Rabbi Weissman: Haredi Apologists.......

Questions Charedi Apologists Need to Answer

And a powerful personal address to Bibi from a rabbi and former friend who did teshuva

In part 20 of our series on the prophetic teachings of Rav Elchonon Wasserman we discussed:

  • How the kofrim and reshaim behind the Zionist movement caused exponentially greater damage to the Jewish people than the Arabs.
  • How we are guilty for supporting and empowering a “conspiracy of traitors” (oh, how little things have changed)…
  • That we will not be successful until “the deaf hear and the blind look to see” — in other words, when people stop being purposely unwilling to accept the truth.
  • The subversive plan of the kofrim and reshaim, who waged war against the Torah from the very conception of the Zionist movement, to replace the Torah with “nationalism”.
  • How the Dati Leumi movement, which supports and praises these same people, is fundamentally against the Torah and idolatry of shituf.

The recording is embedded above and on Rumble here. There is much more on the way. The link to join the live classes is here.

Speaking of idolatry, the responses I have received from Charedi apologists in response to my criticisms of the million man chillul Hashem beg a follow-up. Many self-identified “Charedim” are on my email list, and I was expecting at least a few introspective, thoughtful replies from them, but received only brain-dead drivel.

I understand that you feel a responsibility to close ranks whenever your community and its all-knowing, unquestionable leaders are criticized (which itself is intellectually dishonest and implicitly against the Torah), but at least don’t make complete fools of yourselves when firing off your knee-jerk defense.

Have a little self-respect, a little consideration for the impression you give to people who expect more than platitudes about the saintliness of your leaders, the wonderfulness of your community, silly rationalizations you didn’t even think through, and the Jewish version of “just following orders”.

If wearing a black hat is such a vital religious act, the single most defining aspect of your religious identity and the most essential requirement for acceptance in your community — more than actual mitzvah observance — you need to have a better explanation for it than “we have a uniform like soldiers” and “the Gedolim”. Why doesn’t it bother you that you don’t?

If you are going to trample on the lives of thousands of people to stage a protest (yes, it was a protest, not a prayer gathering), even to the point of endangering your lives and the lives of people who need uninterrupted bikur cholim, you need a better explanation than “You’re not qualified to question the Gedolim”, “There was nowhere else to do it”, and “It needed to be done”.

Several people gave the ridiculous explanation that it wasn’t a protest, but a prayer gathering. Clearly this was part of their programming that was fed to them. They didn’t all come up with the same nonsense independently. So let me type slowly and hope that a little intelligence will penetrate the fog of cultism.

First of all, of course it was a protest. Who do you think you’re kidding?

Second of all, if it was a prayer gathering, you should have gone to the kotel. You should have gone to shul. “The kotel can’t accommodate so many people”, one person explained. “Where should they have gone?”

How about anywhere else? Seriously, you couldn’t find another place to say Tehillim than the middle of the busiest streets in Jerusalem? You couldn’t find less busy streets? You couldn’t find a massive open area, or a stadium? It davka had to be there?

Third of all, what’s the difference? Since when does a prayer gathering justify shutting down a city, harming countless people who need to get places or receive care, and even endangering lives? Do you really think Hashem was smiling over this? Do you really think this sanctified His name? Do you really think the blessing outweighed the harm? What gives you the right to impose this harm on countless people even if you believe that?

Your Erev Rav leaders who can’t be questioned, even respectfully, even by you?

Seriously, why do you have to “muster the courage”, as your Erev Rav literature always puts it, to ask your saintly leaders a simple question like the ones I am asking? Why is that off limits? Why did no one do so? Why doesn’t it even bother you?

The few who pretended to care about people like my elderly father who suffered because of their perverse “prayer gathering” did a poor job pretending. They didn’t even think of the collateral damage before I wrote my article, and they still don’t care after it was brought to their attention.

Stop reflexively defending your own little club. Transcend the labels and party affiliations, and be truly introspective. If your club was so wonderful and your leaders so perfect, you wouldn’t be hemorrhaging so many souls and making such a poor impression with your “Kiddush Hashems” on just about everyone who isn’t part of your club.

I know that you compare favorably to those other Jews in many ways, but that does not absolve you of anything, and is irrelevant to the discussion. It’s not a sporting event; the team with the most points doesn’t win. Just as the Dati Leumi need to spend less time harping on your every hypocrisy and fix their own house, you need to stop letting a superiority complex impede you from admitting that your own house is in disarray, too.

Not all the antipathy towards the Charedi world is undeserved. Not even close. And I say that as someone who has been staunchly defending you from hatred for the last two years, better than most of you can even defend yourselves. I’m as objective a critic as you’re going to find, so you’d best give careful thought to my criticisms.

Last week’s event was a massive Chillul Hashem, it caused tremendous, unjustified harm to many thousands of people, and, in my opinion, it was an Erev Rav trap that you walked right into. (I won’t harp on the last point for now, but I want those who are more awake to consider that as well.)

All this should bother you. You should care. You should truly think about it, ask appropriate questions, and not settle for silly rationalizations.

Judaism is not a game of color war, and it’s not a cult.

Watch this powerful address to Bibi. You wouldn’t know it from the controlled media, but, judging from the views and comments, many many thousands of Israelis get it. As with the Covid era, they just don’t realize they are far from a fringe minority.

Rabbi Yoav Alon, former PhD in particle physics at the Weizmann Institute, addressed Bibi:

Hello Bibi. We met quite a few years ago, as Yoni’s friends called this meeting. I was privileged to be in your brother Yoni’s class, both in Amami and at the Rehavia Gymnasium.

Many people are clear that Jews were involved in the Simchat Torah massacre two years ago. Some are unable to believe that the evil is that great, but what can be done about it? Some believe that it was a group of leftist intelligence officers who wanted to overthrow Bibi.

But there are many, many signs that you were involved in this, your government, the army, not necessarily the shady parts of it. There are many, many signs. A pamphlet, ‘A Man’s Sword Against His Brother,’ has already been written about this, a more serious pamphlet is being prepared, with evidence that you knew, not just the left, you all collaborated with Hamas.

This is a terrible accusation, I know. I would have a hard time believing it, if I hadn’t been a little more involved in the issue of the Corona vaccines. I knew very well what was going on there. What global mafia had an interest in us getting the vaccines, and how did you cooperate with it?

I know you are well connected to the New World Order at its base, the Freemasons, in the higher echelons of the Illuminati. As I believe you are at the highest level possible in the Illuminati, you are committed to them. If you don’t do what they want, then you will probably be eliminated, that is what happened to Yitzhak Rabin, whose hands were also covered in blood.

There is eternal life whether you believe or not, according to what you have done until today, oh my, what you have in the next world today, you, some call you “Bibi, King of Israel,” God forbid. In the next world you won’t be so much of a king, but if you return, then you have a chance.

Note: Rabbi Yoav Alon converted to Judaism several decades ago. He was a former defense industry scientist and a PhD in particle physics at the Weizmann Institute. Rabbi Alon, who holds additional degrees in physics and mathematics, has dedicated his life since his conversion to Judaism to studying Torah and practicing it in the city of Rehovot.

Since the outbreak of the Corona crisis, Rabbi Alon has stood as a bellwether, warning the public time and again about the dangers lurking for all of Judaism in the wake of serious plots that threaten to destroy everything.

Didn’t we win?

Of course we did, but we did not.
We will have to win again, this time we will really win, but we will not.
What does victory mean? What does it not?
Is Hamas going to be destroyed or not?
Clearly not. But maybe next time. Maybe not.
Is there a ceasefire or not? Yes there is, but sometimes not.
If Hamas breaks the ceasefire will they be destroyed or not?
Oh yes they will, we tell you so, but then they are not.
Has a red line been crossed or not?
Yes it has. Do it again, they better not.
Another wonderful Jew died al kiddush Hashem, though he was slaughtered for nothing, so he did not.
Will you keep falling for the same lies and tricks, or will you not?
Do you have a red line or do you not?

Wouldn’t it be funny if Trump and Bibi turn out to be Gog Umagog?

I've been saying that about Gog ...UMagog for quite some time. It seems obvious as this 'war' would be between Yisroel and Eisav (or Yitzchak vs Yishmael first)

BTW your rant about the Haredim making travel difficult; how about all the traffic disruptions during those "visits" by Trump's men? Didn't get around then? I managed to visit the hosp.
