had asked me to review the words of the Rizhiner Rebbe several times because he wanted to determine if I would also mention that this ‘descending of fire from heaven for the Prophets of Baal’ will occur on the site of the Temple, as he had heard.
“I answered him,” continued Rabbi Teitelbaum, “that even though my grandfather never mentioned that the Rizhiner Rebbe specified the site of the Temple, I understood on my own that a momentous thing like this would most likely occur in a very holy place.”
The Rabbi then said to me, “Imagine what a tremendous test this will be for all Jews - to hold on to their faith even though they are witnessing the fire descending from heaven for the benefit of the Prophets of Baal. Therefore, I request of you: Publicize this matter in the whole world, wherever life brings you, in order that the Nation of Israel will prepare themselves and be ready for this great test.”
Yalkut Haro’im, which was printed in 1885, contains a collection of volumes including: The Wellspring of Wisdom (attributed to Moshe), The Tractate of Atzilut, The Tractate of Gehinom, and others. It also includes The Book of Eliyahu and the Chapters of Mashiach. In that volume, I was dumbfounded to find these awesome words:
And Israel will say to the king of the Arabs, “The Holy Temple is ours - take gold and silver, and leave the Temple to us.”
And the Arab king will say “You have no claim to this Temple. However, if you will first choose an offering, as you did in days of old, and we will also present an offering. And we will all become part of the nation whose offering is accepted.”
Israel will present their offering and it will NOT be accepted, because Satan will prosecute us in front of Hashem.
And the sons of Kedar will present their offering and it will be accepted, as the verse states: “All the sheep of Kedar will gather together to you.”
Then, the Arabs will say to Israel, “Come, believe in our faith.”
And Israel will answer, “We will kill, or be killed, but we will not deny the Essence.”
Then, swords will be unsheathed, bows will be drawn, arrows will be fired, and corpses will be felled from the Gate of Efraim till the Gate of Pinah. And Nechemiah (most probably, Mashiach ben Yosef) will be among those that are killed.
Those who escape will flee to the desert of Moav and to the land of the Sons of Amon. There, the Israeli refugees will remain, and Hashem will perform miracles for them there, and a wellspring will emerge from the depths, etc., and they will eat the roots of thorn bushes, for forty five days. At the end of forty five days, Eliyahu HaNavi and King Mashiach will sprout from there, etc., etc.
The hairs of our head should stand on end, when we imagine this great test that all of Israel will undergo opposite the Arabs. The Jewish People, and, most likely, the Jewish leaders and the righteous of our generation, will pray - and we will not be answered. And opposite them will stand the leaders of the Arabs and their shamans, and they will pray - and will be answered from heaven.
Therefore, Rabbi Teitelbaum commanded me to publicize this matter in order that we should prepare ourselves, sons, daughters, grandchildren, students and friends to strengthen our faith and trust in Hashem, so that we not be influenced by any test, heaven forbid. (I don’t know if we are obligated to accept all that is described above literally. Perhaps this all falls into the category of the verse, in Mishlei 1:6, “To understand parable and prose, words of Sages and their riddles.” In other words, there will be great tests in the matter of faith before Mashiach comes, and in order to merit redemption we must pass those tests with Hashem’s help).
May Hashem strengthen us and rescue us from tests, always. And may He send us the Righteous Redeemer, in the merit of our faith in the Creator of all Worlds, and redeem us soon, with all of Israel, speedily, in our days, Amen.
As the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic has struck the world, and continues to hit many communities, including the Frum communities, one of the doctors fighting this pandemic is Dr. Zeev Zelenko, a Lubavitcher and highly sought-after doctor who practices in Kiryas Yoel.
Dr. Zelenko has been using a combination of different medical drugs to combat the virus, and claims to see tremendous results.
ChabadInfo.com reporter Sholem Traurig held an interview with Dr. Zelenko, to discuss some of his recent developments and contacts with many government officials.
Thank you so much for taking the time to join me today, I know how busy you are on a regular day, and especially now with the current situation.
Regarding this combination of different medical drugs to combat the virus, how did you conclude that this would be the appropriate method to treat the virus and bring it under control?
I read studies in the Far East that found Hydroxychloroquine effective in fighting the virus and studies in France that found that this drug combined with azithromycin work in combating the virus. I decided to combine these two with zinc sulfate and so far, I have treated hundreds of patients and did not have to send a single patient to the hospital.
This method is starting to be used in ICUs but I would like to implement it in the stage before the hospital, because hospitals right now are running out of space and we don’t have enough respirators. My goal is to save people from having to go to the hospital in the first place.
How were you able to share this vital message with the health authorities?
On Motzei Shabbos, I released a video for the White House letting them know about this. The next day, White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows contacted me and praised this combination, saying that the White House is interested in learning more about it.
The Health Ministry of Israel also contacted me and is planning to make an announcement about this in the near future.
Do your colleagues agree that this is an effective treating method for the virus?
No, no one agrees regarding this treatment method due to the side effects.
What are the side effects?
It can mess with the heart rhythm. However, I tell the doctors that in a time of war, you have to try what you can, even if it is not ideal, especially with our limited resources.
As a doctor, do you think we are close to the peak of the virus, or are we still in for a long run?
Unfortunately, there is still a long way to go. Everyone will have to catch it; some people will gain immunity through getting the virus itself and some will be able to take the vaccine which will come out in approximately a year and a half.
How do you see this situation from the perspective of a Lubavitcher Chossid?
It is clear to me that Moshiach is arriving imminently for two reasons:
1) If I would’ve told you a few months ago that right before Moshiach comes, we will all be taken out of our regular lives and put in a completely different situation which is totally out of our comfort zones, it would be hard to believe me. Now, if I tell you that, you will believe me.
2) Very simply, the Gematria of Corona in Lashon Hakodesh is Moshiach Bo
Thank you very much for your time Dr. Zelenko and have a great evening!
Picture a frum (observant) family living in any one of the great Torah centers in the galut; they could even be your next-door neighbors!
The home of Reb Sender and Mrs. Rayza is impeccable; the result of the great time and energy, not to speak of the money, which the expeditious and skillful ba’alat ha’bayit (woman of the house) has devoted to it.
The sofas and armchairs in the sitting room, which look so inviting if not for the thick plastic covers which ensure that the upholstery retains its “new” look.
The five-meter-long dining room table is covered with the finest Irish linen tablecloth. In the middle of the table stands the imposing sterling silver candle sticks handed down from mother to daughter for generations. The china is the finest Rosenthal, with each plate delicately rounded off with a band of gold. The silverware has been put away in favor of goldware in honor of the great night.
On the table, under a hand embroidered silk cloth, lay the matzot. On the insistence of the two sons learning in the recently opened Yeshiva Taharas Ha’Torah in Las Vegas (in order to bring the voice of Torah even to the entrance of Gehennom (hell]), the matzot are from the first 18-minute batch, guaranteeing that no naughty piece of dough would be hiding in any of the rollers. The hand matzot were personally chosen by the Rebbe of the shteibel (home synagogue) where the family davens since leaving the central shul which was costing too much. The rebbe assured the boys that the matzot were bubble-free, with no overturned edges.
The wall-to-wall carpet is as deep as grows the grass in the beautiful garden. Above the table hangs the family’s pride and joy – a many faceted crystal chandelier, personally chosen by Rayza on the family’s last visit to Prague.
Reb Sender is wearing his new bekeshe (silk robe), the one with the swirls of blue, with a gold-buckled gartel (belt). Rayza has just said the Shehechiyanu blessing (gratitude for seeing this day) over the $3000 dress imported from Paris. The boys are handsome in their wide-brimmed black hats and the two girls will make beautiful kallahs (brides) when the time comes, dressed in their very expensive dresses.
The seder goes better than expected. Words of Torah, beginning with an invitation to the hungry to join with them in the meal, despite the fact that there is not a needy person within 50 miles. A lively discussion develops on the characters of the “four sons”. The afikomen (ritual dessert matza) is “stolen” by the youngest daughter who, for its return, has succeeded in extorting from abba (father) a vacation in Hawaii.
Songs of thanks to HaShem for freeing the Jewish people from slavery in Egypt are recited. For it is a mitzva on this night for each person to consider himself as if he or she were slaves in Mitzrayim.
Birkat Hamazon (grace after meals) on is said, as is the second part of Hallel. Chad Gadya puts the final touch on the mitzvot of the night. Now, just as HaShem destroys the “Angel of Death” in the song, father jumps up — and gathering the family in a circle, they all break out in a frenzy of song — “L’shana ha’ba’a Be’Yerushalayim” —”next year in Jerusalem”. Again, and again around the table “L’shana ha’ba’a Be’Yerushalayim” is sounded. Louder and louder until their song merges with the same melody resounding from the neighbors’ homes, cutting a path into the highest realms of heaven.
Suddenly Mama collapses into a chair crying hysterically. The singing stops. Father runs over and asks why she is crying just now at the apex of the beautiful sacred night?
“What do you mean next year in Yerushalayim? What about the table, the chandelier, the deep carpet, the Rosenthal china! How can we leave all this?”
Father approaches Mama and taking her hand while gently dabbing her tears away, in a voice full of compassion says to his beloved wife, “Darling, don’t cry, IT’S ONLY A SONG!”
Ten thousand kilometers to the east, in Eretz Yisrael, lives Reb Sender’s brother Kalman. Kalman had moved to Eretz Yisrael many years ago and was blessed with a beautiful family and an adequate apartment. His son, Yossi, will not be home for the Seder night since he is doing his army service within the Hesder yeshiva system.
But the parents are not overly worried, because Yossi himself told them that he is in a safe place in the north and that next year they will all be together for the Seder.
At 12 noon, on the 14th of Nisan, Erev Pesach (day before Pesach), Yossi and three other soldiers from the same yeshiva were called to the company commander’s room, where he informed them that they had been chosen to fill an assignment that evening, on the Seder night. They were to cross the border into Hezbollah territory in Southern Lebanon and man the outpost bunker on hill 432.
Yossi knew the hill well; he had been there several times in the past year. It was sarcastically called a “bunker,” but in reality, it was nothing more than a fox hole large enough for four soldiers. Their assignment was to track terrorist movements and destroy them on contact. It was tolerable except when it rained, which caused the bottom of the hole to be soggy and muddy. But today the four hoped that it would rain, even though chances were small since it was late in the season. On the 14th of every Hebrew month the moon is full, which presents a greater danger when crossing into enemy territory; so, rain would be a mixed blessing.
At 5 PM, they were given the necessary arms and ammunition. In addition, the army rabbinate had provided them with 4 plastic containers each holding 3 matzot and all the ingredients necessary for a seder, as well as 4 plastic bottles of wine, sufficient for 4 cups, and of course a Haggadah.
At 6 PM they waited at the fence for the electricity to be turned off, in order to cross into hostile territory. Yossi held in his hand a map of the minefield they would have to cross. “It was so strange,” Yossi thought, “this is the area assigned to the tribe of Naftali, and we have to enter it crawling on our stomachs.”
At that moment, ten thousand kilometers to the west, it was 11:00 AM and Yossi’s two cousins in New York were just entering the mikveh to prepare for the Pesach holiday.
At 6:15 PM the small aperture in the gate opened and they passed through. As they had hoped, it was raining, and the thick fog was to their advantage.
The 4 soldiers reached hill 432 after walking double -time for 5 kilometers. They removed the camouflage and settled in, pulled the grassy cover over them.
Each soldier was assigned a direction. Talking was forbidden. If any murderers were sighted, a light tap on the shoulder would bring them all to the proper direction. After settling in, they prayed Ma’ariv and began the Seder. In was finished within a half hour, and not unexpectedly, the four cups of “wine” had no detrimental effect on their senses.
At 8 PM in NY, the family returned from shul to begin their Seder. It was then 3 AM in Eretz Yisrael and the four soldiers were waging a heroic battle against boredom and sleep. The minutes crawled by and at the first approach of light they exited their outpost and returned through the minefield and electric fence to the base. After reporting to the officer in charge, the four entered their tent, and collapsed on their cots without removing clothing or shoes, because in an hour they would have to begin the shacharit service.
A modern-day educator says Jewish sources dating back almost a thousand years provided medical advice for dealing with the coronavirus. by Shimon Cohen arutzsheva
It's pretty incredible that some of Judaism's biggest sages provided their disciples similar advice when dealing with epidemics of the past as guidelines released to Israeli citizens by the Ministry of Health and the Prime Minister's office.
Rabbi Yitzhak Malka has conducted extensive research on the centuries-long struggle of Halakhic authorities with different plagues. Could the first indications of isolation orders and social distancing guidelines be found in these? Malka says that the answer is certainly "Yes" and even points out that the current guidelines sound as if they were taken from the writings of Judaic scholars from the Middle Ages.
"I researched the period between 1450 and 1700 and focused on the period of Rabbi Ovadia Sforno (1468 to 1550). The Black Plague began in the spring of 1347 and continued in waves until the end of the 17th century. It was part of the culture and influenced prayer, the Passover Haggadah and Jewish holidays," says Malka, a member of the Department of Jewish History and Contemporary Jewry at Bar Ilan University and education lecturer at Efrata College.
"If you follow the Sages' [halakhic] rulings, there is nothing new under the sun. All the briefings of the Prime Minister's Office and Ministry of Health appear to have been taken from the writings of Rabbi Ovadia Sforno, Rabbi Yitzchak Abarbanel and later from Rabbi Yaakov Tzahlon and Rabbi Abraham Catalano," says Rabbi Malka and presents several examples with the Passover Haggadah as the first of these.
"There is a 15th-century Haggadah, the 'Birds Head Haggadah,' decorated with images of bird heads. What do birds have to do with Pesach? Researchers clearly indicates that this Haggadah, found in the Israel Museum, was composed during the time of the Black Plague. The bird's head symbolizes an ancient physician. In ancient Egypt, the symbol of medical practice was a bird's head. In the Haggadah, the figures appear wearing hats – the same hats as those used by doctors in times of epidemic. Black spots on the figures are another sign of the epidemic. All these was around already then.”
Malka adds that the image of the bird comes from the physician's mask of those days, and inside the source were inserted into the sky and weeds to screen the disease, "The same mask that is described by the Sages as its source is Torah," writes Abarbanel, relying on the verse and the affliction he touched. Abarbanel comments on the expression "and their spades": "A teacher whose head is visible and mouth covered and mustache on his mouth so as not to harm human health in his humiliation.”
The quarantine issue is also mentioned in the sources, Rabbi Malka's secretary. "The idea of quarantine originated in the Torah which was first to prescribe quarantine as a preventive measure. Lepers were supposed to sit alone outside the [Israelite] camp.”
The sages also determined the length of the 14-day quarantine. "14 days of isolation is not a modern concept," says Malka. It comes from Sforno, Abarbanel and others: "Close them off for 14 days to open notice the signs of the disease and see if it still holds the disease. In addition, those infected with the virus should not be approached so that others don't get infected."
Rabbi Malka notes that the sages' directives also reached Christian communities and that quarantine became an accepted measure in Italy: "the Pope forbids Christian repentance processions and Jewish Purim celebrations. Christians constructed 'Corona hotels' and the Jewish community, like the gentile, was obliged to pay for the establishment of such hotels on the outskirts of local villages.”
The halakhic rulings of sages from those days were concerned not only with treatment of patients, but also halakhic questions arising from the emerging reality in times of epidemic. "One of the halakhic rulings is to avoid praying in minyan. This appears in Part Three of Tsahlon's" Otzar Ha'hayim," which documented medical procedures in the closed-off Jewish ghetto where he worked as physician and rabbi. He says that "because the synagogue was off-limits, "On the street, I gave a Torah lesson at the corner of a street. People would listen from the window of the house and the crowd congregated outside to avoid spilling into the road against instructions", referring to people isolated within houses inside the ghetto to hear Torah lectures.”
In light of these findings and many others, Malka is left to wonder: "Why did it take all the wise [politicians] a month to realize that they could not allow people to participate in a minyan? All they had to do was open Otzar Hahayim, Sforno, or the Abarbanel to understand. I don't get it.”
Malka adds, "There is a painting depicting a hanging tower for isolation violators in the middle of the Jewish neighborhood of Venice. Punishment by hanging no less –not fines imposed by the Ministry of Healthy. If somebody would have bothered reading this, it would have saved them a lot of time.”
Malka also refers to earlier times –the days of King Uzziah who quarantined lepers, and of the times of Jeremiah, when the city of Gilead served as an isolated medical center. He also mentions the Mishnaic commandment to wash hands for dealing with viruses and Abarbanel's view that physical contact with outside objects is a way of transmitting bacteria, "that is, they were aware of these things inasmuch as the rabbis ordered the clothes of infected individuals to be burned.”
Malka mentions a warning by Rabbi Abraham Catalano, (1630) a physician during the epidemic in Padua. He recommends renting out a special house and for those who cannot afford one, to self-quarantine in an isolated room. He also recommends storing grain and vines "so that you do not step foot in the market during the epidemic.”
Among his writings, Rabbi Abraham Catalano also mentions the stricken and isolated, in an apparent reference to the elderly population. He calls on people to come to help out by keeping them busy, "lest you die bitterly and have sin in you." "Depression can kill the elderly and you should make sure to keep in touch with them and not neglect them."
President Trump hinted to CoVFeFe, and the following 2 inserts explain what that is and why there will be something to mitigate the deleterious affects on human life.
Startling Expose Relating to 5G Interference in Human Chemistry
We now know that coronavirus patients are dying of oxygen deprivation. Something is altering their blood and causing red blood cells (with hemoglobin) to be unable to carry oxygen. We think we've nailed down how 5G electropollution may cause this effect. It's a slightly technical article, with several diagrams of hemoglobin and a bit of chemistry, but this may be the answer to what's happening.
Can 5G exposure alter the structure and function of hemoglobin, causing coronavirus patients to die from oxygen deprivation? by Mike Adams. [despite what one might think of this writer he is not far from the truth]
Is 5G to partially blame for coronavirus deaths? Can 5G cause the blood that’s circulating in your body to be unable to carry oxygen?
What’s especially horrifying about the critical care of coronavirus patients is that they aren’t suffering from “viral pneumonia,” but rather from an inability to absorb or carry oxygen in the blood.
This has been confirmed by NYC ICU emergency physician Cameron Kyle-Sidell, who has released several videos detailing how coronavirus is not a kind of viral pneumonia. “We’re treating the wrong disease,” he says. And the ventilators are damaging the lungs of patients. He explains:
COVID-19 lung disease, as far as I can see, is not a pneumonia and should not be treated as one. Rather, it appears as if some kind of viral-induced disease most resembling high altitude sickness. Is it as if tens of thousands of my fellow New Yorkers are on a plane at 30,000 feet at the cabin pressure is slowly being let out. These patients are slowly being starved of oxygen.
Watch him explain how coronavirus patients are dying from oxygen starvation, not from a viral pneumonia lung infection:
FROM NYC ICU: DOES COVID-19 REALLY CAUSE ARDS?
I am a physician who has been working at the bedside of COVID+ patients in NYC. I believe we are treating the wrong disease and that we must change what we are doing if we want to save as many lives as possible. I welcome any feedback, especially from those bedside: doctors, nurses, xray techs, pharmacists, anyone and everyone. Does this sound wrong or right, is something more right? Please let me know. @cameronks
What this emergency room physician makes clear is that coronavirus patients are dying from oxygen deprivation, not a classic scenario of viral pneumonia. The patients’ lungs work fine, in other words, and the ventilators are actually damaging their lungs by forcing excessive pressure into them.
How does blood transport oxygen in the first place?
How, exactly, can all these patients be starved of oxygen when their lungs are technically working just fine? To understand one possible answer, you have to first understand how the blood carries oxygen. It’s way more fascinating than you might have supposed.
When functioning normally, 1 molecule of hemoglobin binds with 4 molecules of oxygen, using iron (Fe2+), forming oxyhemoglobin. But this binding is only achieved because of something called “partial pressure” which means the concentration of oxygen in the lung tissues is higher than the concentration of oxygen on the hemoglobin molecule (roughly stated, this is simplified somewhat), so the oxygen “leaps” to the hemoglobin in order to equalize the partial pressures across the chasm.
But 5G radiation alters the porosity of cell membranes, allowing some molecules or ionic elements to move more easily across those members, displacing other molecules (or soluble gasses such as carbon dioxide) that might normally make that leap. For example, it is well documented that 5G radiation causes “Voltage Gated Ion Channels” (VGIC), specifically with calcium ions (VGCC), causing cellular toxicity due to too much calcium entering the cell walls and poisoning the cells.
The research on this was published in Environmental Research — here’s the link — and reveals that 5G exposure not only alters cell permeability (porosity), but also releases peroxinitrites in the body. These are inflammation-producing molecules that ravage other healthy molecules circulating in the blood.
As described by Natural News:
A thorough review of the available published science on wireless (WiFi) and electromagnetic frequency (EMF) exposure has identified at least seven different ways that WiFi and EMF microwave pollution actively harms the human body.
Published in the journal Environmental Research, the peer-reviewed paper explains that exposure to WiFi signals, which are everywhere these days, can lead to: oxidative stress, sperm and testicular damage, neuropsychiatric effects including EEG (electroencephalogram) changes, apoptosis (programmed cell death), cellular DNA damage, endocrine changes, and calcium overload.
Note that coronavirus patients are already being observed with neuropsychiatric effects, testicular damage and oxidative stress, three of the symptoms of 5G exposure.
Mass insanity due to psychiatric effects of cellular poisoning
We also know that 5G radiation and its effects on the cells of the body can lead to symptoms of insanity, hallucinations and even powerful personality changes. Interestingly, CNN’s Chris Cuomo already described bouts of hallucinations as he was battling the coronavirus, living in a high-5G city (NYC). As I wrote on Natural News last December:
5G radiation causes “neuropsychiatric” effects through a mechanism described as ion potentiation poisoning of brain cells, according to research published in Environmental Research.
This results in behavioral changes and even personality changes among those who are routinely exposed, researchers found. In other words, 5G is a weapon system that doubles as a telecommunications infrastructure, but the real impact is to damage human brain function and destroy rationality, reason and civility, especially among those who live in high population cities where 5G towers are becoming ubiquitous. That’s why you may have noticed increased insanity and widespread mental derangement in those areas.
How 5G radiation exposure alters the ability of red blood cells to carry oxygen
Getting back to the oxygen question, the answer to why 5G radiation exposure may alter the function of hemoglobin is found in understanding the protein structure of hemoglobin itself.
Hemoglobin relies on something called the “heme group” which is a complex molecule with iron (FE 2+) in its center. This is surrounded by something called a “porphyrin ring” which is a cluster of unique structures (made of oxygen, carbon and hydrogen) that has a special affinity for other oxygen atoms. The ability for oxygen to “leap” onto this molecule in the lungs depends entirely on the structure (which also implies the ionic charges) of these complex molecules.
One thing to note in all this is that without the presence of histidine, a special protein, this heme group would have higher affinity toward carbon monoxide than oxygen, meaning the entire heme group would be occupied by carbon monoxide, blocking the absorption of oxygen. Thus, the histidine presence is critical for allowing the heme group to bind with oxygen. If you mess with histidine, you end up forcing hemoglobin to carry CO instead of O2, effectively creating oxygen deprivation in the blood.
This heme group, by the way, has special affinity for carbon dioxide, which allows the same molecule to carry CO2 out of the body’s cells and transport CO2 back to the lungs. Remember: The same hemoglobin molecule must carry both CO2 and O2 but at different times, and it must attract and then release those molecules at opposite times in order to rid the body of CO2 and nourish the body with O2. This is all accomplished with a delicate balance of proteins and protein folding.
The hemoglobin molecule itself is a miracle of nanotechnology. It transmorphs into two different structural states based on whether it’s carrying oxygen or not. In what’s called the “R-state,” this molecule is like a magnet for oxygen. When four oxygen atoms are bound, it becomes a highly stable structure (and appears red). Technically, the binding of a single molecule of oxygen (O2) increases the affinity toward oxygen on the three other oxygen sites, making the hemoglobin “mop up” four oxygen molecules very quickly. When it lacks oxygen, it changes to a “T-state” and appears blue, which is why low-oxygen blood has a blue color.
The important thing to understand in all this is that any alteration of the delicate structure of hemoglobin will impair its ability to bind with oxygen.
Take a look at the hemoglobin molecule representation above, from APSUbiology.org, and note the heme groups which are positioned in four places across the molecule. The polypeptide chains are part of the transmorphing structure of the molecule that allows it to carry and release both CO2 and O2, depending on the partial pressures of the gasses at different locations in the body (lungs vs. other cells). Note carefully that any change in the structure of hemoglobin will cause it to stop functioning:
Increasing the permeability of the hemoglobin molecule — i.e. its affinity toward other soluble gasses such as carbon dioxide — will “occupy” the hemoglobin molecule with the wrong substances, making it unable to absorb oxygen because it is not presenting in its “R-state” by the time the heart pumps the blood back to the lungs.
Stated another way, anything that significantly alters the affinity of hemoglobin toward other soluble gasses (carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, or even ionic minerals in the blood) could “shut off” the ability of blood to carry oxygen by altering its atomic structure.
If you change the structure of the heme group, it no longer functions to transport oxygen. Because in the case of the heme group, the structure is the function. Perhaps this can only be appreciated by organic chemists, but this heme group is truly a miracle of nanotechnology.
Here’s a diagram of how iron, histidine, the heme group and O2 oxygen molecules interact with hemoglobin, which alters its structure depending on the “oxygenated” vs. “deoxygenated” forms: (via Biology.Kenyon.edu)
Can 5G exposure alter the structure of hemoglobin by increasing its affinity toward other molecules which are not O2?
The real question in all this is best phrased as I have asked it above. I doubt that we are dealing with a phenomenon where 5G radiation exposures blocks the ability of hemoglobin to carry oxygen, but rather occupies the hemoglobin molecule with other elements that alter its structure and therefore its function, inhibiting its ability to bind with oxygen.
This is very likely happening all across the world wherever 5G is currently functioning, it’s just that the coronavirus is now exacerbating the symptoms and conditions to the point where mass death is occurring.
In other words, the coronavirus pandemic would likely not be nearly as bad if 5G exposure / radiation pollution wasn’t already compromising the structure and function of hemoglobin cells in the bodies of people who live in 5G cities.
This doesn’t mean the coronavirus isn’t real, of course; just that these two attacks on the human body have a synergistic effect of toxicity and mortality.
Conclusion: Humanity is committing suicide with 5G
While I strongly disagree with those who are claiming there’s no such thing as a virus or that the coronavirus is a hoax, I do agree that the widespread deployment of 5G antennas is a kind of suicide pact for the world.
Just as the Romans built their aqueducts out of lead linings and thereby poisoned their own citizens, driving them insane with load poisoning, the modern world of Big Tech and telecommunications is mass poisoning humanity with electropollution.
Right now, a lot of people are talking about the book, “The Invisible Rainbow” by John Kaminski, who believes coronavirus is an “electrical disease” and that 5G alone is causing all the mass deaths, not the virus. He writes things like, “The flu is not contagious” and “the quarantine is all a terrible hoax.”
Surely he is wrong on those claims, but he may not be wrong at all about the toxicity of electropollution and how 5G is actually a kind of “suicide system” that’s destroying humanity.
This all deserves a tremendous amount of additional study, but because we live in a world where Big Tech controls all the narratives and censors all those who question the safety of 5G, it now seems impossible for humanity to extricate itself from this mass suicide mission that has already been unleashed.
And that doesn’t even cover the topic of vaccines. What if Bill Gates’ vaccines are being deliberately engineered to contain toxic substances that 5G exposure will push into the cells, causing widespread death from “binary” exposure and subsequent cell toxicity?
It sure would be a simple way for Bill Gates to achieve his global depopulation dreams, all while administering a global IQ test that finds out which people are stupid enough to line up and be injected with a euthanasia weapon system.

Part One: Torah Backdrop
The crisis is new and unexpected. We knew it might come at some point, but not when it did. Its timing though is uncanny, right before Pesach, because the message it is compelling is very similar to the one that Yetzias Mitzrayim emphasizes: Poor people are free people.
It has to do with a Jew’s attitude towards materialism. It is supposed to be a physical means to a spiritual end, and the physical pleasure has to be a by-product, not the goal.
This is what it means when it says “freedom was engraved on the luchos.” The Torah approach to life is the path to true and eternal freedom, because freedom is control over the yetzer hara.
Part Two: The Current Crisis
The current Corona pandemic has had many effects, but one of the more obvious ones has been the limiting of the yetzer hara’s world. As the gemora says, the handing over of Achashveros’s ring to Haman was more mussar than the the warnings of 48 prophets and seven prophetesses. Pachad maves—fear of death—halts, or at least limits the yetzer hara the fastest and most completely.
This is a precondition of redemption; humble people get redeemed. There might be meaning in the name as well. “Corona” is very similar to the word “keren,” which is the symbol of redemption.
The last 2,000 years of history, “Ikvesa d’Mashicha” cor-responds to “with all your possessions.” If this is the end of history as we know it, then this is to be one of the main tests.
Part Three: Shlaimus, Humility & Redemption
The gematria of “geulah” is equal to that of “Adam,” because they are one and the same idea. The shlaimus of one is the shlaimus of the other.
“Adam” is a combination of “Aleph” and “Dalet-Mem,” the former representing the soul of a person, and the latter, the body. When both are in balance, then a person is completed and achieves spiritual redemption. Physical redemption follows after this.
This was the reason for the 10 Plagues. ONE plague would have sufficed to destroy Egypt and the free the Jewish people. God performed TEN plagues to spiritually heal the Aleph of the Jewish nation which had sunken to the 49th level of spiritual impurity. Each plague became increasingly more of a revelation of the light of God, which increased their belief in God, building the Aleph.
It is rather obvious how materialistic our society has be-come, a modern-day Mitzrayim, and perhaps worse. It has been very much a yetzer hara’s world, with the Dalet-Mem of mankind, even the Torah world, being very much serviced.
The situation has affect people differently, as it did also in Egypt. There were basically four groups, each of the first three joining Moshe Rabbeinu at different stages of the redemption process. The last group, four-fifths of the Jewish population held out too long, and died in the Plague of Darkness.
We do not know where the world is going next, as it continues to deal with the virus. But the question a Jew should ask themself now, and especially at the Seder is, “To which group do I belong? How much must I first see before I get with the program?
Part Four: The Seder
The Seder is the complete program to build the Aleph and achieve freedom. In fact, “seder” is the key word here, which is why we first go over the order of the evening. God brought order to chaos, and as the Talmud states, that is the responsibility of the Jewish people as well.
Kadesh: One of the points of the plagues was the separation of the Jewish people from the nations of the world. It affected the Egyptians, but avoided the Jewish people. It is called “Passover” because God passed over the homes of the Jews to inflict the Egyptians. Such separation, the Talmud says, is a function of “Da’as,” necessary for and a result of building the Aleph.
Urchatz: Spiritual purification is essential for redemption, if only because it helps divest a person of too strong a connection to the physical world . The redemption begins on Pesach but ends on Shavuos. Hence, the Jewish people purified themselves in advance of Torah.
Karpas: The karpas reminds us how we had been on the verge of both spiritual and physical extinction. The net effect? Humility, because little stands in the way of Aleph-based growth more than unwarranted pride.
Yachatz: The matzah already represents a reduction of the yetzer hara, but it is yachatz that actually makes it into poor man’s bread. We have to “break” our pride to become humble and capable of repairing out Aleph.
Huge Anger On The World - How Can We Get Saved - Amazing And Powerful A Must Listen To Lecture
Many Rabbis are speaking about this Disease but many are only NOW waking up and giving Mussar (after stabbing me in the back).
Zephaniah Chapter 3:6
6 I have cut off nations, their corners are desolate; I have made their streets waste, so that none passeth by; their cities are destroyed, so that there is no man, so that there is no inhabitant.
7 I said: 'Surely thou wilt fear Me, thou wilt receive correction; so her dwelling shall not be cut off, despite all that I have visited upon her'; but they betimes corrupted all their doings.
8 Therefore wait ye for Me, saith the LORD, until the day that I rise up to the prey; for My determination is to gather the nations, that I may assemble the kingdoms, to pour upon them Mine indignation, even all My fierce anger; for all the earth shall be devoured with the fire of My jealousy.
The main thing is the SPIRITUALITY
I am your G-d your Rofeh . . . My intention and will is to cure you
The righteous get good and the wicked get bad
200 Religious people buried - Almost all of Bnei Brak with the virus
What is this “Anger” on the World?
Why closed all the Yeshivot and Synagogues? (Mikdash mey-at)
When the Tzadik dies, it is in place of the many.
Is the Anger of Hashem for nothing??
Overconfidence and Gaivah??
Nature - Pandemic = cruel way
Shimshon, looked on her so they poked out his eyes
Avshalom, because he loved his hair, he was hung by his hair. They stuck 10 spears into him for each of the women he cheated with
Miriam waited and watched to check Moshe in the nile, that’s why Am Yisrael waited for her (shiva) when she passed
Yosef buried his father as he promised, therefore Moshe buried Yosef, and who buried Moshe, Hashem
THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONAL COMPARISON
Three different Sages (rabbis) in this story (about 46:00)
THREE WAYS TO BECOME A LEADER:
**Rabbi Yossi - didn’t say anything (EXILE)
***Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai - everything they did, they made for themselves (EXECUTION) = at Meron there was a little lake and a carob tree
*Rabbi Yehuda - praised the Romans (PROMOTION)
Ben Gerei ran to the Romans to snitch on the Rabbis
How does this relate to the Pandemic?
Instead of crying about the situation - he learned and learned and learned for 13 years.
Instead of learning more and getting better, the people got worse.
Today we have the same type of Rabbis
*Kiss-up to wicked people, don’t worry you all go to Heaven, no punishment (politicians)
** I’m not going to complain, don’t say I’m against >>>>>> I don’t need a headache (politically correct)
***HaRashbi - Ultimate Hacham says what needs to be said, says the truth
Why the most religious was punished? Fanatic, zealous, extreme, do go to his lectures, too much. He got punished. No, I’m not suffering; what I became is because I was dying for the truth
WHAT CAN WE GAIN OUT OF THIS ISOLATION
Hebodedut is now possible, ability to be totally honest with Hashem
