Arrest the Leader(s) of a Rebellion and the Protests May Lessen

“Publicist Yehonatan *Geffen” Call To Yair Lapid: “Remove Your Gloves & Hit Them Mercilessly”

If anyone deserves Administrative Detention it is Yair Lapid.

He has organized and defiantly agitated thousands to become threatening anarchists, and provokes rebels against a DEMOCRATICALLY elected government.

A self–proclaimed political enemy of the State.

The safety and social fabric of all of ISRAEL and all Israelis is being attacked. The enemy is within.

He should be held under administrative detention and sent to Beersheba, far from his Tel Aviv adherents. We’ll see how many follow him to the Arab city of Beersheba to do their protesting there.
We’ll see how long it will last.

Order demands accountability. Law enforcement and prosecutors must investigate, arrest, and indict those who violate state or federal law.

Insurrection, an organized and usually violent act of revolt or rebellion against an established government or governing authority of a nation-state or other political entity by a group of its citizens or subjects; also, any act of engaging in such a revolt.

Rebellionuprising, or insurrection is a refusal of obedience or order.[1] It refers to the open resistance against the orders of an established authority.

A rebellion originates from a sentiment of indignation and disapproval of a situation and then manifests itself by the refusal to submit or to obey the authority responsible for this situation. Rebellion can be individual or collective, peaceful (civil disobediencecivil resistance, and nonviolent resistance) or violent (terrorismsabotage and guerrilla warfare).

Rebellion and revolt are often distinguished by their different aims. While rebellion generally seeks to evade and/or gain concessions from an oppressive power, a revolt seeks to overthrow and destroy that power, as well as its accompanying laws. The goal of rebellion is resistance while a revolt seeks a revolution. As power shifts relative to the external adversary, or power shifts within a mixed coalition, or positions harden or soften on either side, an insurrection may seesaw between the two forms. The publicist Yehonatan Geffen, who has been a columnist in Yediot Achranot for many years, shamelessly called for murderous violence against supporters of the current government, calling on opposition leader Yair Lapid to “take off his gloves.”

Geffen dedicated his last column, published on Thursday, to Lapid: “We’ve been close friends for over 40 years. In our strong and long-standing friendship, we have an unwritten contract not to talk about politics.

Referring to the protests against the judicial reform, he wrote: “Yair Lapid, as a professional boxer, I’m asking you, in these terrible days – please take off your gloves and hit them mercilessly, even below the belt. A back right, a blow to the chin, and a deadly knockout.” https://www.theyeshivaworld.com/news/headlines-breaking-stories/2171070/call-to-yair-lapid-remove-your-gloves-hit-them-mercilessly.html
