The earth quake's epicenter hit the eastern Mediterranean sea, about 12 miles east of Tyre, Lebanon, but was felt in Northern Israel at a 4.2 magnitude. This took place just after 2pm Friday afternoon. Another earth quake was felt Friday evening again in northern Israel registering at a 3.5 magnitude. Thank G-d, no injuries were reported. All in all, The Geophysical Institute of Israel (GII) confirmed that at least TEN earth quakes took place yesterday in southern Lebanon.

Ezekiel the Hebrew prophet has already mentioned this scenario. We are nearing the prophetic time-line mentioned in Ezekiel chapters 38 & 39. Whether the politicians of Israel & Iran know the purpose of their digging mass graves does not matter. Everything is unfolding according to G-D’s plan for protecting His Chosen People.
Ezekiel 38:3, 5, 6 -- i.e. the armies of Gog of Magog (Russia), who will be dragged into the war by Persia (Iran) along with all the Islamic nations mentioned in verses 5, 6. They will come against Israel during the latter days (Ez.38:16).
In Ez.38:18, 19 (v.19 ‘For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: Surely in that day there shall be a GREAT EARTHQUAKE IN THE LAND OF ISRAEL). V.20 mentions ‘The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, & every wall shall fall to the ground.’ As a result of the earthquake, an utter confusion will occur in the enemy camp, and an interesting scenario of friendly fire will unfold (v.21 “I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains,” says the L-RD G-D. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother).
v.22 “and I will bring him to judgment with pestilence & bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, & brimstone.” (Something like a Hiroshima. Nagasaki...!?) The result of all this will be as mentioned in Ezekiel 39:2, that only 1/6th of the army will survive after the L-RD G-D Himself has dealt with them. That would mean 5/6th of the enemy army will fall on the mountains of Israel (Ez.39:4-8). That sure is a great no. of dead among the enemy forces.
Ez.39:9 - Israel will then set on fire & burn the weapons, etc. for 7 years.
Ez.39:11 – “It will come to pass in that day that I will give Gog a burial place there in Israel, the valley of those who pass by east of the sea; & it will obstruct travelers, because there they will bury Gog and all his multitude. Therefore they will call it the valley of Hamon Gog.
Israel will spend 7 months burying them, IN ORDER TO CLEANSE THE LAND. So, it will take 7 years to destroy the weapons of the enemy and 7 months to bury the dead enemy.

Why such a lengthy period? Could it be that during the confusion of the great earthquake of Ez.38:19, that the enemy will use nuclear weapons upon themselves in a friendly fire?
In Ez.39:14-16 it mentions the precautions the Israelis will take so that they do not touch the dead bodies of the enemies.
