yes, but our gov. is working against us...
The government is not interested in preventing this. A couple of weeks ago there was another incident of soldiers getting killed in booby-trapped buildings. One of the wounded soldiers told family members that the commander requested a dog before going in and was denied.

People should also start watching/listening to J.Pollard's videos with the Rav at Machon Shilo.
