Badatz Refuses to Answer Questions About Their Vaccine "Ruling"
A critical exposé and analysis of what's going on behind the curtain
You probably noticed that the regime is once again earnestly trying to frighten the public about measles, blaming illness and death on parents who didn’t vaccinate their children, and strongly pushing immediate injections for all children. They are making a particularly hard push at religious communities, specifically in Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh.
It seems that once again those damn haredim, those primitive, dirty, selfish, parasitic, money-grubbing, utterly detestable ultra-Orthodox Jews, are spreading disease and pose an existential threat to all humanity. In this respect many Jews are in total agreement with their worst external enemies, though they are not at all disturbed by this, and see no need for reflection.
(It’s interesting how an increase in blood libels and attacks against Jews around the world tends to correlate with increased hate-mongering against religious Jews from within. Hashem sends us clear enough messages — otherwise what good are the messages, and why would a perfect God who wants us to get the messages send them? — but people refuse to see them.)
As I shared last week, Badatz Eidah Hareidis recently issued a terse “halachic ruling” stating that "medical professionals and doctors who treat children turned to them regarding the recent outbreak of measles among children who didn't take the measles vaccine", and that "everyone who still didn't vaccinate their children should do so as soon as possible, according to the instructions of the professionals and advice of the doctors, to fulfill the statement 'And you shall very much guard your souls', in order to prevent the spread of the disease, for this is a question of pikuach nefesh..."
If our generation hadn’t been so dumbed down and brainwashed, I would not need to explain that the above does not qualify as a halachic ruling on any level. It does not educate or inform us in any way. There is no meaningful information, no context, no clear train of Torah thought, no analysis of relevant sources or precedent, nothing worthy of being studied and debated by serious Torah scholars in the Beis Midrash. It is nothing but rhetoric.
This is aside from the fact that the ruling is completely erroneous both on a factual level (which I will leave to those with more scientific knowledge to detail) and on a Torah level. If this were truly a case of pikuach nefesh, parents would be obligated to rush their children to get injected even on Shabbos, yet no one is making that case.
This is not a case of pikuach nefesh at all, not even remotely. Pikuach nefesh, like everything in the Torah, has a clear definition and parameters. Just because a logical argument can be made that, theoretically, some unspecified lives may be in danger at some point in the future, does not create a situation of pikuach nefesh in which anything goes. Just because actuaries claim that a certain measure may potentially save lives (such as masks, lockdowns, injections, running to safe rooms, keeping your phone and radio on over Shabbos, or other “safety measures”) does not make that measure mandatory for the masses.
Were that the case, we would not only be allowed, but obligated to work on Shabbos to earn money to pay for more ambulances, because more ambulances would save lives. When Hashem gave us the mitzvah of Shabbos, He was well aware of this scenario and countless others like it, and He forbade working on Shabbos, anyway. This does not fall under the category of pikuach nefesh.
I gave an informative class about this filled with clear, illuminating Torah sources, “The Straight Truth About Pikuach Nefesh”, and you can watch it here. Maybe two or three people will deem it worthwhile to learn this real Torah. The rest can take my word for it or not, as per our sound bite generation.
Anyhow, the very fact that worthless garbage like the Badatz “ruling” could be published in “haredi” media and presented as a psak halacha indicates the hubris of the rabbinic establishment, the contempt the shepherds have for their flock. Teaching Torah, educating the public, and truly guiding the people has been replaced with issuing instructions from on high, with full confidence that no one will dare question or challenge them, even with the greatest of deference.
You don’t deserve an explanation, and if you press for one, expect your family to be ostracized in the haredi world.
(The Dati Leumi / Modern Orthodox world, which talks a good game about being educated, open-minded, enlightened, and logical, has proven just as cultish and primitive with their idolatries, hypocrisies, and experts who must not be challenged, and the same goes for the secular. Intellectually honest people had best keep a low profile or develop some serious fortitude.)
The biggest insult of all is that this “ruling” from the Badatz isn’t even signed by any rabbis. Since when does a nameless, faceless entity issue halachic rulings on behalf of the Jewish people, no less on matters of life and death?
The implications are much bigger than this clearly corrupt “ruling” on the measles vaccine. It’s a clear statement about how low our society has sunk — including the segments which are most obsessed with Torah study and observance. You have no idea how deeply your society has been infiltrated by Erev Rav, how corrupted your organizations have become, and how far astray you are being led from Torah in the name of Torah. Da’as Torah.
I say this not as an adversary, not as someone who comes from a competing color war team who revels in your humiliation, but as a fellow Jew who cares deeply about Torah and the Jewish people, and is unafraid to stand alone.
Because this “ruling” is so outrageous, and because Chazal teach us that where there is no man, endeavor to be a man, I did what no one in the media did, and, to the best of my knowledge, what no concerned citizen did.
I called Badatz Eidah Hareidis, stuttering Hebrew and all, seeking answers. The recording is embedded above.
The following items stand out from my brief conversation with a Badatz representative:
No one at Badatz can answer questions regarding the ruling they issuedabout the measles shots. I was explicitly told this multiple times. Any questions should be directed to some organization called Yad Avraham.
How is this acceptable? The ruling was issued by Badatz. The ruling did not even mention Yad Avraham. If Badatz cannot answer questions about their own ruling, then their ruling is null and void, and Badatz can no longer be considered a credible source of Torah rulings.
If this makes your life more inconvenient because Badatz certifies the junk you feed your children, you wish very badly to believe in them, and you need to pay homage to Badatz to fit in as a “good haredi”, then you need to decide if being a good haredi is more important than being a good Jew. They are not the same thing.
Indeed, one of my readers wrote me the following (many typos cleaned up): “Bit upset about your article about eidah hachareidis hechsher…The bottom line is that the eidah together with landau, kedasia, crc, maybe washington height yehkkes [etc.]…are considered good acceptable hechsheirim…who cares what are their opinions on other things?”
Right, who cares if an organization is taking bribes to distort the Torah and encourage parents to poison their children as long as they certify your Doritos?
It’s me he was upset with.
Were it the OU, I doubt this person would have cared. But it was Badatz. It was his guys. So their crimes must be whitewashed.
That’s why we have the leaders we have. They are a reflection of the people. We get the leaders we deserve.
FYI, I called Yad Avraham numerous times over the last few days, and was unable to reach a human being or leave a message for anyone. There was just an automated response where you press 1 or press 2, no one answered, and then I got looped back to the beginning again. I looked up their web site, yad-avraham.org, and sent them an email as well, with no response. Quite an operation they have going on there.
Their site claims they take 430 phone calls a day giving medical advice. Forgive me for being skeptical.
There’s a bit more info about them here:
By all means, try to contact them and ask them some questions. That is your right, and their obligation.
The Badatz representative declined to name any of the rabbis or doctors associated with the “ruling”. He simply stated that Yad Avraham had sent some doctors and requested that Badatz issue their statement, and referred me to Yad Avraham (a dead end) for more information.
Again, this was not noted anywhere in the “ruling”, or in media reports about it. I think the public should know the genesis behind a halachic ruling, and all relevant information pertaining to the ruling. It’s not supposed to be shrouded in secrecy and deception.
Why did Yad Avraham approach Badatz? Did anyone approach Yad Avraham? The Ministry of Health, perhaps? Was this a long line of dedicated people who are obsessed with protecting the health of your children and upholding the Torah, with no material interests influencing them?
Or was it a series of sleazy government officials taking instructions from on high, deploying well-funded “haredi” yes-men to issue a statement approved by the regime?
Is it fair to say that this “ruling” was really issued by the Erev Rav government, at the behest of the globalist entities they work for, and Badatz just stamped it for appearances sake?
The Badatz representative stated multiple times that the statement they issued at the request of Yad Avraham was actually just a renewal of a ruling they issued nearly 25 years ago.
That’s a revelation! Somehow they forgot to mention that in their statement, and the media reports also neglected to include this important detail.
Maybe the measles shots today are different than the ones from 25 years ago? (Of course they are.)
Maybe there is more information about the safety and efficacy of these shots, as well as alternatives for dealing with the scourge of measles that threatens all of humanity?
Maybe the people administering the shots and calling for everyone to take them have proven corrupt and otherwise untrustworthy, and are disqualified from testifying?
Maybe irrespective of all the above you should actually reexamine what you are instructing people to put in their bodies after 25 years?
Seriously, just because Badatz certified a food product 25 years ago, does that mean it’s a blank check forever and ever? Is there no need for further supervision? Can they simply rely on the claims of factory owners?
If an organization conducts itself this way, especially on a matter with life and death implications, do they deserve your trust and support? Even if there are social consequences to speaking out? Even if it’s important to you to be a “good haredi”?
How much do you care about the Torah? How much do you care about truth? How much do you care about your children and the children of Klal Yisrael?
I hope you will seriously consider these questions, and then decide on your next move.
Moshe Lion, the mayor of Jerusalem, issued the following message, with hostage pin carefully on display. As far as I know this video was not recorded at the request of Yad Avraham, but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t his own initiative, either. So who gave him the marching orders?
That’s right, parents, if you get your kids injected with the measles crapcine, you can enjoy some stupid entertainment at no charge. Reminds me of when they were offering a slice of pizza for taking the Covid Amalek juice, or, in some communities, a bowl of cholent AND a Coke.
Hey, if you join the IDF, you might get a free pair of used underwear from the US Army, too.
I’m sure this has nothing to do with anything, but here’s Lion at a Freemason ceremony in Jerusalem:
And here’s Lion announcing an agreement with a German company that collaborated with Pfizer on those miraculous, lifesaving Covid shots, to open a vaccine factory in Jerusalem.
In lockstep, the “haredi” mayor of Beit Shemesh, Shmuel Greenberg, issued this desperate plea to parents:
Children are dying! Unvaccinated children! Get them vaccinated!
Isn’t it heartwarming that our dedicated mayors are taking time away from seeing how many more thousands of peasants they can squeeze into ugly towers of Bavel and share the same traffic circle, as 15-minute cities might as well be a single city block, to dispense such sincere messages of concern for the health of your children, and such profound medical advice?
Greenberg just happens to be a graduate of the Mandel Institute, which many say exists to train moles to occupy positions of leadership in the “haredi” world and gradually influence them as per the desires of the Erev Rav establishment.
With all this in mind, do we really need to argue over the nitty-gritty of scientific data? Why would any straight-thinking, Torah-minded person want anything to do with these people and their shiny injections?
Here’s a flyer one brave concerned citizen posted in Meah Shearim:
General translation:
This is the same Zionist regime that murdered and kidnapped thousands of Jewish Yemenite children from hospitals, conducted horrific experiments on tens of thousands of Moroccan children, and endless other medical experiments.
The same Zionists collaborated with the Nazis to destroy the Jews in the Holocaust, as Rav Weissmandl demonstrated.
Suddenly they are so pleasant and convincing in offering their dangerous vaccines.
[Indeed, I have often noted the irony that people who consider being called a Zionist the worst possible insult, people who fully believe the Zionists want to destroy them and their children spiritually and physically, totally trust these same people to inject their children with who-knows-what, because suddenly the Zionists care so very much about protecting them.]
Something very strange is happening, since one must strive to acquire good things and pay a great deal for them. Yet here the opposite is happening. They are running after us with a free vaccine, constantly advertising it by phone [indeed, I’m told pediatricians are actually calling parents], and in hospitals, and everywhere, without end, and even coming to primary Torah schools to inject and harm children.
They are also running after “rabbonim”.
They are literally pleading with us to take the vaccine [and offering gifts!].
Jews are [supposed to be] a wise and understanding people, yet don’t understand that if the Zionists are running after us so strongly, one should infer that there is a chefetz chashud, a suspicious object, because they only seek our harm in all respects, and they don’t hide this.
After noting the harmful effects of the Covid shots, which are well researched and documented, he notes that they murdered thousands of people in isolation in the hospitals in order not to create a public uproar.
I would add: Are they pushing the vaccine because children are dying of measles, or are they making sure children die of "measles" so they can push the vaccine?
There’s more to the flyer, but that’s the gist.
Who comes across as more credible? Badatz / Yad Avraham / the mayors of Jerusalem and Beit Shemesh / the whole rotten establishment? Or this humble flyer on a wall in Jerusalem, and this critical analysis of the situation?
Use your head.
And share this information, because that’s the only way people will get it.

Can one even imagine that the ENTIRE government and Zionist platform is so rotten to the core, involving ANYONE connected in any way with them?? Don't give up! We Torah Jews have HKB"H on our side and the EMES will become more evident in days to come. PLUS why there is so much A-S in the world is because of this very situation. A-S is the mighty Hand of Hashem bringing the Geulah. And the Zionists wonder why they have to battle so much against the onslaught coming upon them? This is why.
YES, to Aliyah to the Promised Land, Promised by Hashem. Remember much needs to be done under the cloak of "Mirmah utachbulos" (R'PW)
