Our day begins with a guided visit to the brand-new Museum and Memorial for Jewish Soldiers of World War II in Latrun — a powerful tribute to the 1.5 million Jewish soldiers who bravely served in the Allied forces.
Please note: This museum is distinct from the Armored Corps Museum.
Led by expert local guides, this in-depth English-language tour offers a moving and inspiring experience at a one-of-a-kind site.
Next, we travel west to the stunning coastal city of Ashkelon, rich in history and natural beauty. We'll enjoy a delicious lunch as guests of the Garin Torani–Hesder Yeshiva, hosted by its visionary leader.
Meet the young families revitalizing Jewish life and culture in this diverse city of immigrants.
In the afternoon, we explore Ashkelon National Park, where ancient ruins meet the Mediterranean. Walk through history with remnants left by the Philistines, Israelites, Greeks, Romans, and more. A highlight: the most complete Philistine-Canaanite city gate ever uncovered.
Learn how this ancient port city was reborn in 1948 after repelling the Egyptian invasion — rising again as a vibrant center of Jewish heritage.

I am thrilled to invite you to a two day(one overnight) journey to the breathtaking north of Israel - the Galil and the G|olan Heights - filled with history, beauty and inspiration.
Monday and Tuesday, August 4 and 5.
Departure at 8:30 from the Inbal hotel
Day one - We begin our adventure descending through the majestic Judean Desert.
Our first stop will be a recently refurbished Crusader castle overlooking the historic Jerusalem - Jericho road - a rare and fascinating site just now revealed to the public.
From there we will travel up the Jordan Valley to the holy City of Tiberius on the Kinneret
We will visit a beautiful mosaic synagogue floor from the time of the Sanhedrin
Pay tribute and pray at the ancient cemetery, resting place of the "Rambam" and other Torah giants.
Enjoy lunch at your choice at one of the eateries on the promenade.
In the afternoon we will explore Hazor - the largest archeological site in Israel.
Once a major Canaanite City - state, Cisero's 900 chariots were defeated by Barak, Deborah and Yael at the battle of Mt. Tabor.
The massive remains bring the stories of the Tanakh to life.
We will check in at the "Kfar Nature Retreat" on Kibbutz Kfar Szold.After freshening up and enjoying the lush grounds we will dine together in our own private dining room. (The hashgacha is Rav Drori shlita , chief rabbi of Kiryat Shmona and Rosh yeshiva of the Hesder Yeshiva there.)
The next morning we will enjoy a leisurely breakfast and enjoy the grounds before departing for our Golan adventure.

We are fortunate ;since ours was a war-related cancellation we are granted the same low season price. The high season price is almost double.)
We will explore the scenic and strategic Golan Heights with highlights including:
"Mitzpe Gadot", Imposing, former Syrian bunker fortress commanding the Hula Valley taken by the Golani Brigade in 1967.(story of Eli Cohen)
Talmudic Village and synagogue rediscovered post 1967.
The excellent "Golan archeological museum" in the capital of the Golan, Katzrin featuring a powerful film about "Gamla" , the "Masada of the North"
Lunch at one of the local eateries in Katzrin
"Mayanot Eden" Beautiful nature reserve, the source of the Golan's famous bottled drinking water.
"Tel Saki" , an extinct volcano overlooking Syria .
A massive Syrian onslaught was held off by heroic defenders in 1973.
The time they bought with their blood helped save the Golan Heights in the Yom Kippur War.
We will conclude our Golan experience by descending the breathtaking "spectacular Hamat Gader" road where the borders of Israel, Jordan and Syria meet.
