REPOST OF STATEMENTS BY PROF RONNI GAMZU ON THE SHULS

LET US NOT FORGET:

Coronavirus task-force manager Prof. Roni Gamzu promised Monday night in a discussion with reporters that he would adjust restrictions on shuls so that they fit with each shul’s size.

“I apologize for the fact that there are differences in restrictions [between various venues], with restaurants treated differently from shuls – I know that this is upsetting, and it upsets me, too. I was in a shul on Tishah B’Av, I saw the differences and it hurts me, and this is one of the things I am telling you that I will change, but it will take time, as it requires changes in law.”

At the press conference, Gamzu shared some his challenges.

“I think that when it comes to closed, indoor spaces, limitations have to be expressed in terms of the size of the place. It’s hard to instate restrictions that apply equally to small shtieblach and giant shuls. This is true for restaurants, too. When it comes to fixing a number or form of regulation – how can we know that it will really happen? It’s easy to say ‘no more than 10-20 people,’ and much harder to speak in terms of percentages.

“Things also depends on what the facts of the virus are right now. They tell me that we’ve managed to bring down the spread of the virus, so is now the time to take the chance and ease restrictions? Even though I don’t think it was wise to limit mispallelim to ten in a small shtiebel and ten in the Great Synagogue.”

Gamzu added a veiled attack on his precursors: “I must say that there were some limitations that lacked order, and this week I intend to organize them. We won’t tolerate a situation in which there are built-in contradictions. There has to be a clear line of policy, not one that I can’t explain.”

The professor also shared with the media a bit about how the restrictions become garbled in application.

“The government comes along with a decision, but then there’s the whole process, of adjusting it, and … circumventing it. One decision began as a total lockdown on weekends, but ended with a closure on factories and other workplaces on weekends, but restaurants remained open. The result was that a shoe store closes while right next to him a restaurant is open. There were aberrations like these – give me time to fix them.”

Gamzu refused to speaks about flights to Uman, commenting only: “I don’t know yet. I am not familiar enough with the subject. I intend to study it.”

Natan Eshel, close associate of Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, had harsh words for attacks in the secular media against the Breslev kehillah‘s attempt to travel to Uman for Rosh Hashanah, asking: “Where is it more crowded, at the four tefillos at Uman [over the two days of Rosh Hashanah] or at the dozens of protests in Israel – either hypocrisy or anti-Semitism, you decide.”

UPDATE ON QUESTIONABLE UPDATE ON SHULS FOR THE YOM TOVIM

UPDATE TODAY: *Gamzu: Lockdown During Chagim a ‘Possibility’ But ‘It’s Complicated’
(back-tracking anti-Haredim nonsense: stay tuned for Prof. Udi Qimron: "History will judge the hysteria”)
As Elul is just around the corner, Shuls around Israel are now planning for the Yomim Noraim under COVID-19 restrictions. While the number of people allowed ...was raised yesterday to 20 in an indoor space and 30 in an outdoor space
"Mirpeset (porch) Minyanim” have also returned as many people who cannot attend shul due to the strictly regulated number YWN

Equal Restrictions for Synagogues and Restaurants (oh, really?)

Did They Forget the Statement of Prof Gamzu, the New Corona Tzar about Synagogues/Shuls??

“We won’t allow any more restrictions without logic. I will not allow harm to economy without a logical reason, I am responsible”

FROM THIS

TO THIS

Health Minister Yuli Edelstein decided, after a consultation with professionals, including Health Ministry Director General Prof. Hezi Levy and coronavirus project manager Prof. Ronni Gamzu, to equalize the conditions of restaurants and houses of prayer, without harming business owners.

On Sunday, a draft resolution will be presented stating that in restaurants, public places, businesses and houses of worship, the number of people will be limited to 20 people in a closed space and to 30 in an open space, provided that it is possible to maintain a distance of 2 square meters between tables.

The restaurant association said in response, "We are pleased with the decision of the Minister of Health and thank Professor Gamzu and the ministers in the Coronavirus Cabinet, who worked over the weekend to cancel the restrictions approved on Friday.”

What about the overly strict restrictions for “houses of worship” for the coming High Holidays: Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur (the day of trial and sentencing of sinners). Where are all the Jews going to pray to The Creator of the World? Out in the street? In parking lots? By the ocean?

COVID: From Covert to Overt סָמוּי

We are entering the “overt” operation

Coronavirus crisis:
Netanyahu vs. Gamzu, lockdown or restrictions?
This is not about lockdowns or restrictions.
This is about “how to advance to the next scenario of the “PLAN”
How to keep up with the UN AGENDA.
How do we frame this so the people will obey.

Gov't votes to end weekend restrictions, open skies
In slap in face of Netanyahu, coronavirus cabinet sides with new czar

Weekend restrictions will be cancelled and the skies will open by August 16, the coronavirus cabinet decided after a four-and-a-half hour heated meeting on Wednesday.

This Saturday, stores will legally be allowed to open and children can once again play at parks, the ministers decided. The cabinet meeting dragged on due to tensions between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and National Security Council head Meir Ben-Shabbat on one side, and Health Minister Yuli Edelstein and newly appointed coronavirus commissioner Prof. Ronni Gamzu on the other.

With 1,727 new coronavirus patients on Tuesday and another 1,060 between midnight and press time Wednesday, and 345 people in serious condition, the prime minister wanted to see the nation put under lockdown. He and Ben-Shabbat were pushing for local, night time or weekend closures at a minimum, and maximally a full country-wide lockdown for the last two weeks of August.

In contrast, Gamzu said that Israel does not need to be locked down. “A general closure is not an option – it is a last resort,” Gamzu said during the meeting. “The sick patients are not unmanageable.”He said a closure would bring grave economic and social difficulties to the public. “We need to deal with red zones and open up wherever we can,” Gamzu concluded.

[green, red, orange, yellow (*white?)]

At the meeting, the commissioner presented a detailed version of his “traffic light” system for labeling coronavirus levels in different parts of the country, color-coding municipalities like traffic lights: green, yellow and red. His idea is to let the municipalities take a more active role in managing their constituents and partnering with the Health Ministry and the IDF to stop the spread of infection.

[covert/overt: see how they are presenting this as ’their idea’ of the “traffic light” system.
When all along this is mandated by the UN Agenda and the WHO and CDC.]

Gamzu toured haredi (ultra-Orthodox) red cities earlier this week and is expected to arrange a similar tour of Arab municipalities, as well. This was the second coronavirus cabinet meeting this week.

The ministers met on Monday but stopped the meeting short after bickering led to no conclusions. Scathing critiques from the cabinet meeting were presented by Army Radio on Tuesday: “Gamzu now has to deal with the real numbers and he seems a little at a loss,” an anonymous minister reportedly told the station. Ministers claimed that Gamzu did not present a coherent outline or package of directives to manage the virus and therefore the ministers did not reach agreements.

They told Army Radio that, “what happened yesterday in the cabinet was embarrassing. The things that were said were mostly said last week in front of the camera – empty slogans and broad principles without any concrete proposal.”

Late Tuesday night, a new committee convened to discuss enforcement of laws being violated by people and businesses not following Health Ministry directives. Sitting on the committee are Gamzu and Federation of Local Authorities head Haim Bibas, among others. The group will meet weekly to discuss all aspects of enforcement.

RED and GREEN Zones and Countries

It is important to know

The first time I heard GAMZU speak of red and green areas I wondered how he decided that.

In the US a govt committee hearing presider spoke impassioned words on education for children and why it was so important. (This was during a questioning of Fauci by the committee by Jordan) In this he referred to red zones! Immediately I realized that this plan of red and green zones came down from “THEM” and was a pre–planned plan, aha, part of the “PLANdemic”

So, we see continuously that ISRAEL is attached strongly to the PLANDEMIC PLANners, and I would say very complicit in dealing with the “public”. (Not humanity, but numbers, like in the Shoah).

That’s why there are gross accusations about Haredim, bnei Brak, Yeshiva bochurim, et al. It was only after Netanyahu spoke to him that he grouped together ALL the “students” returning for education. And this his continued references about the economy and tourism from “Green” countries. So see there is a UNiversal plan!

GAMZU L”RASHA — No Entry For Religious US Students (UPDATE: oh, wait, he’s reconsidering?)

Ronni Gamzu: “Don't allow 16,000 US yeshiva students into Israel.”
Prof. Ronni Gamzu, govt "coronavirus project manager," speaks out against decision to allow US Yeshiva students into Israel. (notice no more ‘czar’ – too inflammatory?)
How hypocritical
BUT ALLOW OVER 10,000 ISRAELI *PROTESTERS TO DISRUPT THE CENTER OF JERUSALEM WITH SHOUTING, BLOWING HORNS, SPITTING and the ABSENCE OF SOCIAL DISTANCING, TERRORIZING NEWS REPORTERS, TRASHING THEIR RECORDING DEVICES, because they are spoiled anarchists.

Gamzu is also “coronovirus task manager” and updated info indicates he may “reconsider” (after Haredi MKs spoke to Bibi)

After all, if he wants to “open the skies” to tourists, how can he deny the US Yeshiva Students?? He says, “Stores could be open next weekend, the skies by mid-August and schools on September 1”

Where are they getting their funding in order to do this?
Is it coming from the same who are funding BLM?
The same funding going to US anarchists?
