Something that scares me whenever I hear it's in the news:
Yellowstone Caldera under the Yellowstone National Park is ***bulging*** and if it erupts, "two-thirds of the US territory will no longer be habitable"
This giant volcano rises approximately 7,6 centimeters to sea level every year, the fastest increase since 1923 ... if it erupts it is estimated to be a thousand times more powerful than Mount St. Helen and far more devastating than that in Iceland. (paraphrasing mine)
