In fact Techias Meisim is estimated to begin 210 years before 6000. Therefore we have 7 years within which we have Mashiach and the Third Temple.

You are correct that the reshaim are the ones using that date (even Rabbi Kessin used it too & don't know why); I was just correcting the seven year differnce where you wrote 2040 instead of 2030 for the 7 years that you indicated. That aside, Rabbi Hool is the one where I personally think he is correct about most everything he had said in his audio about this year bringing Moshiach (amen) and he said that in 2027 techiyat hameitim should start. (Has to be anywhere from 210 to 214 years before 6000.
