FINALLY THE TRUTH COME OUT !! "BH"
Just like during Covid when certain people in the Charedi community were publicizing that Rav Chaim approved the jabs for all yidden and children (even very young children), so to now they are using his name for such lies. During the Covid they had fake videos of him claiming to approve it, and when some tried to ask him in person they were blocked from doing so. What a Chilul Hashem to use his name like that.
