Ignore the supreme court when it comes to fighting a war. The supreme court in the past has ruled that a Jew has freedom of religion and can pray on the temple mount by the government ignoraed that ruling and arrested any one that prayed on the temple mount. If you can ignore that ruling then you can ignore the supreme court involving other issues.

Knesset member Tali Gottlieb responded to the lawsuit, asserting her legal immunity and expressing no intention to waive it. CAN THE MOSSAD BE TRUSTED (in light of Oct 7massacre):  The Mossad chief .. did not meet with protest leader Shikma Bressler, contrary to claims made by MK Tally Gotliv, the Mossad said in a statement released via the Prime Minister's Office on Tuesday night. (maybe not so, but someone could have; either told her something, or asked her something?)

Tally Gotliv's post drew immediate condemnations from the Prime Minister's Office, which called Gotliv's statements “infuriating."

“If removing the rights of terrorists is ‘harmful to the state’ as the IDF and Shin Bet claim, something very bad is happening here.”
