Parshas Devarim : Shabbat Chazon
Rabbi Levi Yitzchak of Berditchev used to say that on this Shabbat the Almighty shows every soul a vision of the future Temple. He also explained this with a parable. It is similar to a father showing his son a new garment, one that is just like the one he ruined twice already. The purpose of showing the child the garment is to remind him of what he lost and what he could receive once more if he changes his behavior.
