Should We Study Kabbalah? Part 2
The formula for proper Torah study, a train chair perfect for amputees, and studies are vastly overrated
In this week's Torah class we learned:
- More from the Sefer Habris on the necessity for Torah scholars to study Kabbalah, particularly after the time of the Arizal, both for their own sake and for the Jewish people, though with important qualifiers
- Strong warnings against attempting to engage in practical Kabbalah, and the futility of such attempts in our times. According to what we learned, the world is full of charlatans, including well-intentioned Kabbalists who have no idea that they are spreading distortions.
- The formula for proper Torah study, as outlined by the Ramchal
- And much more
The class is also available on my Rumble channel here.
Someone shared this picture of the "new and improved train seats" on the Jerusalem light rail (she refers to them as Zyklon B trains), with the following observation: "It looked like it was designed for soldiers with limbs blown off. Depending on which leg you have you know which seat to sit on. How thoughtful of the regime!”
Give me a better explanation for train seats being situated with space for a tuchus but not for a leg. The popular consensus seems to be that this is an expression of contempt for the peasants, all while maximizing profits.
Or perhaps this was just another intelligence failure?

Insiders Admit Modern Medicine Is a Fraud
BS”D Nearly everything your doctor does is based on research published in medical journals - but the journals are revealed by insiders to be completely untrustworthy…

I didn’t spend 10 years in medical school learning how to lie, get paid off, and just follow orders, so I can’t possibly know anything.
Better questions:
What does your doctor actually know?
Is he humble enough to know how little he knows?
Is he honest enough to admit it?
Does he care enough to do anything about it?
Would he prioritize your wellbeing over his ego and personal convenience?
