Moshe’le Holtzberg, the son of Gabi and Rivky Holtzberg H”YD who were murdered by terrorists while on Shlichus in Mumbai India, celebrated his Hanachos Tefillin on Tuesday this week in Stony point, New York.
The celbration was attended by family and friends, many who flew in special for the occasion.
During his visit to New York, Moshe’le visited the Ohel and put on tefillin there.
