To Sam She says that in Gaza all command centers are underground Israel needs special bombs to bomb them up, but USA does not want to give to Israel unless they agree with USA demands to open a humanitarian coridor. Also when they give those bombs you are not allowed to bomb the rocket launches because they are in schools and etc.
It also means we are not ALLOWED to protect ourselves from Hezbollah i.e, NOT ALLOWED TO PROTECT

When the Jewish nation cries out to H' because of this evil which has befallen us, H' will send MBY just as He did in Mitzrayim when He sent Moshe Rabbeinu as the Moshiach at that time. That is what every G-D fearing Jew must understand. There is no one to rely on except for Avinu She'baShamayim! Otherwise, our people are in great danger. The whole world is in danger and being put to the test of who is with the Jewish people and G-D and who is for the wicked enemy. We need to cry out to Hashem and be unified as one people with one heart. Daven, say Tehilim and take on mitzvot and show H' that Ain Od Milvado. Moshiach is at the door.
