Those who terrorizes children and innocents on Shabbos are called “terrorists”

 …….whatever their uniform or language!

Who goes into a playground with guns drawn and masked? Only terrorists.

Arutz 7: Saturday morning raid panics residents
Esh Kodesh residents are incensed after masked Shin Bet and Yasam forces entered a local playground and home with guns drawn in the middle of the Sabbath, frightening children.

Esser Agaroth(2¢):
This is intolerable. Scaring kids? The kids thinking that their town is being infiltrated by terrorists?  What is their excuse for making arrests on Shabbat? The vulnerability of their targets? Making a point by saying that State has usurped Torah? Or just desecrating Shabbat for the hell of it?

Ai definition - Behavior and Appearance as "Terrorizing"

You are correct that someone can be perceived as "terrorizing" without being a political terrorist. In everyday life, certain visual cues and behaviors can trigger a state of extreme fear or "terror" in others: [1]

  • Suspicious Appearance: Wearing heavy or unseasonable clothing (like a trench coat in summer) that might hide weapons or explosives.
  • Hostile Demeanor: Displays of intense aggression, such as "boisterous drunken behavior" or "drug-induced rage," can make someone look immediately dangerous and terrorize those around them.
  • Out-of-Place Behavior: Surveillance-like behavior, such as loitering at a bus stop without boarding or appearing deeply "out of place" in a sensitive environment, often triggers alarm
