Eretz HaKodesh – "...coordinated political coup to overturn the [stunning] election results"

Dear Friends and Supporters of Eretz HaKodesh,

We write to you today because we are deeply troubled.
Following the recent American section of the World Zionist Organization (WZO) elections, in which Eretz HaKodesh and other religious and right-wing parties achieved significant success, the left-wing factions—facing the loss of their longtime majority—have launched a coordinated political coup to overturn the election results.

In the aftermath of the election, allegations of fraud emerged. For two months, these allegations were thoroughly investigated. Investigators found no evidence whatsoever linking Eretz HaKodesh or any right-wing faction to any wrongdoing.

Yet, despite this, the AEC (Area Election committee of the American Zionist Movement-AZM) a deeply politicized body dominated by liberal and left-wing interests—took the unprecedented and outrageous step of disqualifying a significant amount of the delegates from Eretz HaKodesh and other right-wing parties. The result, if it stands? The left will snatch back its crumbling
majority through procedural manipulation, not through the ballot box.
Let us be clear: This is election fraud in broad daylight.
Left-wing representatives are abusing their power just before losing their majority to disqualify right-wing votes. It is no coincidence that similar efforts are now underway by liberal factions in other countries around the world, using nearly identical baseless accusations to attempt to suppress growing right-wing voices.
Make no mistake. This is a watershed moment.

The left-wing parties of the AEC of the AZM are trying to nullify the voices of tens of thousands of Jews who voted for Torah values and authentic representation in the WZO.
We have gone to the AZM Tribunel and if necessary, we will go to the World Zionist Court in Jerusalem. We will not back down. And we will not allow this anti-democratic power grab to succeed.

We will fight this decision in every legal forum, and we are confident, with Hashem’s help, that
the judges will overturn the AEC’s decision.
