MAYBE HEATSTROKE is more apropos

Shouting match breaks out between Ministers Ben-Gvir and Gallant

National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir harshly condemned Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, who he claims issues many administrative detention warrants against Jews.

[maybe Gallant is suffering from heatstroke?? and a blurred understanding that there is a difference between Jews and the Arab terrorists!!]

Regarding the administrative detentions, Minister Gallant said to Minister Ben-Gvir: "It against both Arabs and Jews, how does that sit with your fight against me and the Shin Bet on the administrative warrants?"

Ben-Gvir answered: "Very simple, I know the material, you issue administrative warrants for individuals who damage property, I want warrants for murderers." Gallant responded: "The members of your party aggressively attack me and the Shin Bet."

Minister Ben-Gvir, in return, stated: "They're right since your warrants are against property damage, and I say you have to issue warrants for murderers. You have to differentiate between murderers and property damage."

Gallant claimed: "One of the most famous cases, Federman was the attorney, and you were the spokesperson.”

Ben-Gvir replied: "I hope the information they're giving you is better, Federman was never an attorney. I don't like graffiti and torched cars, but murder has to be treated differently.

Gallant continued: "A gas balloon and benzene - that's the Huwara detainees.”

Ben-Gvir corrected Gallant: "The gas balloon was the Bat Ayin underground, that was 20 years ago, I hope your intelligence against the Arabs is better than what you have on the Jews. I'm against a Jew writing graffiti or torching a car, but this is a different world from murderers. There are daily murders in the Arab sector, you can't tell me, 'Go deal with it,' and not give me tools. According to all the professionals, administrative arrests against crime families would reduce murders."

At this point, Prime Minister Netanyahu joined the conversation: "Murder in the Arab sector is terror, people live in terror.”

Deputy Attorney General Sharon Afek also joined the conversation and said: "There's a problem for the National Security Minister to issue administrative warrants without a time limit. Ben-Gvir answered: "I'm ok with a time limit."

Afek added: "It isn't state security it's a super severe criminal act." Ben-Gvir replied: "It's public security." According to Afek, "People aren't afraid to go to the corner store." Ben-Gvir: "Of course they're afraid, you don't know what goes on there."

Justice Minister Yariv Levin stated: "It's a matter of time before there will be 20 murdered in an incident, we will get to administrative means, so let's prevent the murder that's coming."

Minister Ben-Gvir again attacked: "We can wait a year until we enlist police officers and create a national guard, but we have no means until then. I'm afraid we'll get 500-600 murders, and it's the security of people, who are screaming, and they're right to scream. If you don't want administrative warrants, then at least let there be restraining orders."

*Gallant clarified: "Administrative detentions that are not ordered by the Defense Minister are impossible, I expect the full support of the government ministers regarding administrative detention.”

[this *guy has no mental ability of discernment = "the ability to judge well; "an astonishing lack of discernment"”]

B”H Ben-Gvir concluded: "You have to understand the criticism against you, you oppose administrative detentions of murderers but support them for property damage.”

This has 'no understanding' because he does not have a 'Jewish' heart. His heart & soul(?) are Erev Rav! The normal way for gvt to work is that generals & their superiors should not overridee the prime minister. The whole kit and kaboodle has to be reformed. H' have 'mercy, mercy'!
