will sit on a special Beis Din which is under his leadership
on the favorable day of Gimmel Beshalach,
to give a psak and decree for Kupat Ha'ir donors the following:
"Even though we are not worthy - nevertheless HaKadosh Baruch Hu is good and does good with His creatures,
and therefore we the earthly Beis Din are giving a psak and decreeing
upon all those who contribute $930 to Kupat Ha'ir for the Gimmel Beshalach campaign
