Dear Friend,
You may recall my post last year about a rare homesteading opportunity [1] on over a thousand acres in a remote area of Appalachia.
I'm happy to announce that we are moving forward on this project, b'ezrat Hashem.
We are welcoming a certain number of families to invest in this exciting endeavor. At this time, we are looking for investments of $100,000 or more.
It's timely, as we are hoping to close within short time. There are too many details to enumerate in this post. If you are interested, please email me at westbororabbi@substack.com
Wishing you and yours a shana tova umetuka and chag sameach.
Sincerely,
Rabbi Michoel Green
NOTE: Please note that we are not intending to subdivide 100 acres for each family. That was our initial thought last year but plans changed and last year's post has been edited to reflect that.
Instead, we'll be subdividing smaller lots, but large enough for each family to do their own farming.
At this time, we are looking for serious investors only, not for curious speculators. My time is extremely limited so please do not upset if it takes me a little while to get back to you. Thank you for your understanding.
