Rural Life in Iran and Differences and Similarities in Meal Preparation – A Cultural Adventure

These are fascinating videos of life in other countries, and Iran. Women’s work is in the “kitchen” which makes outdoor fire–harth–cooking seem delightful. [Camping and cooking in the wild is what many people enjoy.People love BBQs, especially in Israel.) Watching these women create delicious meals in their fashion and custom testifies that meal-planning, creating combinations of tastes, and manner of preparation, is comparable to the way we cook. When I grate a vegetable for a special dish, it looks like the way they grate veggies; washing foods before cooking is much like what we do (only we have a modern kitchen), but their style is universal. Cleaning a fish is quite thorough; trimming fat off the lamb meat is what our butchers should do. I love exploring other peoples lives and I hope you enjoy some of these videos as well. With all the work they put into meal prep, I wonder if this is the main (and only) meal of the day. [of course they are not kosher, but clean and careful they are.]

They live in the mountains – amazing sights. Also notice the beautiful plant life and accompanying animals. I thought about our ancestors and how they could have lived something like this.
