Rav Richter describes the Pri Haaretz saga, the weak testimony, the terrible abuse suffered by suspected minors, and the disgusting distraction tactic used by Shabak of publicizing that one of the suspects burned an Israeli flag. All this with examples from history where left wing Jews did all these same things and suffered no consequences

Jewish youth indicted over death of Palestinian Arab woman
A Youth, student at Samaria yeshiva, charged with throwing stone at passing vehicle and causing death of PA Arab woman Aisha Rabi. An indictment was filed against a 16-year-old youth held in custody for more than two weeks on suspicion of involvement in the incident in which Arab woman Aisha Rabi was killed.
The youth is charged with manslaughter under circumstances of terror, stone-throwing at vehicles in aggravated circumstances under terrorist circumstances, and intentional sabotage of a vehicle in circumstances of terror. [My, could they not find another ‘act’ to add on to this charge?]
Jerusalem Post: On Wednesday, it was revealed for the first time that the rock which killed Rabi contained the minor’s DNA, although the identity of the minor remains under gag order. Despite what appears to be very strong evidence of the minor’s involvement in the killing, the manslaughter charge and a delay of several days in filing the indictment indicate that the path forward to a conviction may not be simple.
JPost.com Honenu lawyer Adi Keidar has implied that even the DNA evidence could be attacked in court and the Rishon Lezion Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday said that the minor had provided an alibi this week, after refusing to speak to the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) for the past three weeks. Even with the filing of the indictment against the main minor suspect, the Justice Ministry has refused to comment on what charges those four might face, stoking speculation that they may not be charged or may only face very minor charges.
The case has reanimated the debate over the Shin Bet’s aggressive handling of Jews accused of terror. Some have said they should be treated the same as Palestinian terrorists and others have said that the agency violated the suspect-minors’ rights. [No, Jewish Youths should be handled much differently than outright haters of Jews, the Palestinians.]

A Sociologist, said about the Israeli Flag, a "Flag of Discrimination” (his name in Ivrit is Samech Mem). This Professor Sami Muhah, also burned the Israeli flag.
Algeria, Iraq, Iran, Morocco Jews who came to Eretz Yisrael were STRIPPED of their Jewishness. This was burning the Jewish Flag, our Torah.

This trial by media is all a smear campaign against the religious right before the elections. It's so transparent. The Left badly needs a Jewish bogeyman, and what is easier than manufacturing these charges. The Left knows that it cannot win an election outright, but it can demonise the right, thus encouraging the center parties which it can attach itself to, thus having influence which vastly outstrips its true electoral weight.
Furthermore, the miniscule number of real cases of such crimes by Jews should be treated as criminal offenses, investigated by the police, and not as terror. We have no infrastructure, education, media, political, etc, that promotes or glorifies terror.

But it is not enough. He must give classes in Hebrew to educate Israelis, create a leadership training for these youth, so that they will in time be able to hold positions of influence, and he should think about entering politics.
All the youth should wear body cameras so if they are accused of something they can easily prove their innocence.
Civil lawsuits should be brought against the state for the treatment of the youth. And there should be demands for an enquiry into the behaviour of the shabak, and also demands that any future such case should be handled by the police, not the shabak. This case is patently false, but even if there were such a case, it would be a crime, and not terror. There is no terror infrastucture against Arabs, only an Arab infrastructure against Jews. We teach our children about peace and they teach theirs to murder.
Nothing new because the left has always acted the same; they are without any fear of Heaven and so they hate Jewish law because it takes away from them the freedom of acting more like brutes than humans. They are all projectionists, meaning they project what they really are onto those they hate. When they call the 'right', for instance,'intolerant', it really is that they are the intolerant ones. Everything, literally, they blame others for are what they themselves are guilty of and are. They do not need facts or truth because it gets in the way of their lies and find truth a big hindrance. If an average person cannot see through these patterns of the 'leftist' mentality, they cannot be too bright. It's clear as day. Those who act this way are from the Erev Rav and have no Jewish souls, thus they feel the Jews are the terrorists, but their (left) actions prove what they themselves really are. How sad that in the Land of the Jews and holy Torah, they discard the holy Jewish Torah laws and instead use the laws of Esav. This will continue while the Erev Rav are in control, r'l. May the Geulah come speedily mercifully for every true Jewish soul.
