The way his face appears it seems he may have had a stroke on his right side(left in the photo). There is a huge difference in his eyes. And his right side seems lower that his left. Does anyone notice this?
And his left eye looks strange. Maybe a false eyeball?
Neshama, I do not think so. It is an angle, the light or photoshop.
