Monster Snowstorm to Blanket the US – BLIZZARD CONDITIONS
BLIZZARD - Another "Ice Age" scene this time in the USA - Gridlock and Snow Bound!
Just after they issued the HIGHEST alert it happened!
Monster Snowstorm
The snow will continue through much of the day Saturday over the central Plains and may continue into Sunday over part of the middle Mississippi and Ohio valleys. Enough snow to shovel and plow is falling from central Kansas to much of Missouri, central Illinois, much of Indiana, northern Kentucky, central and southern Ohio and much of West Virginia.
A general 3-6 inches of snow is expected in this swath. However, a patch of heavier snow is in store from Kansas City to St. Louis to Indianapolis, where 6-12 inches are forecast. Within this heaviest snow area, an AccuWeather Local StormMax™ of 16 inches is projected. accuweather
