**BIBI CALLS THEIR BLUFF:
“They Want Democracy Or A Military Regime?”During the three weeks I take to reading a few of my Tisha B’Av source material.
One such book is entitled “The Harp” by Meir Uri Gottesman, and another is entitled *“Jerusalem of Old”. On page 47, about King Yehoyakim and his Bitter End, the Minister who reads Yirmiyahu’s Megillah to the King is named, “Yehudi Ben Netanyahu”. There are also many little known facts within the text. I thought this significant in some way.

Refusal is contrary to democracy and the law. This is true in any democracy, but in our democracy, incitement to refusal directly endangers the security of all Israeli citizens. It erodes deterrence against our enemies and undermines army discipline.”
“It’s unfathomable that a group in the army threatens the elected government. ‘If you don’t do as you wish, we’ll erode security.’ No democratic country can accept such a dictate. Such a dictate is the destruction of democracy.”
