Children’s Lives Are in Danger . . . from the summertime
The Shaare Zedek Medical Center said Thursday that the condition of a 2-year-old boy who drowned yesterday in a Gush Etzion swimming pool continues to be critical. According to data from the Beterem organization for children's safety, in 2019, 8 children drowned to death in Israel, and in 2018 37 children died. Since 2008, 202 children have drowned to death.
