Simcha: Palestine No! Kurdistan Yes!

In this session of Simcha’s Sessions, we dive into "out of the box" insights regarding the global struggle for indigenous rights and the truth behind the "progressive" stance on independence movements. While many claim to care about indigenous people, their silence on the Kurdish struggle is deafening. The Kurds are the largest indigenous ethnicity in the world today without an independent homeland of their own. For over a century, their ancestral lands—nestled between the Zagros and Taurus Mountains—have been sliced up and divided between Turkey, Iran, Syria, and Iraq. In this video, we discuss: The Cost of Silence: Why the "progressive" movement often ignores the Kurdish fight while focusing on other regional conflicts. A Century of Oppression: The horrific history of chemical weapons, mass displacement, and the destruction of thousands of Kurdish villages. Indigenous Rights: What it truly means to support a people fighting for their right to exist in their ancient homeland. "Zagros to Taurus: Freedom for Kurdistan."
