I read on Rabbi Chananya Weissman’s Rumble account the following:
Rav Chaim Kanievsky's daughter reports that when he was given information about the whack he came out 100% against it.
I’m not sure how this relates to the many many statements attributed to the Rav? Hopefully, at some time, we will be able to learn the EMES.
