Why I'm leery of lunar landings
Numerous individuals asked me with regard to my recent post in which I referred to moon landings as theatrical, so I'll clarify my view on this topic once more. I don't wish to debate it, nor is it my intention to irritate or provoke anyone who feels otherwise. If this view bothers you, please skip the post. As I mentioned in the past, there are too many more important topics that we agree upon and need to collaborate on, so it's okay if we disagree sometimes.
I believe the earth is spherical or elliptical that's stationary in a geocentric cosmos. Not because of NASA's alleged exploits or because of anything they claim to have observed.
I do not trust anything that government says. They're pathological liars with a penchant for pulling off worldwide hoaxes.
I believe that nearly all world governments have been participating in an ongoing conspiracy against humanity.
You're welcome to call me a conspiracy theorist if you wish.
However, for the sake of fairness, you should also agree to call yourself a macro-evolution theorist, heliocentric theorist, and a trust-government-implicitly theorist. And germaine to this discussion, you're a lunar-landing-theorist. You accept lots of theories because you feel they're well-supported. That's your prerogative, but if you'll permit yourself to be intellectually honest, you'd concede that they're mere theories and by no means factual.
Past occurrence of government conspiracies is not theoretical but is a fact. It's reasonable to suspect all unsubstantiated claims made by government as agenda-driven and questionably conspiratorial. Our sages expressed this view with regards to distrusting gentile or secular wielders of power. [1]
I'm willing to accept the possibility of space flight and even lunar landings, but as an empiricist, I'd need to either see empirical evidence, or at least hear eye-witness accounts from independent G-d-fearing individuals of stellar integrity (pun intended) whom I come to know personally and trust.
Short of that, all NASA claims are presumed to be nothing more than propaganda. I do not believe there has ever been a moon landing, not by NASA or by any other equally-compromised "space agency," not because I think it's impossible, but simply because there's no evidence it ever happened.
Why would they lie on such an absurdly grandiose level? I can think of lots of reasons, but the most basic one is: they're pathological liars. It's not my job to understand their motive. It's their job to supply evidence, which they haven't.
Speaking of conspiracies, NASA was founded by a Nazi, Wernher von Braun. Many other Nazi war criminals were employed by NASA in its early years. That speaks volumes.
