Don't rely on the nations to protect you.
Don't rely on a secular state to protect you.
Don't rely on the Israeli Defense Force to defend you. Their job is to defend the State, not you.

"Place not your trust in nobles, nor in mortal man who has not the ability to bring deliverance." Psalms 146:3
Trust only in G-d Almighty.
Obey His law:
"One who is coming to kill you, wake up earlier to kill him" (Rashi, Exodus 22:1)
Arm yourself and your family, and have a network of neighbors who are likewise armed ready to defend themselves and their neighborhood.
Don't wait on the phone for the IDF or police for 8 hours like sheep to the slaughter.
The government is not trustworthy. Its interest is not necessarily to protect you. We cannot know when they wil issue stand-down orders and sacrifice you or your child for some political expediency. Don't rely on their whims.
Only G-d Almighty will protect you. Trust in Him alone and in none other
