Every Jewish neshama has a portion in Olam Habah because Chazal teach us that all bnai Yisrael are 'tzadikim'.

Boruch: What about the Erev Rav and Erev Zeir??

Some of the Erev Rav can do teshuvah and if they are halachaclly Jewish, they can most likely have a portion of Olam Habah also. It is the evil Erev Rav Amaleikim most likely that cannot have a portion in Olam Habah.
One of the five groups of Erev Rav are called 'Amaleikim' and they are the worst and most dangerous of them all. We will have all the answers we need when Moshiach is here.
