Conservative Day School in Queens Switching to Orthodox?
QUEENS (VINnews) — In an amazing piece of news, the Solomon Schechter School of Queens has announced that it is moving toward what appears to be Orthodox Judaism, and has even changed its name. It appears the decision was heavily influenced by the large Bukharian population, many of whom prefer a “more traditional approach” to Judaism.
As reported by Sergey Kadinsky in the Queens Jewish Link, the school sent a letter to parents saying that the school is being renamed as Queens Hebrew Academy. “The new name reflects the community’s changing needs and is consistent with our mission’s statement. It sets the stage for the school’s future, while honoring our 68-year legacy.”[…]

Good news and may it be a sign that 1) the reform mvment will disappear from all realilty once and for all and 2) the conservative mvmt realize they went a bit too far in leniency when they first started and it just went downhill from there.
May all these phony denominations disappear because there is no such thing in our Torah. There is ONLY Torah Judaism!
