Imagine having an Iran on your southern border? Angry Gaza would become too close for comfort. Hissbulla on the other end of your country, with Yehuda and the Shomron carved out from the center by a hostile people.

This scenario is not appealing to me.

Maybe that is why Syria is inching closer to America ... In desperation. At this rate, Syria with Lebanon is in trouble.

Libya's Gadhfi is gunning down everyone, "with bodies piling up in a hospital and doctors collapsing in grief at the sight of dead relatives."

AP now reports a crackdown on another "Jasmine" revolution, in China. This might end up the biggest and bloodiest of all attempts.

What about Iraq?

And we haven't seen the Saudi Prince for a while, only his family members (Prince Talal) making statements to the press about the neighborhood changing!

We're having a small Monsoon here in Yerushalayim. Winds, rain, lightening, more wild winds and lots of rain. Such Bracha, we must be doing something right.

Egypt (and Iran conspire) allows Iranian warships into the Suez.Israel, instead of giving Egypt's military (4,000 soldiers?) more and more access to the Sinai, maybe Israel should take back the Sinai, as a self-defense mechanism. Then we'd have a buffer between the radicalization of the New Egypt, with Gaza as the tip of the Missile. We'd have some much needed space to breathe, and the Air Force could have a strategic base, not to mention the oil and uranium.

Debka says the Iranian ship was a ploy to stall and get Egyptian military into the Sinai. We also learn that the real "real" purpose of this ploy is that An Iranian Naval Base is Planned in Beirut!

And our ONE friend in the West seems to be encouraging the Muslim world toward their goal. And all these sparing words between Ahmad... and ...Hussein Obama are they for show and of no real meaning?

Have they been talking in code riddles all this time, starting with that speech in, of all places, Cairo. Too coincidental for me.

Something that scares me whenever I hear it's in the news:

Yellowstone Caldera under the Yellowstone National Park is ***bulging*** and if it erupts, "two-thirds of the US territory will no longer be habitable"

This giant volcano rises approximately 7,6 centimeters to sea level every year, the fastest increase since 1923 ... if it erupts it is estimated to be a thousand times more powerful than Mount St. Helen and far more devastating than that in Iceland. (paraphrasing mine)

A friend who lives in Boro Park, Brooklyn, said she felt the weather reminded her of the 'makkoh of hail from Mitzrayim'. While in Egypt another type of storm is simultaneously disrupting life on the Nile. The Presidents wife and son have fled to safety.

NOTE: Russia kept a military base for itself in northeastern Europe (which is still Russian territory) after the Soviet Union fell. It is called the Kaliningrad Oblast, and it is home to many units* of the Russian military forces. A Russian base still in Europe. Kaliningrad is actually part of Russia and its 5,800 square miles are located between Poland and Lithuania.

Kaliningrad used to be the old Prussian seaport of Konigsberg. Its “strategic importance” and “density of military infrastructure was the highest in Europe.” Russia recently threatened to position nuclear weapons** in this Russian European base. (Wikipedia)

*many of Russia’s Cold War forces in Eastern Europe were simply relocated to Kaliningrad after the Soviet Union fell. Those forces included between 100,000 and 200,000 Russian military personnel in army, tank and artillery units, helicopter units, 88 warships of various sizes and 195 Russian warplanes.

**Russian forces were estimated in 1997 to be lower in military personnel, but higher in numbers of naval ships and warplanes and it also stated that 1100 main battle tanks and 1300 armored vehicles were in Kaliningrad. This one I hadn't heard about, but in 2004 aspens in the West began dying off, and this phenomenon was called "sudden aspen decline." Something like the bees' "colony collapse disorder."

National Geographic: "A mysterious rain of thousands of dead birds darkened New Year's Eve in Arkansas, and this week similar reports streamed in from Louisiana, Sweden, and elsewhere. But the in-air bird deaths aren't due to some apocalyptic plague or insidious experiment—they happen all the time, scientists say. The recent buzz, it seems, was mainly hatched by media hype."

After a quasi scientific analysis of why birds were dropping from the heavens, and fish were washing up on shore, some commenters to the article has this to say: I am a large fan of National Geographic since being a small child. This is why it is hard for me to say considering my respect of NG, but I must say it nonetheless: The reasons stated in this article are insulting to anyone with a hint of intelligence! I am 46 years old and have seen a lot of fireworks and this has never happened. I was in the US Army and this never happened during the fire of artillary or what have you. For the first time ever, I feel disappointed in what I have always considered to be the highest standards of reporting of nature and science!

Oh come on! Fireworks are a craze here in the Philippines - both legal and illegal. We have ones that would actually create a crater on the ground but we never had an incidence of birds falling down from the sky.

Oh, please! I can't believe 'fireworks' is the best explanation they can come up with. Do they really think we're that stupid? If it were fireworks, wouldn't this be an annual event? Wouldn't it happen every July 4th, as well? I suppose the fish were all startled by the fireworks, too.
 I also found this website that theorized that extreme solar flare activity could be the cause due to conflictions with our magnetic field which would throw off the birds navigation.

Anyone ever heard of Phosgene gas? It was used in WW I as a chemical warfare agent. A worker at a plant in Virginia was killed when exposed to the gas, and that happened this year. It also makes people act disoriented. Makes you wonder about Mr. Wheeler [New Years Eve also] too. Oh, and in small amounts Phosgene smells like newly mowed hay, big amounts it can be like chlorine, but not all people will be able to smell it. I just am offering another possibility for large numbers of bird and fish deaths.”

Tampa Int'l Airport has to change their primary and secondary runway designations because of this event. 1) Are there other airports, worldwide, that will be doing the same thing? 2) Perhaps this phenomenon is what is affecting various birds' inner mechanism which would adversely affect (e.g. dead ones being found around the world) their flying capabilities . . . if this magnetic core shift is occurring, wouldn't it ultimately affect all tides and climatic/seasonal cycles?
