Arutz Sheva has a story about a new system to bring Israel's security tentacles stretching out to all perimeters to protect our brothers and sisters in Eretz HaKodesh. The only point that bothers me is that they are sharing this new technology with Homeland Security in the USA (United Socialist America): Spider Technologies Security’s Tarantula system is comprised of an underground web of small, self-processing, three-dimensional sensors that detect digging, walking or vehicular movement. Developers say the Tarantula is accurate at twice the ranges of existing systems, detecting human targets at distances of about 30 meters (98 feet), and vehicles up to 300 meters (984 feet) in field tests. Sensors buried 50 centimeters underground at 40-meter intervals form the Tarantula’s web-like array called a SpiderTech Web (STW). Each STW can control
up to 200 sensors.
Complete security systems would connect up to another 200 STWs to a central-ized computer-based command center.
Field tests have demonstrated the system's ability to cancel out noise from multiple sources in isolated as well as congested environments.
What would Dr. Shivago have been without the snow?
The idea came from Mayor Yury Luzhkov, who is no stranger to playing God. In 2002, he spearheaded a project to reverse the flow of the vast River Ob through Siberia to help irrigate the country's parched Central Asian neighbors. Although that idea hasn't exactly turned out as planned - scientists have said it's not feasible - this time, Luzhkov says, there's no way he can fail. [Do you hear this Bloomberg?]
For just a few million dollars, the mayor's office will hire the Russian Air Force to spray a fine chemical mist over the clouds before they reach the capital, forcing them to dump their snow outside the city. Authorities say this will be a boon for Moscow, which is typically covered with a blanket of snow from November to March.
Road crews won't need to constantly clear the streets, and traffic - and quality of life - will undoubtedly improve.
Controlling the weather in Moscow is nothing new, he says. Ahead of the two main holidays celebrated in the city each year - Victory Day in May and City Day in September - the often cash-strapped air force is paid to make sure that it doesn't, well, rain on the parades.
With a city budget of $40 billion a year (larger than New York City's budget), Moscow can easily afford the $2-3 million price tag to keep the skies blue as spectators watch the tanks and rocket launchers roll along Red Square. Now there's a new challenge for the air force: Moscow's notorious blizzards.
It is well known that the Torah repeats the story of creation twice, once in the first chapter of Genesis and again in the second chapter. The first story begins with the familiar verse: “In the beginning God [Elokim] created the heavens and the earth.” The second account begins with the verse: “These are the chronicles of the heavens and the earth when they were created, on the day that God [Havayah Elokim] made earth and heavens.”
On the first verse, Rashi comments that it denotes God with His name, Elokim and not with his Name, Havayah, because,
At first He thought of creating the world with the measure of judgment, but He saw that the world could not be sustained this way, so he placed mercy first and added it to the measure of judgment. And that is why later it says: “…On the day that God [Havayah Elokim] made earth and heavens.”
Thus, the first account of creation is underscored by the measure of judgment, while the second account is inspired by the measure of mercy. Amazingly, the numerical difference between these two verses exactly equals the numerical value of the last three words of the Torah, לעיני כל ישראל “before the eyes of all of Israel.”
בראשית ברא א־להים את השמים ואת הארץ = 2701
אלה תולדות השמים והארץ בהבראם ביום עשות י־הוה א־להים ארץ ושמים = 3462
And,
לעיני כל ישראל = 761
Thus, the last three words of the Torah, when connected (like a ring) and added back to the first verse of the Torah, equal the first verse of the second account of creation:
לעיני כל ישראל בראשית ברא א־להים את השמים ואת הארץ =
אלה תולדות השמים והארץ בהבראם ביום עשות י־הוה א־להים ארץ ושמים
This is a beautiful example illustrating how “the end [of the Torah] is enwedged in the beginning [of the Torah],” a point that we illustrate on Simchat Torah by completing our public reading of the Torah and then immediately commencing its reading at the beginning.
Biodegradable, edible plastic wrap could preserve food longer and reduce the environmental impact of plastic packaging.
Why the skeptical title?
An edible plastic coating to preserve our fruits (and perhaps other foods) that ward off microbials detrimental to one's health. The only problem with this is the edible plastic is created from treating two food substances, extracting and purifying them and then creating the plastic from the merger. The substances are crab or shrimp shells and egg whites.

People who have Cancer should get 2 books. One is the Rave Diet and the other one is Healing cancer from the inside out. The author of both books is a man by the name of Mike Anderson. They should also consider going to a Chiropracter (preferably a Network Spinal Analysis Chiropracter). All the doctors know how to do is plug the body with toxins and cut out tissues and limbs. No cancer treatment really helps anyone long term !!
The Gerson Institute basically raises a person's pH by uses alkalizing juices that detoxify the cells while supporting the liver by detoxifying the deadly acid being removed during the cleaning cycle using by use of coffee enemas.
Many tines After someone is diagnosed with Cancer they could live for many years without doing anything. They might have been diagnosed with Cancer but the cancer cells in their body has been there for years. In the meantime they could search for an alternative path. Most people will not do the alternaive paths that i'm suggesting because the insurance companies won't cover it. Not because it doesn't work !!
Heavy treatments of chemo are actually mustard gas!?
The Central Bureau of Statistics has released the latest population figures for Israeli cities and towns. Israel’s population as of June 30, 2009 stood at nearly 7.43 million – nearly three-quarters of a percent more than it was at the end of 2008. Some 623,000 people (8.4%) live in rural villages and towns of fewer than 2,000 residents.
Israel's growth rate currently stands at an annual rate of approximately 1.5% - compared to 1.188% for the entire world in 2008. The ranking of Israel’s 20 largest cities did not change. Jerusalem is still the largest city, with a population of 769,400, followed by Tel Aviv (393,200), Haifa (265,300), Rishon LeTzion (226,500), and Ashdod (210,500).
Jerusalem also grew by the largest amount – 5,800 people, just over three-quarters of a percent. It was followed by Petach Tikvah, Israel’s sixth-largest city, which added more than 2,000 more people (just over 1%) in the first half of 2009. The hareidi-religious city of Modi'in Illit, also known as Kiryat Sefer, jumped next-highest, by 1,800 people - a full 4.3% - to 43,500 people.
Rounding out Israel's top ten cities are Be'er Sheva (up .032% in the first half of 2009), Netanya (.067), Holon (.064), and Bnei Brak (.091). Only three cities dropped in population during the first half of 2009: Eilat, Tiberias, and Nazareth Illit, each by between 200 and 300 residents.
Growth in Judea and Samaria, Israel’s fastest-growing regions, continued to surpass that of the rest of the country, but slightly less so. Beitar Illit grew during the first half of 2009 by 2.9%, to a population of 35,700 residents, and Beit El grew by 3.7% to a population of 5,600. Between 1995 and 2007, the population of Judea and Samaria grew by 107%, from 130,000 to 270,000 people - compared with 29% in the rest of the country. From 2005 until 2007, population growth in Judea and Samaria was three times higher than it was in the rest of Israel - 5% a year compared to 1.7%.

Having a Sukkah on your open balcony is always a bit precarious and subject to the weather. This is the first year that the balmy high winds actually did havoc. The boards on top of the schach, to hold it down, came crashing down into the Succah, together with the schach.
Thank the A-mighty that my husband was not sitting and learning at that moment, because if so, he surely would have to bentsch gomel (a blessing of gratitude made when narrowly escaping a dangerous life-threatening experience). I heard the boards crash on the cement patio and quickly ran to assess the situation.

Destruction of Warsaw Ghetto during the 1943 Uprising
When the Jews made the ‘benevolent’ gesture of conceding the Gaza Strip to the Palestinians in 2005, I wrote at the time that I thought they only intended to set it up as another concentration camp in ‘Eretz Yisrael’ for the 1.5 million men, women, and children left behind to suffer and die in it, and today I’m only more convinced that the leading Jews had that in mind all along.

‘Ghetto Gaza’ is also no doubt a vindictive response to what Jews suffered in the ghettos in Europe under the Nazis, and a revival of the gulags under the Soviet or Round Table “Council” of the JewSSR; and the psychopathic institution of it has it’s roots in the Old Testament, which forms the mindset of the Jew and says Jehovah commanded the Israelites to wipe out the Canaanites and possess their land.
Jews smuggle food into Warsaw ghetto
In fact Gaza, in Old Testament times, was one of the five royal cities of the Philistines, and the ‘house of commons’ in the place was pulled down around the ears of the lords of the Philistines by the Jewish hero Samson, which might have provided some of the inspiration for the Jews’ bombing of the Hamas headquarters in the Gaza Strip, and puts a new twist on the Jews’ Samson Option, which is their plot to take down the world with them by using their nuclear and toxin weapons in a totally irresponsible way if there’s ever another Holocaust again.
