NOW WE KNOW what "Exceptional Measures" means. The lawyers for the young detainees have finally met with their clients. And it's worse than suspected.

"Yesterday I met with a minor after 21 days and saw a man who was completely changed, something very difficult happened to him. Senior officers in the Shabak went into the investigation rooms and used torture methods and physical violence against a minor," said Keidar.

"The lawyer said his client revealed to him that "they don't let him sleep, he is handcuffed by his hands and feet. Senior investigators come in and start hitting him cruelly in sensitive body organs, until at a certain point he doesn't feel anything anymore, including kicks and slaps."

"Keidar also provided testimony regarding another suspect, saying, "he was prevented from sleeping for three days. The investigators started pulling his head back and he threw up violently. After he saw a doctor who said he needs rest, they continued the abuse."

In today's TimesofIsrael article, "The usually taciturn Shin Bet security service lashed out against [so-called] Jewish terror organizations on Thursday, saying the groups display an “extremist, anti-Zionist ideology” and bear part of the responsibility for the current unrest in Israel and the West Bank." [...] "Jewish Home party Knesset member Betzalel Smotrich denied that the murder of the three Dawabsha family members was a terror attack, saying in a newspaper column that attacks by Jewish youths were “serious crimes,” which may be nationalistically motivated, but should not be equated with attacks by Palestinians.

Apparently referring to the Duma investigation, the ultra-conservative lawmaker further claimed the Shin Bet had “crossed all red lines.” Smotrich appeared to break a gag order on the probe, referring to specific suspects who had been taken in for questioning.

The Shin Bet has come out to defend their actions based on misguided application of secular laws. They think they are protecting the Jewish People and State of Israel from a ghastly ideology: “extremist, anti-Zionist ideology”  but this is none other than living by a Torah and Halacha centered government. However, there must be a legal way to bring Shabak torturers to justice for extreme cruelty and abuse perpetrated against fellow Jews. The struggle for greater adherence to the Torah's prescription for life is on trial here!

• *And the Defense Minister needs to be held accountable for the injuries inflicted on ALL of the detainees, and prosecuted for subversive and unwarranted accusals.
• *And Abbass is behind his curtain of lies, laughing at how he manipulated Israeli public opinion to blame Jewish youth for a crime committed by another clan of Arabs against the Dawabsha Family.
• *The Supreme Court and the Judges that allowed the abusive measures to be instituted should have nightmares and eventually resign from the Court system.
• *One by one the conscience of all involved in Boogie's vendetta style persecution should be consumed with guilt, like many experienced after the Disengagement. IDF soldiers, young men, are leaving the IDF because of PTSD. The hypocrisy of Rules of Engagement is driving them to lose respect for themselves (cognitive dissonance).

UPDATE THIS AM: In an article on YNet: Attorney David Halevy added: "The legal system is supposed to restrain those conducting interrogations. Where are the human rights organizations? Where is the National Council for the Child?"

In response to the reports of Shin Bet violence, the Association for Civil Rights in Israel said on Thursday evening: "The attorneys' reports of the Shin Bet's use violence against the suspects in the terror attack in Duma raise grave suspicion of the use of illegal interrogation methods.

"This includes the use of physical force and sleep deprivation for extended periods. These interrogation methods have been excluded by the Supreme Court following petitions by the Association for Civil Rights, the Pubic Committee Against Torture and the Center for the Defence of the Individiual, which were partly based on reports from B'Tselem.

"We call on the Ministry of Justice to immediately investigate these complaints against the Shin Bet,"

This whole affair should shake the entire nation of Israel (like watergate) and produce self imposed reckoning, teshuva.

Israeli adults and children are starving; wages are so low Israelis live in constant bank overdraft, banks are making profits off of poverty stricken families by enticing them to make further loans (shame on them); and all the egos in the Knesset are more invested in keeping their positions; or in attacking one another; in maintaining their prestige, and none of them can see the handwriting on the wall. They need a Daniel to read it to them. The leftists are a curse eating away at all decency and the Peoples' Jewish Heritage.

Daniel reads the words, MENE, MENE, TEKEL, PARSIN, 

and interprets them for the king: 

MENE, God has numbered the days of your kingdom 

and brought it to an end; 

TEKEL, you have been weighed and found wanting

This could be the beginning of the unraveling of the Zionist enterprise.

They accuse these detainees of wanting to overthrow the Zionist Government. What in the world does that mean?

Meir Ettinger is right.* The Supreme Court "will repent for your actions and your Jewish soul will take over to help bring the redemption". They are so afraid of the Jewish religion. This is what the government is so afraid of, that the long-awaited redemption, the Geulah, will actually occur, as our Jewish Heritage predicts, and as HaShem, the G–D of the world promises.

These captors are the prosecution, the media, and the false courts of today that have waged war against the land of Israel, the Torah of Israel, and those who fear the G-d of Israel. * These are the words of Meir Ettinger said during his hearing on Sep. 10th, 2015. This hearing was the third and final hearing [...] before officially approving his administrative detention.

**The Return to Zion was usurped from the religious Jews (who were interested in returning to Eretz Israel) back in Europe after Herzel passed on, and there was a struggle for leadership. During this time different "political" factions wrestled for dominance. From this the non-religious socialists took control and created the Halutzim movement to create a society on the Land. Hence,  "The Zionist Dream" socialist political movement was created. (I heard this in a fascinating series of lectures given by supreme historian Rabbi Berl Wein. This is not verbatim, but a paraphrase of what I understood.)

**HOWEVER, regardless of the fear and panic, this doesn't equate to the end of the State of Israel, only that the non-Jewish elements be plucked out and life is to continue as a Jewish Nation according to the Torah of HaShem, and according to the leadership of Moshiach in the age of Geula.
