Accelerating the Redemption?
“I will make the peoples pure of speech so that they will all call on the name of the Lord and serve him with one purpose.” (Zephaniah 3:9)

Vice President of the United States, Mike Pence,

In 1991, the Rebbe, through prophetic insight, said that Jacob’s rival, Esau, was “refined and ready for the Redemption.” The sorrows of the past at the hands of Western civilization have come to an end. The gentiles are now willing and wanting to help the Jewish nation realize their unique destiny. The Biblical Esau was red-haired and ruddy, and people have referenced President Trump as being this modern-day Esau. Whether true or not, there is no doubt that the Trump/Pence team has brought a new light to the Middle East. And Vice President Pence’s speech to the Jewish people certainly seems like the beginning of the prophecy of Zephaniah: “I will make the peoples pure of speech so that they will all call on the name of the Lord and serve him with one purpose.”

A Honey Trap?
by Rabbi Moshe Grylak
What price this outpouring of love?
Mike Pence’s speech in the Knesset was heartwarming, and his professed love and admiration for the Jewish People and the Land of Israel is surely sincere. But Evangelicals have a long-term vision, and Jewish sovereignty in Eretz Yisrael is one step before the “end”. Read full article: Mishpacha Magazine

PS I have been enlightened by Rabbi Kessin about this very topic, and hope that it is what is.

Neshama: This is why I like your writing and your blog so much. You don't fall easily, as I, for all this 'love' which has lately been shown to our people after two millenia. Maybe in some ways, there is sincerity to a degree on the part of these 'new' friends. But after reading the number of latest posts on Tomer Devorah, who seems to be the only one where some real news is coming from, that there are out of 120 knesset members, 50 of them meet regularly for 'Bible' classes, given by these fundamentalists. We know that, of course, the chareidim would not, c'v, be part of that 50, but, of course, the leftists and surely the so-called 'right'. There is a definite agenda which is already obvious in the IDF and now we see it in the knesset itself. The PM seems to be in complete agreement with all this, but this is very threatening to the 'state'. Might be that eventually we will see a parting of the ways between the G-D fearing Jews in E. Y. and the secular. If the chareidi communities would truly care about EY, the Yehudim and Torah, they would wake up to this reality collectively and in unity and enlighten the secular and traditional communities. Friendship is good and even wonderful but, never, ever when it includes 'religion'. We are a people who dwell alone, according to Torah dictates, and are NOT allowed to mix religion(s) into our holy Land!
Therefore, find it hard to agree with Rabbi Kessin's view on this particular matter. There is always the normal middle road. Hope enough Jews will realize what seems to be happening.
Trump is definitely a manifestation of Esav (probably with his counterpart-rival Putin ... maybe meshech or tuval?). He’s an uncouth, crude and socially inept womanizer and yet he’s the one rocking the boat in favor of all that is good in the world — eradicating a legacy of tumah and liberal G-dlessness.
The second Stage of Yemos Hamoshiach is almost finished and the Geula is almost here!
