An Important Announcement

We are very grateful for the wisdom and valuable products of this dedicated Good Doctor. This may not stay up for long, so copy to your computer:

My health update. Unfortunately, my cancer has progressed and spread to my remaining lung, and may have also spread to my left hip, and low back. I will have biopsies of the hip and back soon. There are experimental and alternative treatment options that I am exploring. I feel good and have no fear. I may have to scale down some of my smaller media events but fully intend to stay in the fight as long as I have consciousness. It has been four years since I was supposed to die. Everyday since has been miraculous and I attribute my continuous survival to the prayers of loving people. My Hebrew name is Velvel Wolf Zev Ben Leah It really isn’t important when and how a person dies. It is much more important how a person lives. With much love Zev Zelenko @ZelenkoProtocol

[…] an interview with Sarah Westall "Jew's True Calling, Khazarian Mafia's Scapegoat, Evil Manifested Today w/ Dr. Zelenko". He talks about current Jewish leaders, that most of them are of course Erev Rav. Also on March 10/11 Dr. Zelenko posted on his telegram warning MARCH 10 "I was also just sent this warning about safety and future plans: B...'s lobby which is credible due to its greek mob contacts, the Godfathers of the Night, in Athens and Philadelphia, etc The new program involving the PCR test outcome mandating Pfizer’s and Merck's treatment drugs compelled on the spot, plus vaccine updates, before exiting the testing store or med fac. Its an intercept and compel scheme that reminds me of the Showers at Auschwitz. B.a is a close partner with the Nazis around Soros Gates and the Rockefeller Foundation, like circa 1935 in Berlin, by behavioral comparison. This hadn't metabolized into a NAMED THREAT, but B…. people have stated recent intent to "completely take care of the early treatment doctors and eliminate them" so as you all can't "interfere" further. MARCH 11 I have completed development of a natural immune and nutritional approach for common RNA viruses, ie Influenza, RSV, Covid-19, and possibly Marburg. I have completed development of a natural immune and nutritional approach for some common DNA viruses, ie herpes, chicken pox, small pox. I have completed development of a natural immune and nutritional approach for dealing with blood clots and VAIDS. This information has been placed in multiple secure locations around the world and will be shared with humanity shortly. If I die, this information will be immediately and automatically released. The time for the liberation of the collective human soul from the hands of sociopathic despots has arrived. I believe we are on the verge of the messianic redemption. MK Idit Silman resigns, government coalition loses majority.
Israel Government in a tither!

“I can’t [continue] any longer,” Silman said. “I attempted unity and worked hard for the current coalition. Unfortunately, I cannot lend a hand to the harm of the Jewish identity of the state of Israel and Am Yisrael. The public is not aware of everything I tried because I did it quietly.”

“I’m ending my membership in the coalition and I will continue to try to convince my friends to return home and establish a right-wing government. I know I’m not the only one who feels this way.”

“The Jewish identity of the state of Israel is the zechus of our existence here. This is our heart, this is our essence. Harming it, without any consideration to the public and the values I represent, is a red line for me.”

“We can establish another government already in this Knesset.”

A VERY INFORMATIVE VIDEO

How Putin's Invasion is Changing Our World Forever

THE MASTERPLAN OF HASHEM:  Just look how G–D is maneuvering world nations, economies, applying ‘personalized’ retribution fitting the history of these nations, all taking place because of a centrally located Ukraine between Russia and Europe. See how nations that once didn’t allow Jews fleeing the WWII war machine to enter their borders, are now welcoming and providing for Jewish (and Ukrainian) refugees. A sort of middah-kneged-middah reversal happening.

Take notice how the Ukraine will not be able to provide wheat and fertilizer to ONE THIRD a of the world due to the war. Does this not appears to be “Nekoma”??

I liked this video because it is very 'pictoral' and put into perspective the nearness of the countries now involved in a Masterplan of Hashem.

Germany is facing total collapse, unless they fork up the Rubles to keep their economy going.

The amazing Russian Energy supply that has been keeping the EU Countries alive.

The encroaching NATO Alliance of powers creeping closer and closer (nearly) around Russia

Leket Launches Urgent Appeal – SAVE 50,000 Tons of Food – FEED The Impoverished

imagine 50,000 tons of food that might go to waste when the world will be starving

Israeli farmers are destroying thousands of tons of fresh vegetables as produce exports to Russia and Ukraine have ground to a halt due to the ongoing war.

Carrots, celery, potatoes, radishes, and more: Up to 50,000 tons of agricultural products are rotting in warehouses or facing certain destruction. Payments for goods have also stopped on account of the plummeting value of the ruble and sanctions in response to the brutal Russian invasion of Ukraine.

The situation has resulted in a crisis for hundreds of Israeli farmers, with some having been forced to destroy entire crops after finding no alternative places to sell their produce.

Ofir Trabelsi heads Yeron Agricultural Works, a vegetable wholesaler located in the southern town of Sharsheret. Trabelsi, who sells 95% of his crops to Russia, told The Media Line that so far, they had had to destroy 60 dunams (15 acres) of radishes, and 50 dunams (12 acres) of celery.

“We’ve destroyed fields and what I have here in cold storage will also likely be destroyed,” Trabelsi said. “We don’t know what’s going to happen and have had no response from any government body. We’re searching for other markets, which is not so simple because it’s all last minute.”

Trabelsi added that he had been trying to find alternatives to Russia for years, even before the war started, but had not been successful because of the strong shekel. Many European markets already have their own produce suppliers.

“We have not found a solution yet,” Trabelsi said. “I have a huge amount of produce in cold storage and also in Russia that I can’t receive payment for. The money that they pay with has been frozen by the banks because they think it’s being used for money laundering. The shipping companies want to be paid in advance and the prices have gone up 400% over last year.”

Other farmers are also facing an uncertain future.

Reuven Nir is CEO of the Mefalsim-Kfar Aza farming cooperative, which grows roots vegetables such as potatoes and carrots over an area of 14,000 dunams (roughly 3,500 acres) in the Gaza envelope.

“At the moment we have 3,000 tons of carrots in the ground designated for Russia,” Nir told The Media Line, adding that they will begin harvesting the vegetables next week and hope to find a new buyer by then.

Despite the difficulties, Nir is hopeful that exports to Russia will proceed as originally planned.

“I hope that we won’t get burned,” he lamented. “We’re putting things in cold storage and waiting for the situation to become clearer so that we can know what to do.”

Leket Launches Urgent Appeal

In a bid to avert the large-scale destruction of fresh produce, food rescue organization Leket, Israel’s national food bank, has launched an urgent appeal to distribute surplus crops to Israelis in need.

For every $180 donated, Leket will procure 680 pounds of produce for the needy, according to Leket’s website.

DONATE NOW https://www.leket.org/en/

Joseph Gitler, founder and chairman of Leket, Israel’s national food bank told The Media Line that so far, the organization had managed to raise $1.5 million out of its goal of $3 million. Some of the proceeds will go towards remunerating farmers for produce, while the larger portion will go towards the logistical efforts of harvesting, packaging, and distribution.

According to Gitler, hundreds of Israeli farmers have been affected by Russo-Ukrainian War since both countries represent important export destinations.

“What we’ve heard so far is that 50,000 tons [of produce] are at risk,” Gitler said. “It doesn’t mean that people are actively destroying it yet. Everyone is trying to find alternative sources.”

Leket hopes to be able to save 5,000 to 10,000 tons of vegetables with the proceeds raised.

“Because the numbers are so large, we will actually be taking a portion of these vegetables and turning them into soups to give us extra time to distribute them,” he said. “These soups are high-quality and primarily going to the homebound elderly so it’s really an outstanding way to extend the shelf life of these crops, which are higher-quality than what Leket normally has.”

What a Miracle We Are Witnessing . . .

The Final Ingathering Has Begun, Occurring Before Moshiach

10,000 Olim From The FSU Have Arrived In Israel Since Russian Invasion Began

Sasha Zlobjn, the 10,000th person from the former Soviet Union to immigrate to Israel since Russia invaded Ukraine, landed at Ben-Gurion on Monday, a statement from Israel’s Absorption Ministry said.

Sasha Zlobjn, formerly a resident of Kharkiv, Ukraine, arrived in Israel with his grandparents along with dozens of other Ukrainian refugees.

“I fled Kharkiv with grandparents but unfortunately my parents stayed behind,” Zlobjn said. “It was an exhausting journey that ended with the beautiful reception here.”

Over two-thirds of the 10,000 immigrants arrived from Ukraine, with the rest coming from Russia and Belarus.

There has been a SHARP RISE in the number of Russian immigrants since the war began due to the government’s increased repression and fear of the country’s future in the wake of international sanctions. Since the government considers both Ukrainians and Russians to be fleeing from humanitarian crises, the ministry has grouped them together for its statistics.

The Absorption Ministry said that several hundred new immigrants have been arriving in Israel on a daily basis in recent weeks. Israeli officials believe that tens of thousands of additional immigrants from Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus will arrive in Israel in the coming weeks and months.

Rav Lazar: “It’s Incomprehensible . . .

 . . . A Nightmare, It’s Never Been So Difficult Here”

Rav Berel Lazar, the Chief Rabbi of Russia, spoke about the difficult situation in Ukraine and Russia in an interview with Yisrael Hayom that was published on Thursday.

“It’s absolutely horrible what’s going on, it’s a nightmare,” Rav Lazar said. “From the first day, we tried to use our connections in order to protect the Jews in Ukraine and the mekomos hakedoshim. There’s deep concern in Russia about the situation in Ukraine, partially because there are many families here with half of their close relatives in Ukraine. Many parents and siblings of shluchim in Russia live in Ukraine. I’m in daily contact with people there – Rabbanim, friends, and acquaintances. We’re trying to assist them as much as possible during this time of crisis – emotionally, financially, and spiritually.”

Rav Lazar said that the Russian authorities understand the complexity of the Jewish community’s situation and are aware that support for Ukrainian Jews is not an expression of political support for one side or the other. “We’re very clear on this. As Rabbanim and leaders of the community, shluchim of the Rebbe, we always say that politics is not part of our job. Politics is not a good occupation for a Jew and there are other things that we need to do – like saving lives. We help every Jew whoever he is and wherever he is. Everyone understands this. If I had a son in Ukraine, I wouldn’t help him because there’s a problem between the two countries? I would do everything I could do and likewise in this situation. The government understands that we must help our brothers and we do so openly.”

Reb Lazar is considered close to Putin so he is caught between a rock and a hard place. “We don’t address the question of who’s right and who’s wrong. There’s an expression in Israel: ‘Don’t be right, be smart.’ We’re not here to judge anyone – that’s not our job. Our job is to be smart in the existing situation and to utilize everything we can to help another Jew. Sometimes it’s possible to save a family with one phone call, to supply more medications, to rescue a Jew via a car. We’re busy with this day and night.”

Reb Lazar said that the work of Chabad shluchim in Ukraine is heroic but he and other Chabad Rabbanim have instructed some of them to leave due to the great danger. “It was very difficult for them because they built a whole kehilla from nothing over 30 years or more and one day they just have to pick up and leave their shlichus.”

Reb Lazar added that the situation in Russia as a result of sanctions is not simple at all, and that’s putting it mildly.

“The situation in Russia is very difficult,” he said. “Baruch Hashem we took it upon ourselves not to close any institutions or stop any activities. On Pesach, we’ll be holding public Sedarim for tens of thousands of Jews.

However, the challenge isn’t simple – we’re already feeling it. It seems like this year will be the first year that we won’t have enough matzos for Pesach. Jews are coming non-stop to buy matzah – we’ve never seen anything like it. The moment there are stressful situations, people come to receive support in the kehilla and search for something eternal to connect to. We’re trying to bring in more matzos but the Russian airline has stopped flying so we need to find alternative ways. We’ll do our best to procure matzah for anyone who wants it.”

“There’s never been such a difficult situation in Russia like there is today,” Rav Lazar stressed. “We’ve been through many challenges here. There’s been revolutions, difficult economic conditions – but there’s never been something of this magnitude. It’s incomprehensible. I keep trying to convince myself that this isn’t a dream, that it’s real and it’s actually happening.”

“Just a few months ago, I made a wedding for my daughter in Moscow with over 1,000 guests. No one dreamed we would reach such a situation, even in our worst nightmares.”

Even as Biden and Trudeau announce food shortages, farmers are being paid to STOP farming. Chickens are now "illegal animals" in more municipalities, requiring a permit, "due to bird flu." The EU is culling livestock as they run out of animal feed, and the Netherlands is seriously considering a meat tax. -- And yet, there is a resurgence of regenerative agriculture and community victory gardens, as people realize it is UP TO US to feed our families going forward!  Christian breaks down the latest developments in the Food Wars in this Ice Age Farmer broadcast.

Rabbi Winston: Tazria – Parshat HaChodesh

HaChodesh and Rosh Chodesh Nissan, the Month of Miracles

WHEN YOU HAVE a problem with your skin, you go to a skin doctor. Unless, of course it was tzara’as, in which case a skin doctor would not do you much good. If it was only leprosy, then maybe a skin doctor could help. But tzara’as required a kohen to determine its status, and to advise a metzora how to precede. His advice never included over-the-counter or prescription drugs, just some serious teshuvah

As we see from Moshe Rabbeinu, whose hand turned white as snow for speaking badly about the Jewish people, and then later from his sister Miriam, who got tzara’as for doing the same thing about her brother Moshe, tzara’as is in response to loshon hara. But when too many people began to speak loshon hara too freely, G–D stopped giving tzara’as. Like prophecy, the punishment of tzara’as only lasts as long as people will listen to it.

Before we go and celebrate our license to kill with our tongues, we should realize that we have gained nothing. If anything, we have lost, because the offense of loshon hara is as serious as it has ever been. It’s just that rather than pay for it in this world, we’ll just have to pay for it in the next one, and that is never better. Accidentally biting your tongue or breaking a tooth doesn’t quite match up with the embarrassment and hassle of tzara’as

The question is, why the skin? What is the connection between a person’s skin and their mouth? Even though tzara’as starts off on the walls of the house, moves to the clothing if they don’t do teshuvah, the final destination of tzara’as is the loshon hara speaker’s skin. Since G–D punishes measure-for-measure, there must be something to that.

In the past I have shown the connection to the transformation of Adam HaRishon’s skin from skin of light to skin of flesh. As Rashi explains in Parashas Shemos, G–D told Moshe that loshon hara is the craft of the snake, and it was the snake’s words that led to the eating from the Aitz HaDa’as Tov v’Ra and the original skin transformation. Tzara’as is a throwback to that.

Another idea is that when a person speaks loshon hara, they are being superficial. Actions can be deceiving. Accurately understanding what people do can only be the result of many things we can’t know about. We don’t know about all the things that happened to us to make us who we are, so how can possibly know this about others?

THE SYMBOL OF such superficiality is the skin. When we say that something is only “skin deep,” we mean that it lacks depth. When a person speaks loshon hara, not only do they not perform the thorough investigation necessary to judge the person worthy of such loshon hara, they can’t. Only G–D can. Only He can know everything about a person and if they are guilty or innocent. This makes the speaking of loshon hara reckless, if not actually trying to act like G–D, which the yetzer hara tends to make us do.

The three stages of tzara’as give us the opportunity to wake up to this and do teshuvah on our own. It first affects the walls of a person’s house because they hide how a person behaves in private. Many people act one way outside the house and a very different way inside the house. At home, people let their guard down and their true self pours out. If a person read the tzara’as writing on the wall, they could save themselves a lot of humiliation and inconvenience. It’s a skin-deep message to the person.

If not, it moves to their clothing. This is something that we wear in both places, inside and outside the house. It’s Heaven taking a second warning shot, this time a little closer to home, so-to-speak. Shooting in the air did not make the loshon hara speaker back down. So, Heaven takes another shot at the feet of the person, in a manner of speaking, to see if that gets them to right their wrong.

But tzara’as on the clothing is still not as bad as tzara’as on the skin, especially since the person does not need to be sent outside the camp and walk around in public yelling out, “Impure! Impure!” The pain is no longer skin-deep but goes right to the heart of the matter…and the person. For acting like a dead person, that is insensitive to the life of another, they are treated like a dead person.

Since this is a leap year, Parashas Tazria comes before Pesach instead of after it. This gives us an opportunity to connect it to the whole idea of redemption, which it is. Superficiality is not a Jewish thing, or at least it is not supposed to be. But what people who live superficially do not realize is how it enslaves them to their own version of Pharaoh, their personal yetzer hara. The greatest sign that a person has that they are a slave to their yetzer hara is the ease with which they can speak loshon hara. They may feel as if they benefit from speaking it, but in reality, they hurt themself each time they do, in this world and certainly in the next one.

They also set themselves up for some kind of divine punishment for it as well. We learn this from the Talmud that says that even though the Sanhedrin may not exist today to give out punishment, Heaven has other ways to do it through “natural” life occurrences (Kesuvos 30b).

THE GEMORA ASKS about the relevancy of capital punishment once the Sanhedrin no longer had the authority to carry them out. It answers the following:

Since the day of the destruction of the Temple, although the Sanhedrin ceased, the four forms of capital punishment have not ceased. They have not ceased, [you say]? Surely they have ceased! But [say] the judgment of the four forms of capital punishment has not ceased. He who would have been sentenced to stoning either falls down from the roof or a wild beast treads him down. He who would have been sentenced to burning either falls into a fire or a serpent bites him. He who would have been sentenced to decapitation is either delivered to the government or robbers come upon him. He who would have been sentenced to strangulation is either drowned in the river or dies from suffocation. (Kesuvos 30a)

This is true of capital punishment and lesser offenses as well. And given what Chazal say about the seriousness of loshon hara, it can be assumed that G–D doesn’t just look the other way or turn the other ear when people speak it. There may not be any tzara’as today, but there are other skin-related illnesses, or other ways to rectify a person’s propensity to speak loshon hara. Sometimes we don’t have to be told to bite our tongues. It just happens on its own, or any number of other mishaps that might be the divine response to our loshon hara

But what is the worst punishment of all for speaking loshon hara? Nothing at all. There is nothing to get away with. If a person cuts off their finger and no one is around to witness it, have they gained anything? Just the opposite.

Likewise, loshon hara may just seem to be words that vanish as quickly as they emerged, but that is only what it seems to us. We can’t see the damaging angels we have created with our words which will not only testify against us on our day of judgment, but which wreak all kinds of havoc in our personal lives. For damaging relationships with loshon hara, we may pay with damaged relationships elsewhere for reasons we can’t fathom.

At least in the good old days a person could get tzara’as. The kohen could come and confirm it, and the message was clear. The person was guilty of loshon hara. Stop it, or else. How many people who got tzara’as once did not change their life after that to avoid getting it a second time?

Today, we have no clear-cut way to know if what we are undergoing is tied to any loshon hara we might have spoken. How many people even consider the possibility? Hashgochically, they cannot hurt anyone G–D does not intend to be hurt for reasons of their own. But the speaker of loshon hara damages themself in ways that will not only bite them later, but will cause them to be increasingly desensitized to the sin they are committing.

The Zohar says that you can size a person up by the way they speak. What comes out of our mouths is the best indicator of our soul-body combination. If our speech is spiritually-rich, then it shows our soul leads in life. If the opposite, it means we are slaves to our bodies and yetzer haras.

As Chazal point out, Pesach is also peh sach, the mouth that spoke. The Jewish people left the Egyptians once and for all by a place called Pi HaChiros, the Mouth of Freedom. One that speaks in a spiritually-refined manner is truly a free person.

Pesach Haggadah

IT IS A curious thing. Each year we sit down to make a Pesach Seder to commemorate an event that the vast majority of the world thinks is fictitious. But we do it anyhow, even Jews whose lives reflect their disbelief in the very origin of this time-honored tradition.

We are not the only people to do this. Various different religions and cultures also continue to celebrate long-ago historical events, the spirits of which are often contradicted by the present-day lives of their celebrants. That’s the power of tradition: it can keep alive even that which, for all intents-and-purposes, is actually dead.

Is it hypocrisy? A lot of times.

Perhaps this is part of what is bothering the Evil Son. He’s the main antagonist in the Haggadah because he dares to ask the question: “What does this service mean to you?”

And though we break his teeth for asking such a question, and wag a proverbial finger at him saying, “Had you been there, you certainly would not have been redeemed!” his question is indeed a good one. In fact, it is one the Haggadah each year asks us all to answer by the end of the evening, for the right answer is not only liberating, it is freedom itself.

The problem with the Evil Son is not his question; it is his answer. His question is his answer because for him it is rhetorical. He may have phrased his words as a question, but he was really making a statement: Though this service may have made sense back in the days of Egyptian slavery, it is meaningless today.

Okay. For making fun of tradition we break his teeth, metaphorically-speaking. However, if he is in agreement that once-upon-a-time all of this was necessary, then why do we tell him that had he been in Egypt at the time of the redemption, he would have been one of those who did not go out?

Because he has missed the point of the Haggadah, of the Pesach-Offering, of the entire concept of redemption.

Sure, we no longer worship Egyptian G–Ds, and therefore no longer have to parade through the streets with lambs to prove that we do not fear them or adhere to their religious values.

But that was not the entire story of the Korban Pesach, just a part of it. After all, when Kayin and Hevel brought their offerings to G–D (Bereishis 4:3), it was on the fourteenth day of Nissan. They had brought Pesach Offerings. And, as the Brisker Rav points out, Avraham Avinu ate matzah on the fifteenth of Nissan, hundreds of years before there was even an Egyptian exile!

This begs the question: Do we eat matzah because there wasn’t enough time to bake bread, or was there not enough time to bake bread so that we would eat matzah? Because, contrary to the Evil Son’s thinking, mitzvos are eternal. They supersede our daily reality and are never the result of circumstance. If anything, they make circumstances possible, such as the leaving of Egypt in Moshe’s time, and the leaving of exile at the End-of-Days.

It is the Chacham, the wise son in each generation who understands this. Hence, the Haggadah’s response to his question is the opposite of the one given to his evil brother:

You, in turn, shall instruct him in the laws of Pesach, [up to] “one is not to eat any dessert after the Pesach lamb.”

The Wise Son is the person who understands one of the most important ideas of Creation, and yet one of the least-known: Redemption is a de facto state of existence. To understand this, it is important to first understand the concept of exile.

When we think of the first exile, we think of the Jewish people in Egyptian bondage. However, the Egyptian exile was really the result, and in many respects, a replication of the original exile of all of mankind. In the beginning, man was created into a state of redemption. Immediately after being formed by G–D, Adam HaRishon was placed in the Garden of Eden where he lived an idyllic existence. The life of the first man is the one that we all dream of living if we merit to make it to Yemos HaMoshiach—the Messianic Era.

Eating from the Aitz HaDa’as Tov v’Ra—the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil—changed all of that. The bottom line is that within one day of being created and placed into Paradise, mankind was forced to leave it, and the question is, why? The answer is, the transformation of man:

The creation of Heaven and Earth and their components was with the Supernal Light, and they existed on a very elevated and awesome level, specifically man who was higher than all of them. However, after the sin of the Tree of Knowledge and Good and Evil, he and everything else descended and was transformed from skin made of light to human skin. (Hakdamos uSha’arim, Sha’ar 6, Ch. 10)

Though man has always consisted of a body and soul, before the sin they both existed on a much higher spiritual plane. A human body once more closely resembled a soul than the body we now have, made of divine light rather than of opaque skin. Sin resulted in skin, and the distancing of man from G–D. That is the very definition of exile, and the Pesach Seder comes to reverse that. To be continued…

Reb Neuberger: Rabbi Yechiel Perr Shlit”a

THE POWERFUL WORDS OF RABBI YECHIEL PERR SHLITA”H

We are now in the count-down to the awesome Yom Tov of Pesach.

What is so awesome? Why is Pesach such a big thing?

My friends, if we understand this, then we can begin to understand everything.

Our ancestors were like nothings in Mitzraim. Not only were they slaves who were worked to the bone, not only were they marked for extermination by Paro -- who threw Jewish babies into the Nile or the walls of the pyramids -- it was more: they were becoming indistinguishable from the Egyptians themselves, part of the degraded culture of idolatry and mindless cruelty which prevailed within the sealed borders of that powerful empire.

But something happened to change all this. Because we were descendants from patriarchs and matriarchs who had discovered the Existence of the Ruler of the Universe, we were different from every other nation on the face of the earth. We as a Nation were attached to Hashem, destined to play a unique role on the world stage.

Pesach is when it happened. This is the moment when we were transformed from spiritual and physical slaves into an exalted nation that would forever serve the Master of the Universe and live according to His exalted laws.

We mention our liberation from Mitzraim every day of the year, but this is when it happened, and the accompanying miracles were such that the world never saw such things before or since. Pesach is the re-enactment of these awesome days, when we recreate this moment within ourselves and prepare for the Great Redemption which is surely imminent.

The Final Redemption of the Jewish People is going to be a replay of those awesome days, but on a worldwide scale, much greater in magnitude than Mitzraim, and we are the players in this epic drama.

I was zoche to daven this past Shabbos at the Yeshiva of Far Rockaway and hear the words of the venerable Rosh Yeshiva, Rabbi Yechiel Perr, may he be healthy and strong and live long! Rabbi Perr spoke with great courage, discussing the passage in Parshas Shemini which describes the four species of animal which exhibit only one out of the two kosher signs. The last of these four species mentioned is the “chazir … the pig.” (Vayikra 11:7)

The pig in rabbinical literature is the symbol of the hypocrite, for it lies in the mud with its split hooves sticking up, as if to say, “See, I’m kosher!” even as it lies in the filth. The pig is the symbol of Golus Edom, our current Exile, a world dominated by a culture which pretends to abide by the word of G-d, but at the same time it is lying in the filth.

Rabbi Perr had the courage to say that this surrounding culture is now disintegrating before our eyes, taking with it every aspect of the life to which we and most of the world has become accustomed over the past two millennia, since the founding of the Church which is based on this falsehood. Rabbi Perr stated that it is difficult and even frightening to see the disintegration of the world in which we are living.

Why does this take courage? And what is so frightening?

My friends, I am sorry to say that we don’t want to see this.

We don’t want to admit to ourselves that our precious, luxurious world is about to disintegrate. Oh yes, it will be replaced by an infinitely greater world, a world of Truth and ruchnius and purity, but it will not be the world of Edom any more, the world of the chazir lying in the filth and sticking its paws in the air.

My friends, it is tragic, but we are hanging on to that world.

THAT IS WHY MOSHIACH IS NOT HERE YET.

A reader of this column told me that she is frightened by what is going on in the world. Yes, my friends, it is frightening to witness our entire world disintegrating … with chaos threatening on every side! That is what Rabbi Perr was alluding to.

What will be, my friends? What will become of us?

The answer is to be found in Mitzraim, in the awesome holiday of Pesach!

The answer is in the pages of the Haggadah which we read at the Seder Table.

The answer is to be found in the Torah, which describes the entire saga of our People.

Hashem saved us in Mitzraim, when Mitzraim was disintegrating!

That is the bottom line! Hashem saved us because we clung to Him and His servant Moshe.

“I shall go through the Land of Egypt on this night and I shall strike every firstborn in the land of Egypt [but] when I shall see the blood [on your doorposts] I shall pass over you. There shall not be a plague of destruction upon you when I strike in the Land of Egypt.” (Shemos 12:12ff)

Hashem promised our ancestors and He promises us that He will save those who cling to Him and His Torah when the surrounding idolatrous culture is destroyed. Then we will be freed from that empty, idolatrous, brutish culture and enter the exalted world based upon Righteousness and Truth and the Word of G-d.

My friends, it is happening now, all over again, but this time on the World Stage. The surrounding culture is in the process of self-destruction just as the world of Mitzraim destroyed itself by rebelling against the word of G-d.

If we follow the example of our ancestors who obeyed Moshe Rabbeinu, the Prophet of G-d, and the Torah that Hashem gave us at Har Sinai, then we will also see – as our ancestors did -- a new and purified world, a world of peace and Truth, and we will meet our King Moshiach and see the Bais Hamikdosh and live a life which is forever blessed.

This is the glorious promise of Pesach! May we see it fulfilled soon in our days!

Rabbi Yechiel Perr, Rosh Yeshiva, Yeshiva of Far Rockaway

Leah From Itamar – In The Heart of Eretz Yisrael

Leah From Itamar

Parshat Tazria 2022

We are all in a national anxiety here, close to a heart attack. People look behind them as they walk in the street, feeling unsafe. Truth being said- they ARE NOT SAFE.

Terror walks in our midst.

The false narrative that has waved the banner of capitulation, deception and deceitfulness is crumpling in the new hot wind, blown in to Israel this past week.

Eleven people murdered, many maimed and injured, the reality of violence comes closer to what some people considered “Israel proper”. It’s too close as this Land fills up, we are barely separated from the ferocity and savagery of it. It knows no distinction between Itamar and Chadera, Beer Sheva and Chevron or Bnei Brak and Jenin.

The varied attacks have all happened in what people call “Israel” as opposed to where I live, on Itamar- called “The West Bank” by Blinken and some. Time after time year after year day after day, news report after news reports, the trickle of drip fed engineering of consciousness has made the claim that these are two different entities. Like another mind from reality, traveling through another dimension of actuality, with zero reference to history and truthful facts, most people have been fooled to think the heart of Israel is a different place entirely.

The propaganda of Fatah in their schools knows there is no boundary though. Jew hatred is taught in Shechem and in Um El Fachem, in Jerusalem and in Jericho, in Jasser Azarkah and Haifa. For them, Israel is Israel.

Don’t get me wrong now- I believe most Arabs are fine. They are my skin doctor in Ariel (also called the West Bank), my cashier at the Rami Levi supermarket, my pharmacists, my waiters in Café’s! They make our morning coffee and even add a little heart shaped puff of cream on top and we smile and say “good day”. But there is terror in their midst. They kill each other often, are the bulk of crime in Israel, and without a doubt, terror related incidents happening almost daily now are all perpetrated by Arabs- Israeli Arabs and the made-up word “West Bank” Arabs.

Judges in this court system let criminals off way too easy. Our prisons are full to the brim. When there is no justice, Din will take over.

In a recent archeological find, stones amulets were found on Mount Eval at the altar of Joshua in a bid to quickly collect artifacts as the Palestinian Authority was using the very stones of this holy site to build a road. It clearly said “Cursed Cursed cursed!” for those who do not keep My word; on the mountain of the curses.

It was a not by chance that Providence had it having Blinken say on his peace mission to Israel “We must curb settler expansion, settler violence. Peace depends on this. ” Did they not teach you Mr. Blinken that most probably your bar mitzvah parsha happened right here- in the heart of Israel, where Abraham Isaac and Jacob all walked here, where Yosef had his walk up the main road from Chevron to Shechem searching for his brothers who turned away from him and from truth, who sold him for a dime. (emphasis mine)

Further from the truth you can’t get -it’s about YOUR ancient Land as well. But this is the mystery of how two seeming realities can exist simultaneously and so closely. Our primary challenge- to avoid the heart attack.

The virtues of our story here, right here in the heart of Israel- equidistant ONE HOUR west to Tel Aviv, ONE HOUR south to Jerusalem, ONE HOUR north to Beit Shean, less than a HALF HOUR to the Jordan River has us determined to tell you the story firsthand as restoration stands by the front door, while the heart pumps vibrant restoration yet the disease chokes it.

As a settler of this Land and one of the first of Itamar, I hear the voices of both life and death, blessing and curse. Side by side it crushes reality into a prismatic story, my own being to preserve it. As it grows and prospers, terrible arrows of evil attack it. First it was attacked in its heart, now the body fails- the enemy has its eye on Tel Aviv.

Integrity is pierced as the cause of conflict is camouflaged. Why do you sell us out? What is your reason of interest in us, to limit Jewish presence in the heart of Israel? Well, – ours is to settle our Land, the Land of our forefathers. Theirs- to either live peacefully or to choose the evil of antisemitism and shoot stab and run down Jews like Amalek.

We seek to quell terror, they ignite the sparks of it. You have not been given the chance to see our side of the green, of blessing, of redemption. The peace is thick here and nurtures your soul.

Journalism about the heart of Israel became confused with acts of imagination lacking the honesty and insight into this precious legacy. Seek radicalism elsewhere- not here.

I feel at this time of the world it is my mission to reveal the inner truth of this ancient hill. My commitment to it is my life’s work, my heart. Whether you listen or not Mr. Blinken- it will come! Alas it is knocking on the door!

Shabbat shalom, Chodesh TOV! Leah
