What's the comment about "tenements"? The smaller two bedroom apartments are 80 square meters. NYC Tenements were less than half that size.
I'm refering to HUGE buildings with HUNDREDS of apartments. Some of them are cubicles, like those going up near the Shuk!!
Even the not so high but very WIDE and DENSE bldgs. What happens when oops there is no heat, or the elec disappears?? This can be controlled from outside via those “smart” thingies! And in Sin where the front entrance to the bldg. all of a sudden gets jammed!? Stuck inside!? Do those windows open or are they immovable. Just saying…..events in the world leave one pessimistic.
