Reuters did a ‘fact check’ for us, and says this photo is from a 2022 meeting. We’ll have to wait for a comment by our friendly Rabbi, if he deems it worthy. See also THIS

Their son Yair currently lives in Florida. There had been talk of them visiting him in Florida while in neighborhood, as well.
If Reuters "fact-checked" and said that photo is from 2022, I'd have to conclude that Reuters is lying. Notice that Bibi is wearing a "yellow ribbon" lapel pin. That says post-07/10/23.

Well, this is --what? 2 weeks later already? Personally, I don't recall ever having to wear a bandage 2 weeks after an injury. In some of the photos it seems to me there might be signs of scarring. Hard to tell for certain. I'm disinclined to do an impression of Sherlock Holmes closely examining the 2 severed ears packed in salt (The Adventure of the Cardboard Box).
In short, couldn't say for sure one way or the other.

Wouldnt a scraping of the ear be still visible until it grows back, if it does?? Who knows?
