Why doesn't anyone tell him that he can hardly be heard. It's as if he's talking face to face with someone in the living room. He needs to raise the voice on his microphone. I have it on high and can hardly hear him.

I’m not sure when ths was given. It could be 2019 (before covid) in the summer, when he was in EY.
