This is an orchestrated effort to kill people eating the product.
The use of metal shards to sabotage is in wide use. It has also been used to kill herds of cattle, after being attached to corn stalks so the harvesting equipment collects all together. In small particles it doesn’t normally damage equipment.

The world has been full of evil since after the sin of Adam & Chava, but never has it descended to such a low and pure evil as in these times. Tnuva should never have sold out to China. It's hard to understand why (especially EY) any country has their foods, factories, ranches, farms being produced in foreign lands. Now they should stop. I never buy their products since Tnuva sold out. It's gotten very scary what is being done to the food industry. This is another way the ptb's use to quicken depopulation, r'l.
