HUGE UPDATE on Velvel Wolf Zev ben Leah

Big update on Dr. Zelenko:

Zev's numbers have miraculously improved [B”H} and now the doctors believe he is 50/50 to live or die. Just a couple of hours ago they had everyone preparing to say their final goodbyes to him but then as everyone around him and all of you were praying his numbers began to drastically change!

The doctors still don't know how this is even happening but I think they have started to become believers at this point.

Thank you all so much for the overwhelming prayers and support. I know it has been emotionally exhausting but please continue to pray and think about Zev, a true warrior for God. He still has more fight left in him!

I will update as soon as I know more.

Rabbi Weissman – Trusting Doctors in Halachic Responsa – Part 1

This week's Torah class is available here. Jews who don't believe an unborn child is a real person whose life must be guarded never studied Iyov, or they don't really care what the Torah has to say.

I was also a guest on Dr. Zelenko's weekly Medical Fellowship podcast (which we pray he will be able to resume hosting in good health) to discuss Roe vs. Wade and the Jewish perspective.  The recording is available here .

Today at 5:30 PM Israel time will be episode 45 of my Medical War Crimes series.  I will be sharing additional Torah on unborn children that the other side conveniently ignores.  The link to register for the live program is here.

My sefer Tovim Ha'Shenayim: A Study of the Role and Nature of Man and Woman is available for FREE download here (those who appreciate it are invited to contribute something via Paypal).  You can also purchase a hard copy from Kodesh Press here

Trusting Doctors in Halachic Responsa – Part 1

Contrary to the proclamations of rabbis who abused and desecrated their positions, the Torah does not instruct us to follow doctors, any more than it instructs us to do something just because a rabbi said so. Indeed, those who made these proclamations on behalf of their sponsors failed to substantiate them – because they can't – and counted on people being too ignorant, lazy, fearful, trusting, and obedient to even question them. Millions of people over the last two years made poor medical decisions as a result, the devastating effects of which are becoming more apparent with each passing day.

My recent series on Medical Tyranny Versus Authentic Torah outlined the Torah's true position on the role of doctors. In the following selection of halachic responsa we will see how some of our greatest poskim (decisors of Jewish law) applied these principles in real life.

Lest one accuse me of cherry-picking, the Torah sources are consistent and unequivocal, and those who believe otherwise are welcome to back it up. The other side of the cherry orchard is a barren wasteland of rhetoric about “saving lives”, “trusting experts”, and “Jewish values”, plus a few sources taken absurdly out of context. Sorry to those who believe everything is too complex and nuanced for the objective truth to be clear. Unless we are talking about details and halachic minutiae – for which we require poskim – the objective truth is generally clear as day. We are responsible to know it and confidently adhere to it, even if corporate shills in rabbinic garb seek to lead us astray.

Here, then, is real Torah – what they didn't teach you and don't want you to know.

The Shulchan Aruch, Even HaEzer 145:9 deals with the case of a married man who is gravely ill and wishes to grant his wife a divorce right before his death, most likely so that she will avoid becoming a yevama. The way to do this is with a provisional get that will take effect retroactively upon his death, but will be void if he recovers.

The Shulchan Aruch strongly recommends that the get be worded to take effect only if he dies by a certain day, as opposed to stating that it should take effect if he dies from this particular illness. Otherwise, there is concern that an unscrupulous fellow will try to convince the doctor to say that the man died from some other cause, and he will thereby cast aspersions on the get.

In other words, there is a serious halachic concern that a doctor may be coerced to fudge the official cause of death. This is not a mere theory or an irrational fear; it's real life, real Jewish law.

The Rema adds the following comment: “For nowadays we are not experts, and therefore nowadays we should not rely on the evaluations of the doctor.

Even if there is no suspicion of corruption, the Rema stated that doctors have less expertise in determining the cause of death than they had in earlier times. One might wish to believe that today doctors are better at this than ever, but considering their wild claims about “covid deaths” and their refusal to acknowledge carnage from the shots, it's fair to suggest that their trustworthiness in this matter is even less than in the times of the Rema. Whatever they know or don't know, they're certainly amenable to fudging a death certificate.

*

The Chasam Sofer has a particularly relevant responsa (2:82), cited by the Pischei Teshuva on Even HaEzer 159:1. This concerns the case of a man who died without children, and his wife was a yevama. Her husband's brother was only six years old, which meant she would be forced to wait seven years until he became an adult and was able to perform chalitza.

The woman obtained testimony from “expert doctors” that if she remained an aguna for so long, she might become dangerously ill. The Chasam Sofer was asked a twofold question:

1) Do we trust doctors regarding a person who is standing before us in good health, and we see no signs of illness in him, that this person is actually in danger?

2) If we do trust the doctors, may we permit a yevama to remarry, despite the prohibition, due to this presumed danger to her health?

In his lengthy response the Chasam Sofer states emphatically as follows:

“...We should only trust a doctor about one who is already established to have a certain illness, but as for a person who goes with strength like a healthy person and whispers to a doctor and says 'I have this, and this hurts me' and the doctor judges according to his words as he should, we cannot allow him [the one who claims he is sick] to transgress and to budge at all, certainly not from the words of the Torah based on his dreams and his words.”

In other words, there is no such thing as doctors declaring that people who show no signs of illness should be quarantined like lepers or otherwise presumed to be spreading deadly diseases. Furthermore, it is forbidden to suspend any mitzvos due to this presumed “threat to life” that is entirely speculative. We do not treat healthy ("asymptomatic") people like sick people, period. The doctor can jump up and down all he wants, but his words are as authoritative as a dream.

The Chasam Sofer then writes emphatically that we do not permit the yevama to violate Torah law – especially one that involves forbidden relationships – despite the assertion that her emotional distress could theoretically endanger her health.

This point needs to be emphasized. We do not allow people to hold us hostage to their emotions and compromise the Torah to placate them. We do not violate the Torah because people threaten to throw a tantrum or blame us for the harm they bring upon themselves. Children, and adults who behave like children, are encouraged to grow up, and receive discipline if necessary.

The Chasam Sofer brings numerous proofs for his ruling and concludes as follows:

“I hope that there will be no thought or challenge, God forbid, to take action and publicly violate the words of the Torah, God forbid. And we trust in Hashem that one who guards a mitzvah will not have evil befall him [Koheles 8:5] and no tragedy will come through keeping the commandments of Hashem and His Torah

One who trusts in Hashem and follows the Torah does not recklessly endanger himself, but he also does not make concessions for every fear real, exaggerated, or imagined. God does not want us to live like paranoid hypochondriacs, declaring everything a safek pikuach nefesh (a possible threat to one's life), and therefore normal life itself “too dangerous”. Such behavior is a perverse distortion of the very foundations of Torah.

To be continued...

IN THE NEWS: Medical Vacations UPDATE

The US Supremes 6–3 did the legally correct sending the roe v wade back to the States, where it constitutionally belongs. Abortion is NOT a US Constitution Right under law. The Consritution endows  “rights” on all US citizens.

An abortion is murder and a selective medical procedure according to State laws, if enacted.

It looks like ISRAEL has taken advantage of staged riots in America in order to increase the murder of pre-born life of future Jewish neshomas (and other peoples living in Israel).

The tourist industry is looking forward to an increase.

Gam Zu L’Tovah **and** "Kol man d'avid Rachmana l'tav avid"

Should we say that all is good even though we don’t feel it?

And the answer is yes! Because vehalachta bedrachav

– you have to walk in the ways of Hashem, and Hashem says

in the Torah: Vayar Elokim es kol asher asah – Hashem saw

all that He had made, v’hinei tov meod – and behold the

whole thing is very good. Hashem said this is a very good

world! And so, instead of walking around and grouching,

“It’s too hot. It’s so humid,” or “It’s too cold – it’s nasty; it’s

raining;” instead of that, we should always speak well of

Hashem’s world.

[me:  famine, terrorist attacks, viruses, poverty, et al.]

It’s hot? Wonderful! The apples are getting red on the

trees. The pears are becoming sweet on the trees. If it

wasn’t hot, they wouldn’t become sweet. If it’s cold, that’s

also wonderful! The earth now is taking a rest from

producing and while it’s taking a rest it’s recuperating all the

minerals it lost, all the materials it lost during the

summertime. Without the winter, there can’t be a summer.

If it was summer all year, the earth would keep on producing

and it would become arid and infertile. That’s why the earth

takes vacation in the wintertime. Cold is wonderful. Cold

forces the earth to stop producing.

Rain is wonderful. Without rain, we’re nothing. When

it rains, we’re coming down from the sky. You came down in

the rain once upon a time! We’re 80% rain. We came down

from the sky once. And people are grouching and

complaining about the rain. Here we were coming down

from the clouds and they were complaining against us.

That’s our chance to come to this world! That’s rain! And

therefore when rain comes down, all the boys of the yeshivos

are coming down and their future brides, the kallos from

Bais Yaakov, are coming down. They’re all coming down

together from the sky. So rain is wonderful.

So Hashem says it’s a very good world, and He wants us

to keep on saying that all the time. Hodu laHashem ki tov,

that He gave a very good world; and if you keep on saying it,

after a while, after some time, you’ll begin to feel it.

URGENT TEHILLIM for Velvel Wolf Zev ben Leah

Dr. Zev Zelenko, the doctor who gained national attention for developing the “Zelenko Protocol” – a drug cocktail [a nutritional support] he gave to Covid-19 patients – has been placed in the Intensive Care Unit and is in critical condition.

Dr. Zelenko has been battling a serious case of progressive cancer for some time. In a recent video, he announced that a tumor had been found on his heart’s upper right ventricle, with a blood clot sitting above the tumor.

At the time, Dr. Zelenko said he was in a “very good state of mind” despite the grim prognosis.

“My resolve to help humanity, the vulnerable, the innocent, decent people overcome this terrible darkness and plague that is upon us has never been stronger,” he said. “And if I have to leave the world, I accept G-d’s will, but I encourage and plead with everyone else to up your game and stand up and resist… publicly against the policies of tyranny that are coming again.”

Please daven for Velvel Wolf Zev ben Leah.

COVID ON THE RISE? NUMBERS SCARE, So Here Are Some

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) today released new data showing a total of 1,307,928 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines were submitted between Dec. 14, 2020, and June 17, 2022, to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). That’s an increase of 6,572 adverse events over the previous week.

VAERS is the primary government-funded system for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S.

The data included a total of 29,031 reports of deaths — an increase of 172 over the previous week — and 240,022 serious injuries, including deaths, during the same time period — up 1,610 compared with the previous week.

Of the 29,031 reported deaths, 18,814 cases are attributed to Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, 7,627 cases to Moderna and 2,525 cases to Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

Excluding “foreign reports” to VAERS, 835,063 adverse events, including 13,388 deaths and 84,542 serious injuries, were reported in the U.S. between Dec. 14, 2020, and June 17, 2022.

Foreign reports are reports foreign subsidiaries send to U.S. vaccine manufacturers. Under U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, if a manufacturer is notified of a foreign case report that describes an event that is both serious and does not appear on the product’s labeling, the manufacturer is required to submit the report to VAERS.

Of the 13,388 U.S. deaths reported as of June 17, 16% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 20% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 59% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

In the U.S., 592 million COVID-19 vaccine doses had been administered as of June 16, including 349 million doses of Pfizer, 223 million doses of Moderna and 19 million doses of Johnson & Johnson (J&J).

A WHOLE BUNCH MORE HERE

Pfizer COVD-19 vaccine reduces sperm count, study shows

A peer-reviewed study published June 17 in the journal Andrology shows Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine reduced sperm concentration after the second dose.

In a retrospective longitudinal multicenter comparison study, researchers analyzed 220 semen samples of 37 donors from sperm banks in Israel.

The study participants received two doses of Pfizer’s COVID-19 vaccine, were negative for SARS-CoV-2 and did not have COVID-19 symptoms.

The changes in sperm concentration, semen volume, sperm motility and total motility count after the second dose were assessed at various study phases.

The authors concluded the negative effect of the Pfizer vaccine on sperm quality was temporary. Yet, the actual data calculating the average of values showed sperm counts had not returned to normal after five months, the end of the monitoring period.

IN THE BEIS HAMIKDASH: "min haolam ad haolam habah"

 min haolam ad haolam

From R’ Avigdor Miller ZT”L, Parshas Korach, "You Take It With You”.

Even though there are many attitudes that will cause you tremendous happiness in the Next World, one of the most important is the attitude of being happy. If you want to be happy in the Next World being נֶהֱנֶה מִזיִּו השְַּׁכיִנהָenjoying the splendor of seeing the Shechina – the greatest pleasure possible – you have to get busy creating a mind that enjoys Hakodosh Boruch Hu while you’re still in this world.

First we'll see what Rashi says in Mesichta Brachos; it’s in daf samech gimmel amud alef …. The Gemara says there that in the Beis Hamikdash when they used to conclude a bracha, it was different from the way we finish up a bracha.

They used to say min haolam ad haolam – from this world

to the Next World – at the end of every bracha.

For instance, we say baruch atah Hashem Goel Yisrael but in the Beis Hamikdash they said baruch atah Hashem ‘min haolam ad haolam’ Goel Yisrael – We thank You from this world to the Next World.

Now why did they do that? So Rashi says an interesting and important statement. Rashi explains that every bracha begins here in this world and it finishes there in the next world. And here's his language; pay good attention because these words are the clue to our function in this world: הַנהְִיגו ברְִּכותָֹיו בעָּולֹםָ הַזהֶּ, accustom yourself to saying His blessings, the blessings of Hashem, in this world, כדְּ ישֶׁתהִּיְו רְגיִלִים בּו לְעולָֹם הַבָּא, in order that you should be practiced in them for the World-to-Come.

Become accustomed to thanking Him in this world in order you should bewell rehearsed for Olam Habo.

To explain it a little more, we'll learn a Gemara in Mesichta Sanhedrin (91b):

אָמַר רַבִּ יְהוֹשֻׁעַ בֶּן לֵוִי כָּל הָעוֹסֵק בְּשִׁירָה בָּעוֹלם הַזֶּה – Rabbi Yehoshua ben Levy says that if a man is osek, he’s occupied, with saying song in this world, so something special is going to happen to him. I’ll get to that special thing momentarily but first, what does it mean osek? It means he is busy with it; it’s not just once in a while. And what’s he busy with? Beshirah.

Beshira doesn’t mean saying prose; it means saying song. You will speak in lyric words! You might even dance too! And that's the way we have to talk about this world.

[…] That's why I say that in this place we always remind ourselves that our motto is שִׂמְחו צַדִּיקִים בַּהַשֵּׁם. That's our motto: all you righteous people, let's be happy in Hashem. רַנְּנוּ צַדִּיקִים בַּהַשֵּׁם, let’s get busy singing to Hashem. Because that's the great rehearsal for when we come into the big banquet hall where we're going to have something really important to say thank You for. That's the preparation for the great happiness that will be served in the World-to-Come.

And therefore along with all the other Torah attitudes we have to get busy gaining, one of the most important is to gain the attitude of happiness. The more you learn to be happy with Hakodosh Boruch Hu in this world, that’s how you

create a mind that’s prepared for happiness. And then move into the Next World with the same mind you created here and you’ll be happy forever.

From R’ Avigdor Miller ZT”L, Parshas Korach, "You Take It With You”.

Jonathan Pollard Remembering Rabbi Eliyahu Z”l

“Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu was my Rabbi, Remember what he stood for”

Jonathan Pollard took part in a memorial event honoring the late former Chief Sephardic Rabbi of Israel, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu.

The event, which was held in Jerusalem Thursday, marked the 12th anniversary of the passing of Rabbi Eliyahu, who served as one of Israel’s two chief rabbis, alongside Rabbi Avraham Shapira, from 1983 to 1993.

“I am very honored to be here to celebrate the hilula [anniversary of passing] of my rabbi, Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu…and to be with so many of this followers and students and family members,” Pollard told Israel National News.

I hope that by honoring him today, as we will on every occasion of his hilula in the future, we will remember exactly what he stood for and exactly what he lived for – and that was Am Yisrael, Eretz Yisrael Al Pi Torat Yisrael [The Jewish people, the Land of Israel, following the Torah of Israel].”

“That is what we have to keep in mind going forward because that was his lesson for all of us.”

"That Is an Absolute Lie…"

So says Steve Kirsch and the gateway pundit

CDC Insists ‘Severe Reactions’ to COVID Vaccines Are Rare, But New Survey Proves That Is an Absolute Lie

  •  Steve Kirsch detailed the key findings from the survey on his substack on Monday.

The survey showed the following, Kirsch notes:

  1. 20% of the respondents reported they were vaccine injured
  2. The 20% number is remarkable because there was no pre-screening question and only 77.3% of Americans received at least one dose. That means that if you were vaccinated there is a 26% chance that you were injured (computed as 20.46/77.3). Wow.
  3. 30% of the households have a vaccine injured person
  4. 45% of the extended families have a vaccine injured person
  5. In 87% of the cases where there was a vaccine injury, there was either a doctor visit(s) or hospital stay(s) or both.
  6. 54% of the injured are still impacted today.
  7. 45% of the vaccine injured said it would shorten their lifespan
  8. 41% of the injured are unable to hold a job.
  9. Only 17% said their injury was a minor annoyance.
  • The poll results indicate that “40M Americans over 18 are COVID vaccine injured, 20M seriously,” Kirsch warns. “This may explain why there are staffing shortages everywhere, from pilots to pharmacists.”
  • The rate of vaccine injury gathered in the survey is comparable to the number of vaccine-related injuries reported by VAERS, he contends.

Rabbi Weissman: FREE BOOK "Tovim Ha-Shenayim”

The spiritual state of the world has deteriorated to the point where even the most basic truths are being challenged and denied.  Something as self-evident as "what is a woman" is a question that many people refuse to answer, or cannot answer, or struggle to answer even if they recognize biological realities.

In 2014 Kodesh Press published my book Tovim Ha-Shenayim: A Study of the Role and Nature of Man and Woman, with a haskama (letter of approbation) from Rabbi Moshe D. Tendler zt"l. It's a concise but comprehensive analysis of not just what Man and Woman are, but WHY they are, and why God made them that way.  The book's ten chapters are filled with primary Torah sources in the original Hebrew and Aramaic, translated to English, and explained in plain language that everyone can understand.

In light of the desperate need for this information to be widely disseminated, Kodesh Press has agreed to make the book available for FREE download, no strings attached.

If you agree that this is an important book, please consider purchasing a hard copy from Kodesh Press here.  Alternatively, you can support the publisher and my work via a payment/contribution via Paypal to endthemadness@gmail.com.  If there is significant support, I will be able to translate the book to Hebrew and disseminate it in Israel at no cost. I invite you to share in this merit that can have a huge ripple effect.

Of course, if you can't afford it, or you just don't like paying for content (who does?), please enjoy the book for free and share it with others.  I do not teach Torah for money, and the most important thing is spreading the truth to as many people as possible.

FREE DOWNLOAD:  The link to the free download is https://kodeshpress.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/Tovim-Ha-Shenayim.pdf.

I have also copied below the Afterword at the very end of the book, because it serves as an excellent introduction for why this book is needed today more than ever before.

PLEASE share this with others.

Chananya

Afterword

The institution of marriage is under mortal attack from all sides in our generation. There are those who attack the basic notion of marriage consisting of a union between a man and a woman, thereby relegating marriage to little more than a profane relationship whose main purpose is to receive tax benefits.

There are those who openly scorn the concept of marriage altogether. They claim that two people who “love” one another can live together indefinitely and even raise a family together without consecrating the relationship and assuming the various risks and responsibilities that come with that.

Others of this ilk see marriage as a threat to one's “independence” and “freedom”. If they could write their own Torah – and surely they think they could vastly improve on it – the verse would read “One is better than two, unless the one receives a great deal more in the bargain.”

Still others view marriage as a relationship of convenience, and therefore a relationship to be terminated when it is no longer convenient, or when a more tantalizing opportunity presents itself.

As the foundations of marriage have been attacked, the foundations of family life have been altered to suit the whims of “progressives”. Why should children require both a father and a mother? Why not two of one and none of the other? Why not simply a single mother who retains her “freedom” and “independence”?

It is interesting that those who wax self-righteous about a woman's right to this or that have no moral qualms about bringing a child into the world merely to satisfy the motherly urges of a woman without providing the child any possibility of having a father or any say in the matter. This is progress.

Essentially, every “alternative lifestyle” is glorified and respected, whereas that boring lifestyle that God created and designated as His will for Mankind is forced to retreat and give room in the name of openness and “progress”. One who has principles – aside from the principle to have no principles – is blasphemed. Tolerance and openness do not extend to those who endorse God's will. Those who reject God's will can get anyway with anything.

It should come as no surprise that this breakdown in marriage and family life has created a society in which children have little respect for their parents, scorn authority, reject discipline, mock tradition, and have no concept of altruism. What should come as a surprise is that many people do not consider these to be problems, and even those who do often fail to make the connection.

Much of the Jewish world – including those who are Torah-observant to a significant degree – has fallen prey to this onslaught of ideas and its devastating consequences. We have collectively been dragged down by the rest of the world, and have lost sight of our calling to educate and guide the nations toward God's will.

Most of the ideas in this book are fundamental to all of humanity. I hope they are embraced by my people and by the gentiles to create a more stable, peaceful, happy, and – most importantly – truly God-fearing world. A society with healthy family units, built based on God's architectural design, will be successful and content. Let us embrace the wisdom of the Torah, and proclaim it without shame to all who may be receptive.

May we merit to witness a healing in our communities and in the world at large.

Have You Noticed Our Sun Lately?

David *Dubyne:  Urgent News From the Trucking & Energy Industries

COMMENTS TO THIS VIDEO:  –We were talking about the sun last summer- there are days when it has this nasty stinging burning quality to it, not something I ever recall feeling before.

–I'm in the UK and have noticed this year that the sun is up at 3:30 am  and it's daylight ! I have been asking around and other people have noticed this too, but there is nothing in the media about this. The normal time for sunrise in the UK in summer is 5:30. Anyone know why this is happening ?

–yes the sun is turning blue, thats why they changed the color of our lights on the vehicles to that blue color and they have been putting up blueish streetlights in some places

–i'm gonna disagree with everyone about the color of the sun. I'm over  65 and remember the sun in the morning, noon, and in the evening. The sun was never always white, yellow or orange. It depended on what time of day it was as to the color. So much disinformation about the sun out nowdays.
