The Torah on Unborn Children – Part 1

What is the actual Jewish view on the alleged “right” to kill unborn children, and who can speak with any degree of credibility on the subject?

According to the secular media and their heretical ilk, the Jewish view is very complex, with a wide divergence of opinions. Although some opinions are extremely restrictive, others are permissive. That alone gives us not only the license to follow the permissive opinions, but, considering new understandings of “morality”, the obligation to adopt the most permissive opinion and discard all others. After all, many women really, really want to get rid of their unborn children, and any decent person would accommodate them. Only a horrible human being would point to a Torah and say no to anyone, ever.

Furthermore, even if the most permissive opinion is an extreme minority, even if it is radical, even if it is limited to specific, extremely rare cases, and even if Torah-observant Jewry historically rejected this position, we are obligated to vaunt this opinion to the top of the totem pole today. Makes perfect sense, if God exists to serve Man and the Torah exists for Man to “interpret” it however he desires.

But even this is not enough. Once a permissive position has been discovered or, more often, rationalized by cobbling together disparate sources and taking them wildly out of context, it is not viewed as the endpoint, the absolute and final limit to what can, in rare situations, be permitted. Rather, it is a starting point for further “progress”, the opening to normalize that which was historically forbidden and continue to push the envelope from there. Ultimately, the exceptions will become the rule, and the actual Torah position will be turned completely on its head – all in the name of the Torah.

Naturally, according to the secular media and their heretical ilk, anyone can speak with credibility on the subject. Well, not anyone, but anyone who is eager to play this game. This conveniently excludes the overwhelming majority of God-fearing people who devote their lives to studying Torah – all of it – and changing their lives to suit Jewish law, not the reverse. Actual knowledge and credentials are unnecessary when it comes to articulating the Jewish position on something.

The same people who made up a rule that you can't comment on masks and poison shots without being an “expert” – the definition of which varied as needed to exclude whoever expressed an unfavorable opinion – decided that neither expertise nor credentials nor even living a distinctly Jewish life are requirements to speak authoritatively on the Jewish view of the regressive cause du jour.

Then they call you a hypocrite.

The very notion that the media can be trusted to accurately present the Jewish view on anything is ludicrous. First of all, they have shown themselves over the last two years (and beyond) to be professional liars whose job it is to manipulate, not inform. The media specializes in technical truths and innuendo, not actual journalism and truth-telling. And it doesn't matter what side of the political aisle they pretend to represent; it's all a game. They dress up like they are “on your side”, and then they pull your strings.

Who's pulling their strings? That's what really matters.

But even if we pretended that the media was not out to manipulate you, their “reporting” on the Jewish view is still ludicrous. Consider the various “Jewish groups” and “experts” they tend to cite – a circus of malcontents who are Jewish in name only. (See examples here and here.) 

These people do not believe in the Talmud, they do not revere our sages, and they do not live in accordance with Talmudic law. The overwhelming majority of these people couldn't even pick a Talmud off a bookshelf. How dare they browbeat people with a line from somewhere as if they know what they are talking about, or as if they respect what the Talmud says altogether?

It is doubtful they are even Jewish according to the very same Talmud. Considering the rate of intermarriage where they come from, and their dismissal of the laws of conversion, they are about as Jewish as a ham sandwich. Yet these are the “experts” the media turns to for the “Jewish position” and grants the most favorable coverage.

One doesn't need to be a Torah scholar or even Jewish to recognize that this is a massive con job. If you learn one page of Talmud a day, it will take you fifteen years to go through everything once – which itself hardly makes one an expert. Even then, the Talmud is not simply a book that one reads; one must learn how to learn, like a child learning to crawl long before he takes his first step. One cannot cherry-pick a few words from somewhere and act like that represents the complete picture. And no one can turn the Torah on its head, no matter how clever and enlightened he believes himself to be.

It's telling that the heretics and distorters cannot point to sources in Jewish law that favor the actual killing of unborn children. Their “evidence” is nothing more than a collection of innuendo, a small number of remarks about unborn children which – taken out of context and blown to ridiculous proportions – can trick people into believing that unborn children aren't alive, don't really matter, and can be discarded like waste matter. Somehow Jewish law and life never reflected their warped understanding of these Talmudic sources that they claim is so obvious, yet these phonies insist that this is the actual Jewish view.

Furthermore, the heretics and distorters make no attempt to acknowledge and reconcile the numerous Torah sources that clearly conflict with their position. This is because their actual goal is not to determine the Torah's true position, but to legitimize their own, by hook or by crook.

In reality, however, no Torah source can be dismissed, for they all complement one another. Not only do “their” sources not support what they are promoting, they fit smoothly with the Torah's actual position that unborn children are alive and precious, even in the early days of gestation. There is no contradiction, and the matter – at least as it pertains to killing these children – is not complex.

In the next article I will explain “their” sources in their proper context, which the heretics and distorters never do. It will then be abundantly clear that those who seek to normalize the killing of unborn children, and claim the Torah supports them, have nothing on which to stand.

Tell the Truth about Cancer:  Please stop saying that so-and-so "died after a long battle with cancer."

Say it accurately: so-and-so was murdered by genocidal sociopaths and their incessant onslaught of lethal toxins.

There was no “battle."

“Battle” implies an equal playing field against some ‘natural’ condition that randomly afflicted him all of a sudden. And although the patient ‘aggressively’ resisted this ‘natural disease,’ he ultimately succumbed to it. Had he only “battled harder,” he may have “defeated” the “cancer bug.” It also hints of moral relativism. It takes two to battle.

No, the victim didn’t “battle” with anyone or anything. Instead, he was assaulted, embattled, and ultimately eliminated by rogue eugenicists. It is they who are doing battle. Their billions of human targets are totally oblivious.

The assault was carefully planned and executed over the period of many years, from the moment of the victim’s birth when he was injected with his first dose of pharmaceutical poison. In fact, the attack began well before his birth, from the moment of his conception and even before that, when his mother (and father) had been steadily assaulted with countless accumulative toxins in the air, water, and food.

Enough of their empty slogans and meaningless rhetoric. The only way to “defeat” cancer is by stopping the sociopath elites from inflicting their lethal toxins on humanity. And the only way for an individual to truly “defeat” his own cancer is by detoxing and healing himself from the poisons that contaminated his body and caused his tumors in the first place (if that’s even a possibility in his current state).

“Fighting” cancer with more pharmaceutical poisons is like trying to douse a fire with petroleum. Modern medical mainstream and its pharma handlers never “fought” against cancer. That’s an absurd and cynical lie. They’re the ones determined to perpetuate it.

Saying that “Ploni Almoni died after a struggle with cancer’ is like saying ‘Anne Frank died after her brief battle with Zyklon B.”

So, please insist on accuracy and thereby do justice to your loved one’s memory. Stop saying that he “succumbed to cancer.

Say the truth. He was slaughtered in a modern-day global Holocaust that seeks to destroy us all.

Israel caught hiding children's vaccine injuries

Leaked documents show government keeping data from public while approving children’s boosters

Children aged 5-11 are suffering vaccine injuries, including neurological adverse events, at about 6 times the rate of 12-17 year old children. 

Raw data - 2x the injury rate of teens

Israel’s Ministry of Health commissioned a study analyzing reports of adverse events from Pfizer's COVID vaccine to the nation’s vaccine database, known as the Nahlieli system, between December 2021 and May 2022. The research team was headed by Professor Matti Berkowitz, director of the Clinical Pharmacology and Toxicology Unit at Assaf Harofeh Hospital (Shamir).

In raw numbers, Berkowitz found that children in the 5-11 age group had twice as many adverse events following the Pfizer shot as children in the 12-17 age group. That doubling of vaccine injuries is, in itself, extremely disturbing, and should have been immediately brought to the attention of the nation’s parents.

Worse - 6x the injury rate of teens

Unfortunately, the doubling of adverse events is only the beginning of the bad news. Dr. Yaffa Shir-Raz, a health and risk communication researcher at the University of Haifa and at Reichman University (IDC Herzliya), notes that the 2-dose immunization rate for 5-11 year olds is less than 18%, while older children have rates of 55-72% (3-4 times higher).

All things being equal, the young children would thus be expected to have ⅓-¼ of the number of adverse events experienced by the older children, not twice as many. This means that the adverse event rate for young children is actually 6-8 times that of the older children, i.e., at 600-800% of the baseline injury rate!

While there are slightly more children in the 5-11 year old group than in the 12-17 age group, it does not come close to accounting for the mind blowing rate increase in the younger group.

New vaccine injuries not included in Pfizer's leaflet

The findings by Professor Berkowitz were presented to the Ministry of Health’s Department of Epidemiology about three weeks ago, in early June 2022, together with graphs depicting the severity of the data, broken down by injury types, as well as additional alarming information: 

. . . the team identified and characterized neurological symptoms that were not previously known and are not mentioned in the physician's leaflet of Pfizer's Comirnaty vaccine, including Hypoesthesia (partial or complete decrease in skin sensitivity), Paraesthesia (abnormal skin sensation such as numbness, tingling, stinging or burning), tinnitus, dizziness and more. [Emphasis added].

Changes to menstrual cycle are long-lasting

Dr. Shir-Raz reports that Pfizer representatives have claimed to have “no knowledge of long-term adverse events.” The research team found, however, that many side-effects of the vaccine are indeed long-term. In the case of changes to the menstrual cycle, 90% of the women reported the change to be long-lasting. Thus,the research team made it clear to the Department of Epidemiology that Pfizer needed to be notified regarding the long-term adverse events identified. [Emphasis added].

What you don’t know can hurt you

When some three weeks passed without the Health Ministry making these findings public, those privy to the information became concerned that parents were not being given the information necessary to act with “informed consent” in determining whether to inject their own children.

The concerned individuals then leaked the data and graphs, which eventually came into the hands of the Professional Ethics Front, an independent Israeli group of physicians, lawyers, scientists, and researchers, who “aim to address the ethical issues related to the COVID-19 crisis in Israeli society.” 

This watchdog group addressed a letter and follow up correspondence to the official State Comptroller of Israel, Matanyahu Englman, a Knesset appointee charged with overseeing the legality and ethical conduct of public sector institutions:

The findings have been brought to our attention, and they are serious and indicate a risk to children, and in particular to young children aged 5-11 …  The group argued that the information should be disclosed, even if the data is still expected to go through additional analysis, Out of fear that there is a blatant violation of parents' right to informed consent, and because it constitutes gross negligence, and puts children and infants at risk”. 

Too busy to respond?

Despite Israeli law making it clear that the State Comptroller act independently of the executive branch, they have not responded in any way to the group’s requests, prompting the group to file a Freedom of Information Request (FOIA) to get the full report to the public with an acknowledgement of its authenticity. This delay in response comes even as Israel has just approved booster shots for young children and stands poised to add babies and toddlers to the COVID vaccination schedule.

Matches previous reports on danger to small children

This passive monitoring analysis (based on reports initiated by parents) matches the alarming findings from an active monitoring study of adverse events in children aged 5-11 in Israel (tracking every child in the study), which “also demonstrated acute safety signals.”

Matches findings of danger to babies

If small children are having difficulty absorbing the contents of the COVID vaccines, one might expect babies and toddlers to also face dangers from the injections That is just what Dr. Shir-Raz found in an analysis she conducted with her colleague Ranit Feinberg, of Pfizer data on children under 4:

. . . contrary to the FDA's briefing document claiming that the majority of adverse events in Pfizers' clinical trial were non-serious – at least 58 cases of life-threatening side effects in infants under 3 years old who received mRNA vaccines were reported. For some, it is unclear if they survived …

Shir-Raz found the most common serious adverse events to be life-threatening bleeding, anaphylactic shock, anticholinergic syndrome, encephalitis, hypoglycemia and neuroleptic syndrome. In most of the reported cases, these are multi-system injuries.

In one egregious case, with no indication of whether the baby was enrolled in a Pfizer experiment and lacking any other explanation about how a baby just a few weeks old received the COVID shot, Shir-Raz reports,

"Chest pain; cardiac arrest; Skin cold clammy". This short description of a cardiac arrest, which occurred one hour after receiving a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, is taken from the VAERS system - the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (case number 1015467), and it does not refer to an elderly person, nor to a young adult, or even a teenager. It is hard to believe, but this report refers to a two-month-old baby.

Ominously, this infant’s outcome is labelled unknown. 

This case was reported as serious with seriousness criteria-life threatening from HA. No follow-up attempts possible. No further information expected.

The First of Tammuz

 This is from 2010 but worthy of reading again

Yosef's Yahrtzeit

Today, the first day of Tammuz is the birthday and yahrzeit of Yosef Hatzadik. The Gemara in Rosh Hashana (11A) says that Rachel conceived for the first time on Rosh Hashana. This conception was Yosef, who was born exactly nine months later, on the first of Tammuz. Tammuz, as we noted in the Parsha Podcast, is the time of the harvest of the grapes in Eretz Yisrael. 

This was the time of the spies entry into Eretz Yisrael, and their opportunity for the tikkun of the sin of the brothers in selling Yosef. Yosef understood the concept of the grapes - that the Jewish people are a single cluster, composed of many different types and styles, each person with his or her own unique talents to donate for the betterment of the Jewish people. He typified one who could see his special role in the Jewish people, and he brought about the tikkun of Yehuda, who was ready to give up his own freedom to save his brother Binyomin. 

Tammuz was to be the time of tikkun for the entire Jewish people, via the spies, one from each tribe, and this was to be the final rectification before the days of Moshiach which would have began, had Moshe brought the Jewish people into the land of Israel and built the Beis Hamikdash. 

The light of the redemptions of Nissan, Iyar and Sivan would have paled in comparison to the greater revelations of Tammuz, Av and Elul. Indeed, in the future, these months will be months of joy, as the prophet tells us that the fast days will become holidays in the future. This is due to the inherent light that is contained within these days, the light that fell and has been hidden away for the future. 

Despite the fact that it is hidden, this is the very aspect of Yosef, who was born on the first of Tammuz. He represents the concept of the hidden process of Geulah, a process that is covered by seemingly natural events. Just as the brothers did not recognize Yosef, although he recognized them, we also do not recognize the Moshiach ben Yosef process, unless we try to see beneath the facade. 

The key to seeing the truth is by looking at points in reality that seem to make no sense. 

Just as the brothers could not make sense of the strange behavior of the Egyptian ruler that seemed to know so much about them, so too, we can see Yosef's process in the events that occur to the Jewish people that do not seem to make sense. 

When a president is elected to head the Western world, who so virulently disdains the Jewish people and her homeland, and it is against all odds that such a person should wield such power, we can see Yosef. When the Jewish people seek to defend themselves and are condemned by the countries of the world and portrayed in a malicious light in the media, we can see Yosef. When the media within Israel tears apart the religious world and ignores the positive aspects of their system that can so clearly be learned from, we can see Yosef. He hides from his brothers, but his goal is to bring out their best. 

Wherever the Jewish people are, Jerusalem can not be forgotten, nor can the name of their homeland, Israel. If they are honest seekers of truth, they have no choice but to stand up to defend the injustices that are rained down upon her. They must be like Yehuda, standing up for a Binyomin who is wrongfully accused of a crime he could not have committed. 

Soon, very soon, Yosef will reveal himself, and he will take off the mask and declare, "I am Yosef, is my father still alive?" Some will stand in shock, for they will see the folly of not having seen him all along. Others will have recognized him long before, and will have a deep sense of satisfaction in having known the truth all along. יהי זכרו ברוך

This short description of a cardiac arrest, which occurred one hour after receiving a Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine, is taken from the VAERS system - the US Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (case number 1015467), and it does not refer to an elderly person, nor to a young adult, or even a teenager. It is hard to believe, but this report refers to a two-month-old baby.

Ominously, this infant’s outcome is labelled unknown. 

This case was reported as serious with seriousness criteria-life threatening from HA. No follow-up attempts possible. No further information expected.

PART II . . . . . JULY FIRST: The Yahrzeit of Yosef HaTzaddik

 

JULY FIRST: On the very day, the Yahrzeit, of the passing of Yosef HaTzaddik, the world lost a Tzaddik of a doctor, Velvel Wolf Zev Zelenko. Why was he named three variations of “Wolf”.  Because like the Tribe of Binyamin, as Rabbi Mechoel Green tells us:

There are special individuals among us who are 

blessed with wolf-like quality in a holy sense. [2]

Nine Hundred people stood and cheered for Pfizer chairman and CEO 

*Dr. Albert Bourla.

"The theme of the evening, as repeated several times by emcee Sarah Rafferty, was healing and hope. Bourla symbolizes both. Rafferty, who is best known for her role as Donna Paulson in the legal drama Suits, said that she is currently contracted to play in other productions. She also said that she had never expected to meet Bourla in person, and was extremely grateful on behalf of her family, who had benefited from him. She also thanked him for having given her some of his time, during which time he quoted Greek philosophers. 

"Former Israel ambassador to the US Ron Dermer said that Bourla was deserving not only of the Genesis Prize, often referred to as the “Jewish Nobel Prize,” but that he is also deserving of the Swedish Nobel Prize. Every speaker for the evening related to the traditional Jewish belief that he who saves a single life saves a whole world. They noted that Bourla, with his determination to see Pfizer quickly produce a life-saving vaccine, had saved untold millions of worlds. Bourla himself, noting the presence of two of his predecessors Robert Kraft and Natan Sharansky, listed some of their attributes, and said he was honored to be mentioned in the same breath as them. 

"One of the reasons that Bourla was chosen to receive the Genesis Prize was for his strong commitment to his Jewish heritage and to the State of Israel. In response, he said that inasmuch as he is proud of his Jewish heritage, he is equally proud of being Greek. Here again, he quoted Greek philosophers. His favorite such philosopher was his mother, Sara, who based on her own experience on miraculously being saved at the last minute from a Nazi execution squad, told him repeatedly that nothing is impossible. 

"It was only natural that one of the entertainers for the evening should be Yehuda Poliker, whose parents, like Bourla’s, were Holocaust survivors from Thessaloniki. The audience went wild over Poliker, and clapped along with the music, emitting a huge cheer of appreciation as he played the final chord on his guitar. 

Outside, [a small group of] anti-vaxxers continued to protest

*the creator/developer/pusher of the mRNA death shot that has killed and maimed thousands and thousands. 

[ME: this surely boggles the mind. the dichotomy of evil as good, and good as evil. According to Isaiah 45:7, in this verse, G–d says, "I form the light and create darkness; I make peace and create evil."]

The Haftarah of Parshas Chukas and Yiftach and His Vow

With reference to the Haftarah of Parshas Chukas, in which *Yiftach made a vow that his daughter was to be “offered as a burnt offering…"

"The Hinnom Valley is mentioned in Yehoshua 15:8 as part of the inheritance of the Tribe of Yehudah. In Nechemiah 11:30, it is indicated as the northernmost countary of Yehudah. In the Bayis Rishon period, idolaters sacrificed their firstborn male children as burnt offerings to the god of the Ammonites (Molech) in Gei ben Hinnom. 4

"Yirmiyahu HaNavi derided the shrines of Tophet in Gei ben Hinnom and demanded that King Yoshiyohu destroy them so as to end the practice (7:31-32, 32:35). King Yoshiyahu destroyed the Molech altars, to prevent the further sacrificing of children on them (Melachim Bais 23:10).” [from Her Children Return, vol 1, pp 292-293. by Mrs V Littmann]

4:  The Gemora considers the Molech ritual atypical idol worship (Sanhedrin 64a), and, according to some, it is not idolatry at all, Meiri, for example, understands it as an initiation rite. Before worshipping a deity, one would commit to it via this ritual. Therefore, although this act is not actual idolatry, it is perhaps even worse than a one-time service of some idol, because it is a pledge of allegience. When someone practices the Molech rite, he renounces his allegiance to HaShem (Rav Abba Zvi Naiman, Landscapes of the Spirit pp 118-119).

* TORAT YAVNE:  

Chazal define Yiftach as the least of the judges: "Yiftach in his generation is like Shmuel in his generation. This is to teach you that even the lightest of people, when he is appointed a leader of the community -- he is like the greatest of nobles." (Rosh Hashana 25b) This description, "the lightest of people," which has a negative connotation, was given to him due to his deficiency in Torah and Yirat Shamayim. In the Midrash Tanchuma in the end of Parshat Bechukotai, Chazal address this issue at great length. Because of the importance of these issues (some of which are not so well known), we will quote the Midrash in its entirety.

If a person does not have Torah in his hand -- he has nothing! So you find regarding Yiftach Hagiladi; because he was not a ben Torah he lost his daughter. When? At the time that he fought with Bnei Amon and vowed at that time, as it says: Yiftach declared a vow to Hashem and said, "If You will indeed deliver Bnei Amon into my hand, then it shall be that whatever emerges ... from the doors of my house toward me when I return in peace from Bnei Amon, it shall belong to Hashem and I shall offer it up as an elevation offering." (Shoftim 11:30-31) At that time G-d was very angry with him. He said: If a dog or a pig or a camel would come out of his house would he offer it before Me? Therefore, He arranged that it be his daughter. Why was all this? So that all those who took vows would learn the laws of vows, so as not to act mistakenly with vows.

"Behold! His daughter was coming out toward him ... When he saw her he tore his clothes and said, 'Alas, my daughter! ... I have opened my mouth to Hashem and I cannot recant.'" (11:35) Pinchas was there, and still he (Yiftach) says, "I cannot recant?" Rather, Pinchas said: I am the High Priest, son of the High Priest, how shall I go to an ignoramus?! Yiftach said: I am the leader of the judges of Israel, head of the officers, I shall lower myself and go to a simpleton?! Between the two of them this misfortunate girl was lost from the world. Both were held accountable for her death: Pinchas -- the Divine Spirit left him; Yiftach -- his bones were scattered, as it says, "He was buried in the cities of Gilad." (12:7)

When he sought to sacrifice her, she cried before him. His daughter said to him: My father, I came toward you with joy, and you slaughter me? Did G-d write in his Torah that Israel should sacrifice human lives before G-d? Does it not say in the Torah, "When a man among you brings an offering to Hashem: from animals" etc. (Vayikra 1:2) -- "From animals" and not from humans! He said to her: My daughter, I vowed, "Whatever emerges ... I shall offer it up as an elevation offering." Can one who vows not fulfill his vow?

She said to him: But Yaakov Avinu, who vowed, "Whatever you will give me, I shall tithe to You" (Bereishit 28: 22) and G-d gave him twelve sons -- did he sacrifice one of them to G-d? Moreover, Chana, who said, "She made a vow and said, Hashem ... if you take note of the suffering of your maidservant ... then I shall give him to Hashem all the days of his life" (Shmuel I 1:11) -- did she sacrifice her son before G-d? She [Yiftach's daughter] said all of these things to him, but he did not listen to her. When she saw that he didn't listen to her, she said to him, allow me to go down to the Beit Din, perhaps they will find an opening for your vow.

She went to them, but they did not find an opening for Yiftach to release his vow, on account of the sin that he slaughtered of the tribe of Ephraim. About him it says, "A pauper who robs the destitute is like a torrential rain, which leaves no food." (Mishlei 28:3) "A pauper who robs the destitute" -- this refers to Yiftach who was a pauper in Torah, like the stump of a sycamore tree, who would rob the destitute, as is says, "[The men of Gilad] would say to him: Now say 'shibolet,' but he said, 'sibolet' -- for he could not enunciate properly, and he would slaughter them." Therefore, "like a torrential rain, which leaves no food" -- he had one who could release his vow, but "leaves no food" -- G-d hid the halacha from them, so that they would not find an opening to release him of his vow.

He went up and slaughtered her, and the Holy Spirit screams out: Did I want you to offer lives before Me? "Which I had not commanded, nor spoken, nor had entered my mind." (Yirmiya 19:5) "I had not commanded" -- Avraham to slaughter his son, but rather I said to him, "Do not stretch out your hand" (Bereishit 22:12), to show all the nations Avraham's love that he didn't withhold his son from Me to do the will of his Creator. "Nor spoken" -- to Yiftach to sacrifice his daughter.

To conclude, it is worthwhile to point out that the opinion of most Biblical commentators (Radak, Ralbag, Abarbanel, Malbim, Metzudot) is that, "He carried out with her his vow" does not mean an actual sacrifice, but rather that he set her aside for the service of Hashem. (The Abarbanel even points out that this is the source for the Christian practice regarding the seclusion of the monks.) Indeed, even the lightest of the light is like the most noble of noblemen.

Dr Zelenko:

 

We are deeply saddened to inform you of the passing of Dr. Zelenko, a ba’al teshuva from the Former Soviet Union, and physician in the Monsey and Monroe communities for decades. He was born Vladimir Zelenko in Kiev, in the year 1973. The family came to America when he was a young child, and settled in Sheepshead Bay section of Brooklyn, a haven for many Russian immigrants. He attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, and acquired a Doctor of Medicine degree in 2000. He dedicated his career to healthcare in our community, and founded medical clinics and was a respected physician in the Monroe community for many years. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he gained fame for his concoction of hydroxychloroquine together with zinc as an antidote to the virus—something that earned great interest from the Trump Administration. In 2019, he published his autobiography “Metamorphosis,” chronicling his journey from a secular childhood in Russia to finding Yiddishkeit and helping his community. In recent years he was diagnosed with multiple illnesses, which he fought valiantly. He was sadly niftar Thursday afternoon. Yehi zichro Baruch.
