MK Ben-Gvir Fighting for Our Nation

Ben-Gvir: 'Remove the shackles from police and soldiers'

In the discussion that took place today (Sunday) at the Ministerial Committee for Legislative Matters, the draft law granting immunity to the members of the security forces submitted by the chairman of the Otzma Yehudit faction, MK Yitzhak Kreuzer, was approved, in accordance with the election promise and the coalition agreement of 'Otzma Yehudit'.

According to the bill, members of the security forces will not be held criminally responsible for neutralizing intruders and protecting IDF bases, police stations, and a variety of security locations.

The explanatory notes of the bill read: "The phenomenon of breaking into military bases, weapons depots and no-go areas has become a common phenomenon that is a significant reinforcement to terrorism and endangers public peace."

"According to data available to the army, thousands of weapons are stolen every year from the IDF, and that scope may be even more extensive. Apart from the fact that this entails a failure of gigantic proportions, the IDF does not carry out regular surveillance, and army officials were not able to track down data regarding stolen inventory prior to 2015, as well as details regarding weapons stolen before 2013."

Ben-Gvir said that, "this crucial bill is part of my overall policy as well as our election promises and the coalition agreement of the Otzma Yehudit faction." "The bill will allow broad protection for the security forces who dedicate their lives for us, removing the shackles from the hands of policemen and soldiers, providing them the ability to protect themselves and us," he added.

Conflict between Ben-Gvir and Prison Service Commissioner

Those close to the National Security Minister allege Chief Warden Katy Perry is attempting to get revenge on him.

who gives “Perry” her instructions?

Individuals close to National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir are claiming this morning (Sunday) that following the Minister's decision to summon senior Israel Prison Service officials to a hearing, in contrast with Commissioner Chief Warden Katy Perry's opinion, the latter decided to transfer Jewish security prisoners from the Ayalon Prison to a small cell that is not big enough for two prisoners in the Eshel Prison.

This, according to the claims, "is to get revenge on the Minister for the hearings and because he has worked since entering his position for total equality between all security prisoners and conditions for the Jewish security prisoners that are equal to the other security prisoners.

The conflict between the two began after Ben-Gvir sent the National Security Ministry inspector to inspect those internees' new prison conditions. The inspector visited the wing, inspected four cells, and spoke with inmates. According to the inspector's findings, Wing 22 at the Eshel Prison, to which the prisoners were transferred, housed 14 prisoners, 13 criminals, and one Arab security prisoner.

The report's conclusions painted a severe picture regarding one of the inspected cells, in which the conditions were especially severe.

In light of the findings, the Minister summoned the commander of the Eshel Prison, Menachem Bibas, to clarify the reason for the severe conditions.

The Minister also summoned Intelligence Department Head Assistant Warden Regev and Central District Deputy Commander Assistant Warden Eran Fair. According to sources close to the Minister, Ben-Gvir is determined to stop the system of blaming the subordinate instead of going to the root of the problem and punishing the ones who are really at fault. "The one who is really at fault will pay the price for his failures, and the Minister is determined to utilize the hearing, despite the unacceptable conduct of the IPS and the attempts to 'get revenge' on the Minister who is in charge of the organization.”

These leftist radicals are so fascistic that it has to be their way even to the point that they don't have to adhere to the orders of their superiors because they feel they are always superior to everyone else especially to the religious. Their ego is mind boggling.
