We can pray for the downfall of the Erev Rav, the guilty Elite in the military, in government, in Health Services, in the Food industry, in the business sector, in the Democracy, and wherever they are in Eretz Yisrael. Then we can pray for a real authentic Jewish Halachic leadership, following the Torah blueprint for Jewish living, and then add your personal wishes.
Also add the downfall of all our enemies!

The Chassam Sofer זצ"ל says that tefillos on Purim are more powerful than on any other day, and are more likely to be answered, even if we are not deserving. This is based on the Ritva, who explains the words of the Gemara (Megilla 7a) כל הפושט יד נותנים לו (Give to anyone who extends his hand to take) to mean that on Purim, we give without checking to see if the recipient is deserving. https://www.powerofpurim.org/
