Rikki (Hanna), an 11 year old girl and an only child, thrived under her parents diligent care in their home all her life. Certain Brooklyn individuals out of lack of confidence in her parents, schemed against them to have Rikki forcefully removed from her parents and brought to them instead. Their scheme was accomplished by procuring Social Services (ACS/ CPS/ DDS/ FCLS) as a mediator. Through false accusations, they had Rikki ripped away from her parents on October 15, 2018 (about 8:00 pm) and they consequently became the foster parents. To the public they allege to be protecting Rikki and to facilitate reuniting her with her parents, while in truth they have filed to permanently adopt Rikki against her parents will and plan to subsequently flee with Rikki from the State of New York to the State of New Jersey. The adoption is scheduled to be completed on August 15, 2019.
The foster parents deliberately disobey doctors orders and do not give Rikki her proper dietary, educational (IEP/ IESP) and medical needs. Rikki’s condition is therefore deteriorating and her life is in danger. Rikki is extremely distraught where she is and cries to come back home to her parents. She consistently screams at the foster parents: “You're not my Mommy and Daddy!” “I want to go home!” The foster parents constantly threaten Rikki not to confide her feelings to her parents and attempt to give her drugs to quiet her down to prevent her from divulging the truth.
The Rabbonim have stated that the foster parents as well as all those involved have transgressed the issur d’oraisa of לא תגנוב - “Do not kidnap” - of the עשרת הדברות and that legal action must be taken at all costs to save Rikki and bring her back to her parents. The Rabbonim have also stated that this cause is true פדיון שבויים and הצלת נפשות, as Rikki’s condition is constantly deteriorating. $200,000 is urgently needed before August 15, 2019 to cover the multiple costs involved in saving Rikki’s life.
May this campaign only reunite Klal Yisrael, and motivate all those who harmed Rikki to do immediate teshuva, and allow for the geula sheleima to come!

What kind of crazies are these? According to Jewish law, this is called 'kidnapping' and we know that's a capital crime, even in Jewish law. The world is in such chaos, that one doesn't know what they are going to read and learn with each new day. H' yerachem and bring this poor child back home to her parents and see to it that she gets the care she so desperately needs and those who committed this crime, should be arrested and investigated to get to the 'truth' of whatever this matter is really about.
