Did you read Pollard's Manifesto?? He said alot more and you are only zeroing in on one item. The rest of what he wrote was very eye-opening. He should only be able to do even half of what he proposes. Calm down and read this:

The reason Am Yisrael and Eretz yisrael are in such deep danger is because we are under the rule of the nations and not the Jews.
