When he speaks of Rome, that also means he 'west'- Europe & the USA. Washington, D.C. was originally called Rome, Maryland.
We know that many say Moshiach will come from 'rome' meaning outside of EY.
The main thing is, let Moshiach come already. The wait has been too long!
